It was a desperate situation with that computer! they gave up ! Thenthey call me back a week after, to tell me that they wanted to try something new to fix it, and they fixed it!!!

Great service and fair prices. I needed to change the battery for my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. To do so isnt easy. You have to carefully take the phone apart without breaking the screen to get to the battery. I called a few places and Dr. Repair was the only place willing to do it. Granted they did warn me of the risks but they did the job without damaging my phone and now its working like new again. Thank you Dr. Repair.

Well i called for the first time and was able to ask the rude lady if they fixed IPads of course she asked me for the device info as i was starting to tell her she puts te phone down handled whatever she was doing and left me there waited 4 minutes listening to the loud noise she was making and she plainly hung up on me literally grabbed the phone and hung up i realized its 5 mins to closing i guess she had better things to get to one thing is certain i will never call or do business with them its the principal i am a brand new customer and this is the treatment ?? 😱 it says it allNo people skills at all wow

So I went there yesterday and they charged me for 20 cents per printing impressions from my laptop which is twice the price from the public librairy but fair since its private business. When I came back today on sept 5 2019 I asked to print 1 last page and the lady behind the counter asked me to send the page to a email. She printed the page and asked me for 1$ and I was shocked because I was there yesterday and I explained that the price I was asked was 20 cents per page. She told me it was 1 dollar this time because i have sent a email and she had to open the email on her computer to print it that was the reason i got a extra charge of 90 cents. I will avoid this shop has much as possible in the future and just for future references if they ask you a Dollar per page you know they are giving different prices depending on the customers. This is illigal by the way in the State of Florida.

I’m sorry, but I have to do it! I came into the store 10 min ago, I was in front of the owner for 15 min, he looked at me 2 times and he did asked me what I needed ... I was the only costumer at the store and he didn’t asked me noting ! for what I needed or what I looking for ! Needer he’s wife... he’s the only one person who repair computer at my neighborhood, thats why he has many costumer looking for him, I think that’s what’s happened, that he can do whatever he wants because he doesn’t have competition in the area ! He’s really smart but he doesn’t know how take care he’s costumers and whitout costumers he cannot do anything ! I’m sorry for my English.

Stay away from this guy i took my laptop in because it had a virus, this virus didnt let me login, he said he will check it for 50$ and to remove it for 100$, he went back to hes a desk and pull out hes phone set it aside in a blind spot so he doesnt know im watching him, took him 10 mins,HE JUST WATCHED A YOUTUBE VIDEO OF HOW TO REMOVE IT?!!! the sad part is not he took 10 mins and watched a youtube video, the said part when i got back the laptop i still have viruses!!!, i took back my laptop said HEY u didnt remove the all viruses, hes response is u gotta pay me to remove all the viruses, Guys watch out for this GUY, Hes a scumbag, I UNDERSTAND HES A BUSINESSMEN BUT THIS GUY IS A MONEYMILKER AND HES NAME IS OSCAR, find a other place to repair your stuff

Lleve una mac para cambiar la bateria. El dueño derritio el teclado y nunca me aviso, si yo no me daba cuenta en el momento me llevaba la computadora en peor estado del cual la deje la primera vez. Me cambio el teclado por uno generico. La mitad de las teclas funcionan mal y cuando se lo dije me dijo que las teclas que andaban mal son las que menos su usan. Termino de arruinar mi computadora. Si llevan algo tengan mucho cuidado y revisen sus productos antes de retirarlos. x
