I broke my iPhone’s screen about 6 weeks ago via water damage. I went to Miami Vice because the Apple Store was closed due to COVID-19 and Miami Vice was the only place with screens for my iPhone.I got my screen replaced (paying less than I would have at Apple). About two week later the screen started to fritz out so I took it back and they replaced it because it was a bad screen.Fast forward four weeks and the second replacement is also on the Fritz. I go Miami Vice again and I’m told that the previous owner is gone and I can pay another $200+ to have my screen replaced. No thanks.Moral of the story - just go to Apple. Replacements from these kinds of stores are not the same quality or build as Apple. Furthermore, management can change and then if something happens with the replacement they gave you - ToOO BAD - you’re stuck forking over hundreds of dollars to the same store that gave you the bad screen (and in my case TWO bad screens). With Apple you’ll at least get consistency.TL;DR: Don’t waste your time and money with these third party screen replacement places. The money you save will just be more money lost when their poor quality replacements break.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I usually have the worst time when i break my iPhone because of all the drama it causes . I have to wait in line at the apple store forever and then pick the phone up the next day to pay an astronomical price. My friend suggested I come here first, he was right. The place is nice clean and has a cool ambiance. The staff helped me within minutes and i was out the door with a brand new iPhone screen and cool case within the hour. The price has moderate and fair considering the service. I recommend it to any who have the tragedy of breaking their phone over the weekend.

This morning I went to Ross and was looking at candles and a candle fell right on top of my screen. I almost had a heart attack.I came here and Chayenne fixed my phone in five minutes. Great guys all around! I twerk on this place every time my phone breaks. So here’s the story, I was out playing ball with my boys right. I feel the buzzer about to blow while down 2, I take a full court shot coming of the inbound. Ball flies, looks on target and lands directly on my phone beneath the basket in full air ball speed. Screen shattered I rushed over to my boys at Hotine Bling. They had my tinder remote back and ready in minutes. I hardly missed a swipe. Cant thank the guys enough. I have been trying to pick up my phone for the last 6 hours. I originally took my phone here due to water damage. Received a call that my phone was ready and when I picked it up it was stuck on airplane mode. After trying to troubleshoot it with the sales rep the owner shows up and tells me that the volume button is stuck and he needs to work on it (in retrospect that sounds like a quick fix). It is now 10:27 and Ive dropped by twice and the store is locked up tight and both phone numbers that I was given are going to voicemail. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

Had my phone screen fixed here a few weeks ago. Thought all was good. Yet I smashed it again and on repair was told it wasnt fixed properly, which I felt was something wrong with it anyway.Save your time and find somewhere else.Also my phone had been disabled for 5 minutes when collecting as if the staff had been trying to unlock my phone in the mean time. I’m walking down the street texting and all of a sudden I tripped over a rock and my phone fell out of my hands and hit the pavement! Such a terrible feeling, with my broken phone in hand, not able to gps I look down the road and see a Hotline Bling sign.. I instantly gravitate towards this.. Flew into Miami for Ultra and WMC and was out at a day party and some drunk chick knocked my phone out of my had and cracked my screen to the point it was unusable. found out about hotline bling from a friends so went over there and the people working there were very funny and accommodating and also fixed my Phone for me in about 20 min. Came to miami for spring break for a girls trip and did what most people do in miami... get too drunk at liv and break their phone. My screen was completely shattered and glitching and a local friend told me to bring my phone to hotline bling and I couldnt be happier. My phone was repaired back to new in less than half an hour. I was waiting 30 min outside the store that was supposedly open from 10 to pick up a product and being 10:35 am the door was still closed with the internal lights on. If they are going to set an opening and closing schedule, the minimum they have to do is to fulfill it because one as a client is planned according to the things they have to do in the day, for example, work.
