Usually a good store for Liquor, but the Curbside Pickup is not great. You have to order way ahead, so you cannot do it last minute. Shame. I really like their selection and prices. I did then do it ahead of time and it worked well.

The first place I’ve seen in Miami with the Hoppy Buzz Hard Tonic. This is the old packaging. Will probably buy the rest just to stick up. High alcohol Kombucha is hard to find. Best place for alcohol and tobacco and best price

We went in yesterday and found everything we were looking for. The one good thing I can say about all Total Wines is they have great prices on Sodas and carry hard to find ginger beer. The snacks/drinks are also cheaper than Publix. Everyone working looks very professional and seemed happy to assist. I was very impressed and we enjoyed our shopping trip.

The selection was beyond amazing. I spent so long browsing what to buy since there are so many options. Great store with friendly staff and amazing prices. One thing I’m not a fan of is that if you’re between the age of 21 and 22 they have to call a supervisor to verify your ID. I guess it’s understandable for precautionary reasons but I personally think it’s kinda silly.

Every time there is a special occasion that requires wine, I always go to this wine shop. They really have great wines and the price is also very affordable! I am so glad that I discover this wine shop!

I received an email with a gift certificate from the brand (image attached). We are customers from another State but was a pleasant surprise because we needed some kind of insulated bag for our cold drinks and food. The cashier didnt know about it and nicely went to ask her managers (one guy on a white shirt and another on a burgundy t-shirt). The first one was not pleased by the cashier interruption and said something to her without even acknowledging us (we were close but not close enough to hear) and the second manager noticed in my face the confusion and tried to scream from there why the product was not available. When a brand has a promotion, often the product arrives to the store in advance to have the availability at the start date (November 7th). I understand that not everything goes as expected sometimes with shipments and whatnot, but politeness and cordiality is expected always. From the managers/staff of any store and specially from a touristy location when your customers are from every part of the world bringing their businesses here locally. Thats a very important task.

Horrid toxic environment. If you need help look for the stocking helpers they are humble hard workers clearly mistreated.Shopping advisors on the other hand are blunt, condescending, snappy and absolutely rude. Will offend you in every single sentence. As a shopper I have never been treated this way and couldnt believe. I tried to get help a few times finding one bottle of wine. The blond woman advisor with glasses was bothered that I needed help. Told me multiple times to go find it pointing a direction accross the shop. She was basically standing, in early afternoon empty store, making a point of not moving her feet to help me.After being offended by her repetitively, I went to assistant manager Johnathan. He refused to look up the item on his pocket device. Kept trying to convince me that I hadnt looked in the section, which I had. All the time offensively questioning my cognitive capacity. It turned out they had it in a box on top of the shelf. I needed about 8 different wines, none cheap.. At the third product issue I left. Absolut horrid disregard for customer care. Trying to reason with him, I literally got screamed at for about 2 minutes and left the store. Putrid environment, never going back.Ill gladly drive an extra 5 minutes and spend a few extra dollars for my favorite wine.

This is a good store with regards to the level of customer service provided. They always answer the phone even during the holiday rush and theyre quick to offer guided assistance while in store.Things you should know:The area itself is very popular and often very congested.Parking and access to the store (besides walk-ins) requires you to park in a FOR PAY parking structure. Typical to a downtown area, you must pay to park. You will be charged upon exiting for the time you spent patronizing any of the brands in the vicinity.The store location itself is on an elevated floor. This means they are limited in the pounds of weight or overall inventory they can carry at any given time. Know what you want? Call ahead to ensure they have it in stock.

The wine selection here is incredible, the gentlemen that walk around and assist with any questions are super knowledgeable and friendly. But that’s where the good experience ends. Once you go to the registers they are the rudest and unfriendly people ever. They do not help if you want to register for the companies loyalty program (I had to figure it out on my own) they don’t even mention it to you. And they treat you like dirt. The manager Johnathan, is incredible unhelpful and absolutely does not care about customers or their experience. Had a various issues with the same cashiers in 2 different occasions and not once did I ever receive an apology from the manager. They should definitely hire new cashiers and in this case a new manager too

The staff here was incredibly helpful. I came in to quickly ask for a bottle of rose and a bottle of sparkling wine. They offered me two quick suggestions at great price points. Both were absolutely delicious and Ill purchase them again. Overall, a perfect and fast shopping experience.

Cheap liquor prices, okay, cool.But not only is parking an issue for this location, but trying to get into the garage from Alton is a mission. Customer service was also whatever.On top of that, I got followed around by a security guard and employees. They should understand, I AM AT A LIQUOR STORE, of course I’m going to be indecisive on what I want, especially since I’m coordinating with who I am going on vacation with on my phone.Honestly, I rather not do the drive from Midtown and pay more for liquor next time if I’m going to experience this. Forgot to mention, only one cashier was available. Hard pass.

I cant believe people were complaining about lack of selection because this is like a Texas Specs transported into a South Beach mall! There were HUNDREDS of craft beers, and while there was a definite South Beach up-charge, you could essentially mix and match ANY beer you wanted into a 6-pack. They have a super-cooled vat of ice water to cool your beer before going to the beach....how cool is that? Service is excellent for Miami, though that is to say average for US standards (they acknowledge your presence and MAY even smile [not to me]). I wish they had a craft beer nerd on hand to ask questions, but I found more than enough exotic FL beers to peak my interest even without them (I wanted to get exclusively beers that could only be found in FL).

I placed an order online around 9am, but I canceled 10 min later. The order was to be delivery at 5pm. They charged my CC, 2 days later for the full amount. I received an email saying that the order was return ??? I think they did not have time to pull the items for the shelves, however, they took $12 of delivery fee and credit my account 5 days later for the rest of the money. Theyre cheap, they exchanged company value for $12 dollars.

I had such a bad experience here. the cashier (a short dark hair with red glasses) was very rude and not able to help at all she almost broke my bottle by throwing them in the car sad to have this kind of worker in such an amazing place because it was a good experience until I came to her.

Girls work here are super rude and unprofessional. 3 different times I went there and all 3 different girl cashiers were super rude. They dont like to help find items instead they ignore me by not answering or telling me they dont have the item Im looking for ( which manager helped me find it) I wont be back until they are fired

This is the closest Total Wine serving the South Beach & downtown areas. There is a large parking garage attached and you can park on the same level as Total Wine, which is a bonus. Parking is free up to two hours.This location has a great selection of wines, unique beers and hard liquor all for much better prices than the small liquor shops around.If you are coming to Miami on vacation this is the place to stock up on booze! (Grocery stores in FL only sell beer & wine.)They also have a cute selection of alcohol inspired greeting cards if you are picking up a gift!
