Jeff, the sales person I spoke to, was super helpful and made the process smooth. Transferring items from my old phone to my new phone is my number one concern and Jeff did this for me wit ease.I would certainly recommend folks to go see him if needing a new phone!
Josh was absolutely amazing. He was the most helpful person I have ever encountered at a Verizon store. He is extremely welcoming and could answer all of my questions with ease. Every other time I have been in a Verizon store it has been a cold experience. However, yesterday I walked out feeling I could always call him for assistance. He swapped out my phone for the new one and explained in detail all of the accessories and functions of the new phone so I was prepared when I left.I hope Verizon promotes him and keeps him forever, because that is what customer service is all about. Making the customer feel they are comfortable and knowledgeable.He needs to train the front of house at Verizon.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience being helped by Josh at this store that I need to share.I spent my Spring Break in Miami, and ended up losing my phone. I walked into Russell Cellular expecting the worst (I have had poor experiences with Verizon in the past) and I ended up receiving the highest quality service possible.Not only was Josh incredibly patient and knowledgeable, but he also happened to be the only person working in the store that day, and he handled multiple customer requests with ease, all while helping me and guiding me through the process to figure out my phone situation, even after I mistakenly gave him the wrong phone number (oops).Josh, thank you so much. It is very rare to find a salesman who doesnt try to get you confused with many offers and details. Josh is the guy who will try to sell you the whole store but step by step, starting by what you really need. The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Since Covid, I have increasingly noticed how bad customer service and the retail experience has become. It’s almost like citing Covid is the mandatory excuse that employers/ employees give to get away with giving bad and subpar service.But in this store, with Josh, it felt like old times - superb and attentive service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, concise with the options I had to chose from, patient, and put the customer first - he even stayed open after closing as my phone was still transferring- he didn’t tell me ‘sorry, store is now close, come back tomorrow’.You can tell Josh has been well trained and cares about the customer and their experience within his store.I only wish that there were more employees like Josh. I will be telling everyone I know to visit this store. I had visited a different store earlier and had the worst experience. So thank you, Josh, for making this visit easy, hassle free and enjoyable.

Caitlyn especially and everyone we dealt with in the store was very patient and helpful.we were getting two iPhones and 2 iPads. The process took several hours to sort everything out, but everyone took time to explain and help.
Caitlin tricked me into buying Apple Watch by saying that I will get 150 gift card only if I buy Apple Watch. Once I read the actual deal I found out that i already qualify for 150 since I switched to Verizon and that I won’t get any extra 150 for getting Apple Watch. That is very unprofessional and I felt fooled. Likely I managed to cancel the purchase of Apple Watch and I will be able to purchase it at cheaper at a different place.

By far the best Verizon I have visited needed an upgrade the employee yicet helped me out. She transferred all the content on my phone without a problem I also walked out with a holiday bundle that they have going on and with a free tablet with unlimited service, the employees are super helpful and very nice
This store is awesome needed to pay a bill ended upgrading my phone with yicet she got me into a sweet deal that came with accessories and a portable wifi device. They’re manager was very nice and always on task the store is super clean and well organized they are not a corporate store but they are able to upgrade, and add lines. It was a good experience they were on there toes and open to any question with an answer really happy I visited this store
Update November 2020: After months of emailing Russell Cellular back and forth they still will not issue me a refund. They tell me to contact LifeProof, however it is the retailers responsibility to issue a refund, not the manufacture. I would not recommend doing any business with Russell Cellular.I purchased a LifeProof case for an iPhone 11 in June of 2020 for $96.29. I asked if there were any problems with it if I could return it. I was told yes within 14 days. It worked great for the next 2 days of my vacation. On day 3 it failed. I went to the store to return it and was assisted by the same sales rep (Carlos H) he refused the return. And told me to email LifeProof directly. LiftProof has since responded and informed me that the retail was the one who needed to issue the refund. I am now 20 hours away in Michigan and would like this situation rectified. Please reach out to assist me.
Today I finally had time to do. A upgrade At Verizon authorized dealer here in Miami Beach . I needed bigger storage better i phone so I went from iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11. I was happy to call and she was so informative on the phone and kept me on the phone and told me my options so I was so happy to come in I was 5 blocks away I found parkinng . I loved that she was able to do it in one shot do the upgrade upload all my preferences put my ringtones in help me fix and add Apple Pay G mail apple itunes. G mail and help me if she didn’t do this I would be so lost . If I has to learn on my own to do everything they would’ve took me three months to learn she did it in 30 minutes. She went over and above in all the years that Going to get a phone this was amazing feeling . The location. On 5 th street washing ton ave Miami Beach was clean Street parking. And I came in she was straight to the point and it was knowledge she had and skill so she was so quick I went across the street to get a coffee I came back my phone was backed up and ready . And she made sure that my ringtones were loud enough and ready and we even went over a few ones into I like them. This is all amazing spot I’ll be back and you have my vote to send all my friend and family to Verizon wireless south beach 5 th washington s With service like this makes me tell everyone . Just take a look at the 1-star reviews before wasting your time.I should have.. Walked into the store.. immediately repulsed by the music, ill-mannered rep (answering phone calls while struggling through the verizon software)Tried to sell me a case, backup charger, wireless charger and screen protector before quoting me a price. Turns out you can order a new phone by calling Verizon.. I walked out when they tried to charge a made-up $40 service fee.. This store isnt even corporate and they are required to add (Authorized Retailer) after Verizon on their Google Profile. Come to think of it.. maybe theyre not even authorized.. Who knows.. but anyway.. go elsewhere- Best Buy right down the street.
Had to replace a lost phone, two girls helped get new one set up and programmed in no time. Very knowledgeable efficient workers. Id reccomend this store if you were in South Beach, Florida.

