I always go to Publix for my groceries because I usually can find everything I need in one place. My favorite is the deli section where they have the best sandwiches and soups. The store is clean and orderly and they even have a pharmacy on site. I like that I don’t have to go to multiple stores to get the things I want, making it much quicker and easier than other stores.

The staff here is always very friendly. We love that they hire mentally challenged individuals. They are always so happy to see us and willing to help. Every time we go we always go to the seafood department and they are always so happy to see us and let us know specials. We go to the deli and order a sub and a wrap. Sometimes they will see us when we are 50 feet away and give us a big smile. The staff at the checkout are always so quick. Not much waiting time. The managers always seem to be working a mile a minute but make time to say hello.

My husband and I really love shopping at this Publix here in Miami Beach. Every time we come the staff always greets us. Every time we go down an aisle there is a staff member eager to help. The security guards are very friendly. Cashiers are friendly and fast. Unlike the other Publix on Dade they have all the products we need. Also, unlike the other Publix the managers are very friendly.

Omg! Best Publix EVER! We have two Publix super markets and a few other grocery stores all equa distant from our house, but I always insist on this Publix. Its been about 10yrs shopping here and I am still welcomed with warm smiles. The staff are always warm and friendly and will always assist you. I absolutely love this store 😊

This is my favorite I love this place with all my heart and everything is always fresh, clean experience staff in all departments and very helpful staff that serve you with gratitude loyal respect with the responsibility to have you warm comfortable and a atmosphere you will always enjoy.

Ive been a client of this store for a long time and can attest to their reliability. The parking is excellent, and the food supplies are of high quality. Furthermore, there isnt much of a line at the register. The new fish section and the canned goods section are two of my favorites. It comes highly recommended!

I want to stay I have never been to a Publix in Miami Beach. There is a garage parking, elevators and escalators. My big truck almost would not go around the turns beware. The store inside look like any other Publix. I didnt notice any real change on the price of products. Publix to me higher quality but also at a higher price.

Its publix,you know what your getting.....,but why does publix shift everything from store to store?There is one less than a block away,and set up complete opposite....why?

This Publix is spacious and clean. Parking is plentiful. It is my favorite Publix on the beach.

Plusses: Convenient location (for me). Lots of items, variety. Good for middle of the store stuff like staples and old fashioned canned goods. $5 sushi Wednesday is much appreciated. Most employees are quite nice and have been there a million years. Parking garage is now well lit (did not used to be). Cuban sandwiches at deli are excellent. Giant, beautifully maintained junk food / sugarred beverage aisle, though of no interest to me.Minuses: Meats and seafood. Whole Foods is often cheaper (this week $9.95 a lb for farm raised salmon at WF, Publix is $11.99) and fresher. Sometimes hard to find someone at the counter. Deli employees can be snippy. Produce EXPENSIVE! Again Whole Foods is often cheaper. Fresh Market is fresher, better quality. Trader Joes MUCH cheaper.Not happy about frequent stock-outs. Too many empty shelves. And sale items / BOGOs are often gone by Friday. The rain check policy is long gone. Overscans can be a problem too. The labels on the shelves are always a few weeks behind the latest price increases. You can get the label price / actual price difference refunded, but why bother? Too, much hassle. Escalator is often broken.

My favorite Publix out of the 3 Publix Supermarkets in South Beach. Its the biggest one with a parking garage right above it. Theres an area to secure your bicycle and park your scooter. Staff is helpful and polite. The isles are very spacious and they always have everything I need. I usually go before 5pm, or after 8pm to avoid the crowds.

I thing NOLA waffle houses are the best service there is amazing good customer service. Go waffle houses NOLA

This Publix Super Market On the Bay is a good one, once one discovers the best times to come (evenings). As with other stores, prices are great and so is the quality of the merchandise.

If this store doesnt get rid of the morning manager I cant see this store remaining open another full Year! I was at this store yesterday morning and this man was very rude to the customers Im definitely believing he was a manager. he was a black man and he looks to be around the age of 40 plus hes about 5/9 regular builded! Very nasty speaking to a elderly male.. ... This is my second time seeing him becoming very rude to customers..

I didnt like the parking lot in the second floor. And whe car up is to fit the hallway and darkness.

Fantastic store from the day it opened til now. Prices are great, especially sale items and BOGO deals. Parking is easy and staff is competent and friendly.

This publix and the manager carl and that nasty Haitian robo cop made me feel verrrry unwelcome an made it clear they dont want minorities in their store! Its a predominantly HighClass area so its beeen overstood. I stopped going here almost 3+ years ago because of carl unwelcoming vibrations and statement 😩

The guy in the produce department tonight was very helpful I believe his name was whilmere( sorry I spelled it wrong) he was kind and. Patient for assisting me and was very knowledgeable. I hope to run into him again.

They have all the products, but most of the cashiers are so rude, not good morning, thank you, or smile, most of the time long faces, which make the shopping at this location a not pleasure, even that this Publix have all the products I avoided because of the customer service of the 80% of the cashiers, looks like they feel uncomfortable service Hispanic individuals.

