This place is a scam!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Tells you a price over the phone then when your ready to pay at the store he changes the price literally in front of customers as we just discussed it. Also only cash but still has a POS system. All I can say to this guy is KARMA will find you buddy. Btw the screen he replaced has a blue dot on it but I’m def not going back here.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I went into this shop to buy a SIM card that would work over the weekend in the Bahamas. They sold me a SIM card from h2o wireless. In the Bahamas the card did NOT work and when I called h2o to find out why they said they only work in the USA. I called AMIGO Wireless from the Bahamas and spoke to Mo who acknowledged the mistake on their part and agree to give me a refund the next week when I was back in Miami. I went this morning and surprise... no refund. He claimed that only his brother could provide refunds and that his brother NEVER gives out refunds. Told me to dispute the transaction with the credit card company but their receipt conveniently says no refunds or exchanges so I guess they do this a lot. I also got 4 consecutive charges on the same card the next day from KANOO PAYS for $40 each and have filed a fraud claim against these charges, and I have called the State of Florida and City of Miami Beach to report these guys. WATCH OUT... or use cash only.

I’m from Memphis and my phone went black from sand and they were able to fix the problem expeditiously! Very thankful and wasn’t expensive

I had the most amazing experience coming here. The owner was sent from heaven. I’m visiting from NY and right before boarding my plane, my phone fell cracked and the screen went down. My arrival to Miami, getting to my hotel, getting in contact with people was a mission, but Amen (the owner) really hooked it up with fixing my screen on my budget, and was very nice to talk to. Would recommend 100%!!

I went there when I was on vacation. They did repair my broken glass of my phone but they had broken something else.....the audio.They had been very nice until I asked them a refund or an agreement. They never answer to my emails, even if they did before I asked them this. I can not come back because I live in another country but if you have done a mistake you have to pay for it...and they did not.

Great experience! Osama is very friendly and honest. I got my Samsung S8+ screen messed up and he gave me 2 options: to buy the screen myself and just pay him for the work, or to have him do everything. I chose the 1st option. He fixed my phone fast and now it is working perfectly again. Super recommendable.

Visited the Store while on vacation and the Rep sold me over priced So called Apple Air Pods that was defective (knock Offs) Ive been trying to call the store but all i get is consistent ringing never no answer. I do not recommend this location to anyone poor customer service. Now, Im stuck with a bad equipment that i cant use.3/12/20For me the problem is the defect in your product when i call no ones answers your phone. Im trying to get someone to work with me with this bad product. You dont have to give me a lecture on what you sell or what stated on what you sell just stand behind what you sell and fix the problem.

Worst experience ever i had to wait a full hour to get my phone fixed. I went left for 1 hour and when i came back to him he said my battery was bad. How could it be bad if i literally checked the battery settings on the phone. The guy is a skinny Indian with glasses.
