I just used the website due to Covid to sign up for a unit. I called the other day after my mom instructed me what I needed to do. Kandace gave my mom great instructions, since I get home at 7pm and cant be on the phone at work to call for information. Great communication, unit was nice and clean when I came and opened it to drop my stuff off the other day. Thank you again. Great people, great location, great prices.

So easy to get to off all 3 major highways in the area. Well light with the night coming quick these days. The ladies in front are always helpful when I need something, they claim I am not a bother with my questions, but I swear I am one, so God bless them.

No units available for size we needed but gentleman was very informative and helpful on other locations

Love being able to come whenever I want to load up or grab things from my unit. I dont like people really, so this works for me. When I do have to interact with the staff the ladies are super helpful.

Seriously easy peezzy with the online regristrations for my unit especially when I cant get there when the office is open. I was able to get everything set up and everything was ready to go when I visited my new unit for the first time. Oh and 3 minutes from my old house.

Kandace answered all my questions and was very helpful in this process, really made it easy on me during this time.

Moving out our stuff in the next month or so because they do not know how to be professional. They do not communicate with each other who work there. They also call stating you owe money when direct deposit was set up months ago through them. My mom went there and signed a form they requested and lady stated they dont do that over the phone. I stated did it bounce and she said no it was never set up. I am waiting for a politer person to call me back and know what actually happened to my moms account. It is very very concerning that they call people before they actually figure out the notes and comments or even know if payment went through. They just assume and call with an attitude and rudeness. Good luck to this company in the future if they continue like this.

Nice unit, fair price. My dad passed away and left me his prize possession a collectible vehicle he used to store at his house. With his passing and having to sell the house, and I still live at college for another few years while I finish my residency I needed to find somewhere to store it. Again, unit fits the vehicle has been there for a couple months already, just got back in the area to check her out since the weather is nice while I am home. Car is doing great no issues. IF YOU DO PLAN ON STORING A VEHCILE THOUGH, MAKE SURE TO HAVE IT INSURED. (Would have gotten my unit a few weeks earlier if it had been when I first acquired it) When I called inquiring about the unit sizes and stipulations (ran into holds up with a few other places like the Uhaul place down the road and their cost was unfavorable, helped me choose LifeStorage) I believe the woman who helped me her name was Kandace (I hope I spelt her name right, we talked about how her spelling is different) she explained to me why I needed to make sure it was insured, very helpful. Glad I found a safe place to keep my dads memory alive.

Kandace and Elaine are both great to work with, location is right next to McDonalds so if you are stuck working in your unit and its either lunch or dinner you can just walk right over and walk right back.

My dad Carlos has been a member of Life Storage since 2008. While he was alive all he did was speak only good things about where he kept his prize possessions. Before my dad took his last breath on December 20, 2018, he handed me his keys to his storage unit and his business selling hot dogs. Not only do I feel greeted with kindness when I walk in through the doors of Life Storage, I feel like the employees that work here are part of my family.

Checking out storage for the close future came in to check out prices and availability. Elaine was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back to rent in the near future.

My home was on the market for less than a week when we accepted an offer. We lived at that residence for 10 years.I needed storage on short notice. I checked out a number of places. I choose Uncle Bobs Methuen location. Elaine Stearns, store manager was excellent to work with. She explained exactly the terms & conditions we signed. What really impressed me was when I was moving my things to my new apartment, I accidentally forgot to lock my storage bin. Elaine called me at home to let me know.I knew my belongings were safe. I also dealt with other staff who was equally professional.I highly recommend Uncle Bobs Storage.

I am the President of a local Methuen non-profit. I came to Uncle Bobs to obtain some low cost storage solutions for an upcoming fund raiser. I was helped by Elaine who was wonderful to deal with. She helped us out immensely and I am very pleased with the storage facility here in Methuen. Its clean, safe and well lit. I would recommend using this storage facility highly if you have the need for storage - short term or long term. Their rates are quite competitive too.

Uncle Bobs Self Storage in Methuen is a very reliable. I felt that my belongings would be safe.Overall, the facility is well kept and clean. Just the usual dust becuase the facility is outdoors.Just beware since the facility is outdoor any heavy rain or flooding may cause water damage.In my case, I was notified when there was a severe rain storm a couple of years ago, but I did not go to inspect my unit. When I finally vacated the unit there was minor water damage to a few of the cardboard boxes which is to be expected. The contents of the boxes which contain books were not damage.Water damage minor or major can happen when the storage facility is outdoors, this is not unique to Uncle Bobs. I had my furniture stored at another indoor facility on the first floor. Even at this indoor facility, patrons with units located in the basement had major damage to their goods during the same rain storm.The take away is that I rate Uncle Bobs as a well maintained and relatively inexpensive place to store your belongings. I had a good experience the three years I stored my belongings at Uncle Bobs.