Public is the east coast equivalent of Ralph’s or Vons on the west coast. A nice, clean grocery store with a huge selection and good prices.This store has a deli counter, alcohol aisle (beer and wine) sodas & juices, chips & snacks, candy, fruit & Veggies, bread, junk food, cleaning supplies, frozen foods, etc...Fully stocked.The other choices in South Bay Miami are Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and some random local convenience stores.TJs and WFs are ok but I find they have limited selections and are usually over priced. Plus I don’t have a man-bun or wear yoga pants so maybe it’s just not for me.

They dont offer any new products that pertain to me. Im not latin or jewish, so i feel everyhing is geared towrds those two demographics

Beautiful location, convenient, but service terrible, checkout clerk Luljeta, totally changed my opinion of the store- with buying over $300 worth of food she wouldnt double bag heavy items and when I took a few bags to double bag since will have to carry from the car to second floor along long loooong corridor and these bags break,she made comments and faces, about extra bag I took, incredible... Will think twice / triple time before coming back here. And Im all about earth and recycle but if I didnt bring reusable and there are no other options for me for that particular day, which was evening and was buying for smb elses house/party- Im not upto smb looking down at me or not giving me double bagged- by the way sodas bag broke and $10 worth of sodas exploded. I also didnt hear her offering paper / or bigger bags...

I’m giving one star just because of people who’s working on,, fish area”. Extremely rude first and ALWAYS(every time) u have to wait at least 10minutes for someone to come and serve you. It can happen that they stand close to you and look at you while u wait and then when they see that u will not give up,the same person who watched u comes to give you salmon. Unbelievable!!!!!

When I went to this store, I was blown away by the range of items available and the fact that all I wanted was available! They also have a wonderful and welcoming workforce, which I found to be quite impressive!

Don’t understand where does PUBLIX MAKE’s up there policies base on what, FLORIDA ITS A FULLY OPEN STATE, the don’t base their policies on SCIENCES and the still make people where mask, we should definitely take legal action, because it seems that this is discrimination and violating the 1 and 4 amendment... The stock is of exceptional quality, the store is immaculately maintained, and the employees are courteous and respectful. In addition, the premiums are comparable. As a result, its fantastic to be here!

Giving them 1 star becase today was the third time I got charged twice for the same item. Thankfully I still was in the store when I noticed it. When I went to customer service to complain, the lady was rude and didn’t like my feedback. So be careful at this store. Pay attention of what you’re paying for !

Easiest shopping on South Beach ⛱

The service here has always been exceptional, and the staff are all courteous at nice! They anticipate your needs, such as last week when I came in thinking I would just be getting a few things and didnt need a cart. An associate saw me struggling to carry my items and got me a basket.Today, I was packing my groceries into my bicycle basket, and the bike tipped over. The staff saw me and offered to replace the items and clean everything up. While I was inside getting replacements, one of the managers and an associate were kneeling on the sidewalk wiping all the pasta sauce (two jars broke open on the fall) and almond milk off of my items and putting them into a reusable bag that they gave me. I did not expect any of this and had no idea what to do. I was very pleasantly surprised, but I also know this is the type of above and beyond behavior that employees of Publix and keeps me coming back.

Would not shop here. Employees dying of Covid-19 and management told workers to NOT wear a mask or they had to go home. Gerardo Gutierrez died because they didnt want to scare shoppers by protecting themselves and other shoppers.

Well I got caught shoplifting here.I took a large container of hot soup and placed it in my backpack. It immediately spilled all over my stuff. I then tried to add a whole chicken and macaroni salad and THE MAN saw me. I was then takin to the office and told not to come back. They wouldnt even let me use the bathroom to clean out my bag. How rude. We was hungry.

Please avoid this Publix supermarket the African Man in the morning hours are a female stalker! If you are a lady and only going to shop like we all go to these stores for food or things we need not for a man! Leave us alone! Alone please 🥺! I cant believe that Man!

Went there for a whole sandwich. They only had like 4 half pieces left. There whole deli section acts like they dont want you to bother them. They only have diet Gatorade in the fridge, regular orange or cool blue. Theres always a huge line to pay.Worst publix ever. Maybe 3 stars is to nice 🤷‍♂️

Just bought a steak here and it’s already expired, I call them to send me a fresh one and they told me that I need to go back to the store to return the expired one. They sell expired meat don’t trust them any more.

This is the worst Publix that I have ever visited. Every day we come to buy lunch, we need to wait for assistance because the employees are hiding in the back and there is always something missing. We had talked to the managers and they seem not to care.

First experience in a Publix Super Market. Went in for one thing only. But i must say it was clean.

We love our neighbor Publix. They remodeled and added a great food area and the prepped food and salads are quite good (Really!) and affordable too. Our staff is fond of many of their salads. The staff is amazing. It is always fairly neat for a supermarket. All neighbors would wish they did a better work on cleaning in the dock area on the side, as it smells, especially during raining season. But it has gotten better with the City monitoring all garbage practices in Sunset Harbour. In sum, a great place to shop with plenty of parking.

Meat prices to high

I love the covered parking. I can go from my air-conditioned condo to my air conditioned car to the covered parking garage at Publix then into the air condition grocery store. That is a great thing here in South Florida.I also love that they always have great specials.For example today I got my fresh pasta at two-for-one. That was an over $4 savings.Finally, the service is excellentent. Ask where an item can be found, and the employee will walk you to it!
