Today was my third time going to Empire for a tattoo and it was my best experience so far. Kassie was so kind and welcoming. She is the perfect first face to see and creates a professional and relaxing environment. The artist I was originally going to see was no longer there and it worked out perfectly because I got to have Raven who was incredible! He touched up one of my old tattoos and he and Von helped me decide on placement for a new one. The touch up that Raven did was even better then the original. I’m super grateful to be his first client on his first day at Empire and I can’t wait to go back to him in the future - obrigada Raven!

This place has a great vibe. I went in for a Helix piercing. I was a bit hesitant because I didnt know what to expect but just walking in I was greeted with a smile from Bam and another vibrant young lady. Not sure what’s going on with this south beach location. I Scheduled my tattoo months out and was passed between like 4 artists. Artist ended up no showing my appointment and was given an artist who literally started working that day. Ended up starting about an hour and a half after my scheduled time. I would not recommend this place. It blows my mind they have this good of reviews. They must have really gone downhill recently

My first time in Miami and I stumbled across this gem. The building, and the staff are AMAZING!! Von, my artist was friendly, knowledgeable and nothing short of phenomenal! This shop was absolutely amazing, Sabrina was so welcoming and so helpful walking through the paperwork part. She was absolutely amazing and so friendly.Then my tattoo artist Darc was freaking fantastic!! He was light handed (which is what I personally prefer), and he was attentive to ever little detail. He free handed the design based off a picture I sent him, and he did an absolutely outstanding job executing a beautiful piece. K did such a great job on my floral bee tattoo, the sternum is a sensitive area and he was very gentle and it made the pain 100% maneagable. Probably the best tattoo experience that I’ve had! This is a really fun tattoo shop. The manager was extremely friendly, funny, and made sure we felt comfortable while we waited. My friends and I went to get our tattoos during prime time which meant we waited for about 2 and a half hours past our appointment to be seen. Although this was an inconvenience, we didnt mind because of how great all of our tattoos turned out and the friendly atmosphere. All 3 tattoos between myself and my 2 friends were amazingly well done by Gallo. He was very quick and accurate. He asked how I was doing throughout the tattoo. He also made sure the placement was where I wanted before he started. Great shop but be prepared to wait! I highly recommend Gallo for your tattoos!

I booked my appointment the night before around midnight and was worried that it wasn’t enough lead time to get in while we were visiting South Beach. The next morning I get a call from a girl with the sweetest voice. Her name was Yaya and was very helpful on the phone and answered my questions. When I visited, I met yaya and a piercer with some awesome piercings. They introduced me to my artist Eddy who would be tattooing me that afternoon. Eddy corrected an old tattoo that I’ve been meaning to fix for a while as well as give me a sick tattoo of a palm tree. It was all better than I expected for sure. Incredible detail, good coloring, and very knowledgeable. I recommend you go here if you want the perfect piercing or tattoo.

Wife and I got tats while in town for vacation. My artists first over charged me until I mentioned it was fairly pricey for the size and what I was getting. I have over 25+ so I should know. He Hesitated, then paused and agreed it was too high of a price and took $50 off. Good artist. What I got wasnt difficult.My wifes artist never mentioned a price until finished....then over charged by about $50 imo but I blame her for not asking beforehand. Also a decent artist.Wasnt feeling the 10% bank card charge either. No mention of it until payment time

I was seeking a cover-up while on vacation. The staff were great and able to provide what I wanted the same day. Infact, beyond what I wanted. My tattoo is detailed, the scar is covered, and looks like a sticker to peel or wash away at any given time. This made my vacation even greater.

Idonis Gallo! This dude is the standard and one of the best artist to do work. Tattoos are permanent and it’s hard enough deciding what you want to get but when you do from the skill to passion, cleanliness to care, professionalism to promptness I legit have zero complaint or regret in this latest tattoo.
