I Had My Phone Fixed And It Looked Great Until Two Hours Later I Notice My Phone Was Not Charging The Same And Soo Many Glitches. My phone was definitely not like that even when the screen was broken. I honestly don’t feel like it’s the same phone I think they gave me another phone and fixed it up honestly it does not work the same. They was nice and fast tho but I don’t recommend this place

Worst place I ever been. I spend 150 dollar to fix the glass of my phone and now is broke again. The quality is very bad and they ask me more mo ye yo fix it. Don’t go to this place

All I wanted was to fix my phone. Not only did they make it worse, its now totally unusable. I first came here because the audio was messed up. The people are nice, but after I got my phone back, the battery was messed up. I went back to change the battery, but it was only a little faster. But the battery deteriorated so quickly, its like it was never fixed. Worse, they messed up the phone headphone jack. Eventually, it was not able to charge at all. Now I have to get a new Iphone. The people at the register are very nice, but I cannot recommend this place. You are better off going anywhere else.

Follow up:I stand corrected - I had a conversation with Manager - Mathias and that was from a completely different world - very understanding, professional - has resolved the issue appropriately.Original review :Very poor experience. Charged the diagnostic fees and could not find the problem .. and yet refused to refund the diagnostic fees. While in the store meat three other customers - ALL were complaining about their repairs for one reason or another (could be circumstantial though). Police were called in during the heated exchange. Very unprofessional people and unqualified to do their job.

Super fast service. Apple told me it would take few hours and they could not guarantee me my data. My phone was fixed in 40 min by this guys. Pleasant and helpful.

They are nice and they work fast, but the replacement parts are not up to par. I had my iphone screen replaced here, the new one works, but its significantly, noticeably lower quality than the original both as far as visuals and functionality. I didnt expect them to have original iphone parts, but there are several qualities of aftermarket screens, they say they have the highest quality of those, but I dont believe it.

This place is amazing! My phone’s screen was cracked and it was doing the weird ghost touch thing and it was unusable. I went to bestbuy, they told me 270$ for a replacement iPhone X screen. That did not feel right so i left and went here because it was nearby and the dude on the phone told me it would be way better and more worth it. I went and it was only 170$ for a repair. Unbelievable service. The dude working was so kind and chill and it was clear he enjoyed his job. I recommend anyone to go here to fix their iphone because it is so worth it!!! Highly recommend great service. The whole process only took an hour. They fixed my phone in 30 MINUTES!!!! It is flawless now and good as new.UPDATE: 2 Days later my screen started not working and I could tell they gave me a defective screen. I called them and they replaced it FREE OF CHARGE!!! AMAZING PEOPLE. They did it all with a smile on their face.

Water got my phone wet on a boat while in Miami and they took such great care of me! Cleaned my sensors and replaced my iPhone screen all under 170$ I’m so happy and my phone is in complete working order ! Couldn’t recommend them more !

I broke my lcd panel a few month back and decided to come here to get my screen replaced after reading the good reviews. Before going to the shop I called to confirm they had the part I needed. They said they had it so I headed over to the shop. Upon arriving I gave my phone to them and waited an hour in my car because that’s how long they said the repair would take. I went back an hour later only for them to tell me they actually did not have the part in stock. I left with my broken phone and wasted about two hours that evening between waiting and driving to and from the shop.A few days later I gave them a call and explained what happened and had them make sure they had the part before I drove over there again. They had the part. I went to the shop, waited about and hour and left with a seemingly new screen. Everything worked great...for the first few hours. Later that day the screen was literally coming off of my phone. So much so that I had to tape the screen to the back of the phone just so that’s it wouldn’t fall off. Not to mention the lcd screen was acting up again just like it was before they “repaired” it.I went back in, for a third time, and showed them the phone. They replaced it immediately with a new screen.When I got my phone back the screen wasn’t falling off but the colors were way off. The screen had a pinkish hue which I was able to at least correct in the settings.I’m writing this review about 3 months later and the screen is malfunctioning again. The lcd panel is back to how it was before the initial “repair”. And the screen adhesive is peeling from the edges of the screen.I really am not one to write a negative review but I felt like this shop deserves it based off of my experience. I’m disappointed I did not have a good experience like many others that have posted positive reviews.

I had the unfortunate incident of my iPhone 6 getting water damaged. I talked to the store owner he told me to come back within 30m and had a iPhone 6s ready for me. Not only did he sell me the phone for a great price, he also provided me a case and screen protector. The icing on the cake was when he offered to transfer my existing storage via iCloud to my new phone. This was so convenient and I walked out the store with a peace of mind. The service given here was simply outstanding!!

I recently paid a visit to the IPhone repair shop in the Miami Beach location. Very positive experience with the staff. They were knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for fixing my completely cracked screen. I made a joke about my phone being so cracked that it looked like spider mans webs. The employee laughed at my joke and took a liking to me. I enjoyed how the store is organized and how the staff was straightforward. They gave me a great deal for the quality repair. All in all, a great experience. I cant complain when the price, customer service, and quality was on point! I would recommend this location with confidence.

Update: iPhone Repair reached out to me and replaced my screen with an original apple LCD. I’m very grateful and happy that they reached out and resolved my issue. That’s customer service.I went to replace my iPhone 7 plus screen since it was cracked. Very nice staff. Unfortunately, the replacement screen is not of good quality. My max brightness is nowhere near the brightness the other screen used to have. It also has a blueish hue to it, so none of the colors on the screen look normal. I tried going through my settings but nothing worked. It’s the replacement screen that is low quality that i paid a lot to get it fixed. Wouldn’t recommend.

When your phone is broken it can feel cut off from the world and in a vulnerable position, but this place will take care of you.Ive been here twice already, both times I had an issue with my phone that prevented me from getting in touch with my clients at work. I use my phone for business (don’t we all? Lol) HUGE issue right? After expressing my concerns, these guys were on it.They took care of the problem quickly and effectively and at a VERY fair cost.The second time I went I was shocked at the price because Ive heard horror stories of screen replacements costing much more but they gave me a special deal and free screen guard that cost $40 at att or bestbuy (btw such a rip off! Never buy screen protector at att or bestbuy!!!!)Thank you for your customer service and taking care of your clients. That means a lot.

Screens sits well but there are scratches on the phone that werent there before and the chip I had stuck on the back of my phone looks like it was moved over and or stuck on again with some other glue. I showed the lady at the desk and she took no responsibility over it and blamed it on me, not how you should handle a situation like this. I do not really mind the fact that its moved or scratched but the way I was accused by the employee was not acceptable.

Soooo my brother tried to DIY and replace his iPhone 6s battery following online tutorials and got a kit for $39. He ended up breaking his screen completely, including the LCD. We were about to throw it away, and buy a new phone until we saw Iphone Repair Miami Beach shop on Yelp.We can totally see why they are so busy! They were very friendly and helpful, and we only waited 10 minutes for them to replace the screen and LCD. Not only were they friendly, they are also very knowledgeable and they have experience working at Apple, which explained why they are experts! We had a great experience here, well come back soon to replace my moms battery. Definitely come to thisshop if you need any iPhone repairs!

This by far is the nicest staff in a phone store i have ever experienced. The Manager was so intelligent that he helped me with every problem i had with my phone in under 5 minutes. My spider web cracked screen was fixed in 22 minutes and he helped my wife and kids with all the apps that were bothering them while he fixed the phone in front of me. Simply amazing!
