These guys are great and cool. I’ve heard horror stories about other rental places in south beach. But these guys gave us excellent equipment and service at a very reasonable price. Will always use them when I am in Miami.

They offer luggage storage about $10 for bag. Very close to the beach. Nice staff.

We had a great time with them. First we rented a few bikes. Good price and great bicycle. They have baby/kids seat and different bike sizes. Then we took the segway tour for an hour which was fun. Got to south point peer. Very nice guide too. Honest and well priced.

We bought two trips organized by them: Everglades and Key West and both were excellent!For Everglades we were picked up at 9.30 am from their shop and brought to the nearby bus. We arrived around midday and had to wait around 20mins for our boat turn, so meanwhile we could have a breakfast and restroom break. Then we were boarded on the boat with very nice and knowledgeable guide who explained a lot about Everglades fauna and flora. We managed to see 3 alligators from the boat, all pretty close! That and the possibility to enter into Everglades world made it a great experience. Afterwards we could see the gator show and could get a picture with a baby alligator. Afterwards we had another break and at 2 pm we headed back to Miami.In case of Key West we were in front of a close hotel at 6.30 am but the bus actually appeared at 7. The guide was a very nice lady who explained everything perfectly. We arrived after around 4 hours and had 6 hours of stay on the Island. Some people booked different excursions in advance or during the bus ride, we didn’t as we preferred to visit it by ourselves. We had time to see the Mallory Square, the fortress and the beach, and Key West cemetery. It was a great day although in August it was extremely hot. The bus was back in the parking place at 6 pm, we headed back at 6.15 and at 10 we were in Miami.To sum up: I highly recommend! Very professional service and we are really satisfied:)

We booked and evening tour of Miami and had such a wonderful experience with Miguel. He was the best tour guide taking us to a few extra places since we were the only ones on the tour! He was also able to snap a few pics and videos of us while we were on the Segway! They did a great job teaching us how to use the Segway and feel comfortable on it before we started the tour. I highly recommend this place if you want a stress free and socially distanced experience of Miami Beach!

I absolutely loved every minute of this tour. Riding on a Segway for the first time was an awesome experience. Ramon and company are excellent. The training was fantastic and Ramons tour guiding was superb. I had an experience that will last a lifetime and if ever the opportunity comes again to ride the streets of Miami Beach while listening to Ramon crack jokes...sign me up! This review does not do the actual tour justice! You had to be there. And even though this is an inside joke ... I have to do it one time for the laughs. Well miss you Isaac... ISAAAAAAAAAAC!

They did an amazing job. Got personalized attention to find the right bikes for our family of six. Taking off training wheels, trying different helmets, having them try out different bikes - it was great. Also took great care to make sure we knew how to use the locks, how to use the lights as we were going to be riding last sunset, etc. before we left, took great care to inflate the tires, and make sure everything was working - we didn’t have any issues on our all-day ride an the bikes rode great.

You have to be 18yr old in order to rent a bike which doesnt make sense just go somewhere else instead.

We were a group of 2. Sandra was so funny and charming; she was great with instructions on how to operate a segway.We saw the beautiful marina, she pointed out the details of art deco in the district, we saw Millionaires row (WOW how gorgeous and ornate!), and went down Ocean Blvd which was hustling and bustlin! I cant thank Sandra enough for all her care and patience with me!

Price is average like other shops, great variety of bikes. Well maintained and ride very smooth. The staff very courteous and helpful he even suggested a good spot to ride our bikes to.

High point of the trip for my family. Everyone at the shop and our tour guide were really helpful and made sure we were comfortable on the Segway before heading off. Easy to maneuver and SO MUCH FUN.

Riding segway with Nombre was a lot of fun.with his funny discriptions, a lot of knowlege-with keeping safety on top priority.take the star island tour (1.5 hour) & see maddonas or operas houses.

Miguel was very nice and got us all set with our bikes. He recommended a path that was wonderful. He had cold water available.

Pic is on Star-Island...took about 30mins segwaying inbetween the 2 HotSpots,....Tourguide didnt say much along those 30 minutes of Segwaying to them HotSpots, which made The Miami Tour pretty boring!A bit of Miami Beach History, or what certain buildings used to be, wouldve been NICE!@The HotSpots-Star Island: he did say which star lived where and what them villas cost.-Oceandrive he did explain a little about what restaurants are good/bad,...but again nothing about the history of the place....Been on Segway Tours before in a variety of cities across the world,...This one is by far the LEAST informative about the area you are Segwaying in!😕😔

Great way to see Miami Beach and not too taxing.

They explained how to ride the segways very well, even though I was nervous. While riding, they made sure to keep checking back to make sure we were all accounted for and still safe. It was a great price for an even better experience. 10/10 would recommend.

A great experience! Decided to take a biking adventure of South Beach and after calling for information, I was connected to Jennifer.. She was extremely helpful and informative explaining all the services they provide. When we arrived she met us with a great smile and had an energetic personality while explaining all the places to visit, made recommendations, showed us an aerial map, and reviewed some local rules when riding the bikes. We had a blast and look forward to doing it again. Highly recommended!

So much fun!! We changed our minds for which bike we wanted to use once we got there and they accommodated us nicely. The electric bike tour was a lot of fun and definitely worth it, the tour guide was really nice and informed and took us on the bridge and the views were unbeatable. We also got to see a private neighborhood with beautiful houses as well and were even able to stop and take some pictures along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Miguel was great at training us. Chad was a great tour guide. We were 7 in our group with 2 14 yr olds. We had a great time! Kids wanted to keep on the segways. We will definitely come back next time in FL.

We had the best time with South Florida Trikke. Im not sure that most would do a tour twice with the same company but Id defiantly do one with South Florida Trikke again. The extra care, the fact that they took photos and videos, without charging! The fact they they just cared and made the experience great means Ill definitely be coming here with my family again.

Staff was incredible!!! I booked 8 bikes for my friends bachelorette party and it was such a blast! They helped us position our seats perfectly and made sure we all had locks for our bikes, so we could get off and explore. All bikes are in great condition with comfy seats! The owner is such an amazing gentleman in providing top notch service for his customers. It was my first time with my husband and two kids and he made sure to go above and beyond for my family and I. The smile on my kids faces were priceless as he helped us adjust the seats for them to ride with us. He also provided each of us with a water bottle for our bike ride. (Something he didn’t have to do and was not expected) that meant a lot to me! We will certainly be back with my family comes to town :)

We rented electric bikes from here and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and the bikes were so much fun. Be sure to read the reviews of various businesses before giving them a deposit. Rates were comparable with other businesses. The location was extremely convenient.

Excellent trip, Miguel made us a tour that we enjoyed a lot. Miguel explained us a bit of history, trend bars and we had a lot of fun. Ended with beer and gin tonic.It is a perfect way to get to know Miami, very recommended.

I had a very dangerous experience with this tour guide while doing segways. Dangerous circuit, the guide does not stop at red light. Also because the tour guide does not want to drive around for full hour he imposed on us a twenty minute break! Threatened my father. When we did not want to cooperate he asked us to get off the segways in the middle of nowhere! Very rude personnel ! When I went to speak to the manager she wasn’t responsive And did not believe me! Said I was a liar! AVOID!!!!