Good Verizon location. Always weary of the hard sell after wanting to simply check out a new phone on display, but was allowed to explore new phone, even when not on display (brought from back) and was able to walk away without being pressured. Very small store but effective.

He broke down all my options so I understood and was so genuine. I honestly couldnt ask for a better experience. It reminded me why I choose Verizon. Cant say enough good things!
When I wanted to switch and get a holiday deal the agent there Yicet told me that Im guaranteed the deal but will have to check with her manager.Called the next day to check and she told me that she didnt have the proper permission to do it then I couldnt get the deal because it expired!I lost $380 in savings because they turned out to be a franchised location and NOT A CORPORATE LOCATION! Was a very bad first impression towards verizon. Shouldve just done it on the website instead of going there.

Went into the store to buy a burner phone. Finally see Samsung Galaxy A10, was told it was $260 but with financing something like $10 a month. I tell them I want to buy the phone, no financing. The guy then calls his supervisor who informs him on the phone that to buy a phone with no financing it will need to be cash only with no refunds. I leave the store without buying the phone and later find the phone on Amazon for $140. Basically, they wanted to sell me the phone at the financed price (with all the interest added) upfront and the reason they wanted cash only is so I couldnt return it once I figured out what happened. Luckily, I didnt buy it but just beware of this store. Theyre out to cheat you of your money, not honest people.

I was promised a gift card $150 after 2 months if i switching from AT&T, and i have never received it. When i called the store, they referred me to Verizon call center and the call center looped me back to the store. I finally got a chance to speak with the store manager, but he stated that this promotion has never existed. Well done, Verizon, all i heard is ‘sorry’ from you, but I ended up with abandoned my balance from AT&T around $20 and got much slower internet in compare with AT&T.

My visit on 2/16/19 The sales rep sat in the back watching movies on the job, while he’s getting paid, instead of helping customers restore their phone. He made the lost situation phone worse by talking disrespectful and being very rude to a female, while his partner apologized and had great customer service.
Cellular companies offer all new customers a buyers remorse protection in the event the services don’t work for you. Not this store.I purchased and signed a 2 year contract for cellular and a WiFi HUM. Next day I cancelled and return the HUM as it was not at all what I expected and he charged me $35 restocking fee. So if your thinking of signing up through this authorized dealer think twice, because this store won’t honor the buyers remorse program under the 14 days that Verizon offers for the devices. They try to put you on the spot to really force you to chose to lose on that restocking fee or keeping the contract with them that they so desperately need. Stay away, bad business.

Ive been a Verizon Wireless customer for over 10 years and I have never had such a bad experience walking in a store trying to upgrade a cell phone the people that work here are unprofessional made me wait 30 minutes and still didnt accomplish what I came in for I dont recommend visiting this location.
Its minus one star. About every single thing I went there, response was: Call 611. Ofc, on 611 they tell you go to the store and so on. The worst customer service.
