I would not hesitate to buy here again. My experience was perfect in every way. To begin with, the car itself was as described and priced well below cars of similar features and age. What made this particular dealer stand out from the literally hundreds of options within purchasing distance was their willingness to deliver the vehicle to me at a time that was convenient to me. Although everything was as described, when I went through inspection there were two minor items that needed repair. A phone call to the owner (who actually made the sale and delivered it) resulted in him covering the costs of the repair. Hands down the best experience I could describe. I have bought literally dozens of vehicles over the course of my life, and to day this was the best experience I have had. Worth the time to check out!

Im upset my car has had issues since ive gotten it. Since the pandemic i dont use my vehicle for work or anything only errans and how is it that i already need a new transmission and my engine light doesnt work

I can’t explain how well the service and people are at Best Auto Price. I have two cars one from Auto Price and another from a much bigger sales division we’ll say. In one week I received my Ford Fusion compared to the month it took for me to get my Kia from the “other” with very poor communication. But Anthony DeJesus was very very helpful throughout everything until I received the car. Appreciate everything they have done for me and I will look forward to getting another car from them.

I will be posting papers on how they took advantage of me how they sold me a suv gave them 1000$ down for it. They don’t even have any data of that vehicle in there computers why I think they took advantage they overcharge me and it only has been 1 year 8 month and now they don’t want it back and they said that will upgrade me next time I came back to them and it was all a scam the last words they said to me was “its very hard to make it happen” what?? When they said to me clearly to come back and they will take care of me.

Highly upset with this dealership. I thought they were giving me a good deal on a vehicle, just to find out 3 months later my vehicle has STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, I called and asked them what was that about and the only thing they said that they don’t sell vehicles like that ... BS.

Bought an acura there 2 years ago. Had 40k miles on it. In the past 2 years i have put 100k additional miles for my sales job and this car has never given me one single issue. Ive obviously done all of the regular maintenance however, I am thrilled with the lack of issues. let hope for another 100k more because i love my car.

I had no trade in and Hairo and Dennis put me in an awesome Honda Accord. Unfortunately someone totaled it after only 2 months. I received enough to pay off my remaining balance and the two of them worked together to get me into a newer car with less mileage very quickly. The whole sales team is very helpful and courteous. I will definitely stick with Best Price Auto!!!

After texting to make sure car I was interested in was in stock and that they would be open, I drove an hour to find dealership locked. After further texting and saying they would be open soon still no one showed up. They are are totally misleading. Do not recommend, they have no problem lying and wasting your time and money.

Worse place I ever purchased a car. They change the price on the car 3 time end up paying 1000 more. Unnecessary comments. Took the car home the ac did not work and one of the back disk bend. After calling and calling and no response someone from sale reach out to me And promised to fix it. The kept my car for over 6 hours and nothing was repair. Again worse place I do not recommend it.

Stopped by and checked most of the vehicles in their lot in April 2014. Almost every vehicle is an import, and HIGH mileage. Their prices are way too high for a fair deal, as is the quality their stock.They have a good detailer who is always busy trying to keep their stock looking great, but, up close and personal view of the vehicles...I left.

Trash dealer. I went to get a car and was told they could give me the same car 1 year younger for 500 more. I said yes and they added 2000 to the paperwork without telling me. They also didn’t say it had 2 accidents but chose to say it’s clean and has no priors. This place is trash and the owner tries scare tactics on people who don’t have much. Avoid this place. The car they put on can’t be sold fir anything reasonable either due to the 2 accidents he omitted.

Not happy Im glad I dint not makethe choice to purchase a veachle from this place ..my sister bouth a veachle in August and now it has damages worth almost 7.000 dollar s and shes still payng for it ..very dissapointed on how they just giving the run around and not responding after they had their share this should be reported to better busness and search in some lemon law laws

The worst deealer where I have done business sold me a car with the engine burned and with a lot of problems and now they are charging me to repair thieves, apart from the worst customer service they ignore you and leave you sitting for hours there. In general alenjence of this place.
