Best Office Depot I’ve been to. I was greeted and told I would be taken care of shortly, a member named Scott helped me get to the exact person that could help me and stayed with me til they came. Then an employee named Armando went above and beyond helping me with a problem I had, and was so kind and courteous in the process. It’s the small things that make a really nice experience and I will be shopping at this one depot exclusively from now on!

I’m not sure about the rest of the store, but the print center is a disaster. I placed my same-day print order, which was not ready on time. Once I get the notification that it is finally ready the next day, I wait in line for 15 minutes for pickup only to find out that it is printed, but that I have to wait still for them to finishing laminating it. Like the vast majority of people printing things here, this is a business order. It’s extremely unprofessional to not only fail to meet a provided deadline, and then notify the customer that the order is ready only to make them wait in line to find out that it is s not ready. This is not a place for business needs.
I had a great experience at this Office Depot. I had to complete a first time printing project and the manager Max was so helpful and explained the process every step of the way. He made sure I was able to complete my printing project in a cost effective manner. He was very pleasant with all the customers and I definitely recommend this location for all your printing needs.

I sent something to print yesterday and got confirmation that it was ready. I waited in line for 30 minutes for pickup and was told it isn’t ready.
Amazing for print and laminating. Lisset was SOOOOO patient and extremely helpful! She did more than I even imagined. I had a big print job for my restaurant and she was totally devoted to helping me and getting everything done . She even gave me her advice on what material would look and feel best. I don’t usually leave reviews but I just wanted to thank Lisset for being so patient and helpful and productive.
Im standing here waiting for a rep named Keller to print something for a man who he attended immediately and completely ignored me in favor of this guy. This is the 2nd time I come in today within 20min. The first time I came in I found out that Keller had read my email stating that I would be there at 4 but he failed to mention that there is no one in the copy center who knows about copies. I cant believe he attended the guy first. Just bc what? I went all the way back home then back to the Office Depot and am running late. This should have been simple and if someone is waiting in line do not attend someone else just bc what..? What excuse do you have?

A+ for consistency.I was attempting to make a copy and the sales person pointed to a sign for instructions.This sign is next to cash register, struggled for 10 minutes as the store clerk watched. Asked for help and he said to read the sign.The store was empty at 10 am. Just like the customer service. Bad attitude. I will pay more at FedEx from now on.
Today at about 8:50am, I went to Office Depot in South Beach to pick-up a purchase I did online. A tall guy names Ralph came over and showed me where the pickup bags were. He told me I had to go to the counter, where he left the package. Kristian, the cashier, said I dont know why he brought you here. He went on about how he didnt need a payment from me. He took my id and said again he wasnt sure why I was brought to him.SO I asked him, Is this the protocol when someone buys something online? Kristian replied, they just come in and grab it from the pick-up and thats it. SO I asked to see the manager and Kristian called Ralph back over. Ralph said he was the manager. I ask him why am I being asked to go through a different protocol than other customers? He replied I was not. SO I asked Kristian, How long have you worked here? Kristian replied 11 months. In the meantime, Ralph was holding my purchase (which was already paid for and had my name on it). I took out my phone and he said dont take a picture of me. You have no right to take a picture of me. I am going to call the cops on you. This was the start of my morning. What would you do?#officedepot
Due to the bad reviews I came early in the morning, just when they opened at 8am. They print 36“ wide and as long as you need it. (The FedEx I went before could only print something like A3.) You can print from USB stick or send your files by mail. I was the only customer and served fast and immediately. Printing quality was okay, a bit too blue, but acceptable. Definitely okay if you need something printed on the same day and cannot wait for shipping.
Great experience. Paolo helped me print a file from my email that needed a special paper size. I couldnt print it at home. Cost less than a dollar. It also helps that there is parking here. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

If there could be less than one star, I would click that! Every, single time I come into the store, there is an issue. Staff is completely incompetent . There is one guy in the print area who is extremely helpful, and has gone above and beyond to try to help me when I need help. Oftentimes stopping what hes doing to help me with something because no one else in the store will! They will send you in a direction where what you are looking for is... instead of walking you over there to help you. There is a manager there who is out of his mind rude! He argues with customers, and stands around doing nothing, most of the time. When I tell you every single time, I mean every single time I have an issue! I have been in there on multiple occasions, with my elderly mother, and she is the sweetest that she could be... And she gets crickets from them. I always get mad and then she gets mad at me. And I have told her over and over they are incompetent and dont do their job right. Finally, we both made a phone call to the headquarters, and she actually complained as well. Because she knows that I am not seeing things. They are horrible. If things dont change, I will never go in the store again!
Great experience. One of the staff came and tried to help me find what I need. They tried hard to help me out and its rare to see such awesome customer service. Free parking as well right on site.
This office store is GREAT and so handy to have on the beach too! Its probably the only office store left on the beach!!! It has a good selection of items, an incredible copy/print department and friendly staff with free easy parking. I hope it stays forever!!!
Beyond slow service
9/11/18 Im adding another comment. Im trying to mail a package, its been already 15 minutes, the attendant Paul was extremely rude and short, I had to call the manager to help me, but it turned out that they offer Priority Mail Service but they dont give you the Usps box! Again, going into this store is extremely unpleasant.I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS, so we can have a new decent store here.Visit August 2018I only go there because its closed to my house. There is a lot of room for improvement in the Customer Service area.
They had exactly the specific pencil I needed and saw online! And the staff was very helpful in helping me find the product when I arrived at the store.Excellent!
We have been many times and 9 of 10 visits have observed poorly trained, unmotivated staff. The few caring people deserve better support from staff and management. Well go over the causeway for better service.
The store is heaven to furnish small business, but some staff not very helpful. You know they See You but they try to avoid eye contact. I interpret as they rather do something else, then help you.
I understand there was an accident that occurred this week in your store but there should be a sign at the door informing your customers when you will re-open and also on your phone...so far NOTHING. This is terrible customer service.

I stand here in line, SHOCKED waiting for 12 minutes to pay with one person in front of me and 5 employees in a store with no customers. Its understandable why the change continues to close more stores and posting poor earnings. The store experience is so awful that I reminded why I should make my purchases on line.When I first started in business, I remember Sam Walton who founded Walmart would tell me, Scott nothing drives me crazier then seeing lines of people waiting to check out. Then he said... actually there is one thing that does, when customers leave their carts full and walk out of the store.I hope someone from office depots corporate office reads this and quickly makes a change before its too late. Your customers shopping experience must change in order to survive.
People were nice. Its it the biggest Office Depot, I dont remember seeing a furnature section, but it has everything else. They have a small parking lot by the front door thats free if you are shopping there.

If theres any sort of a line for the copy center, be prepared for a long wait and poor service. They didnt acknowledge me waiting in line for 30 minutes, and then the computers they had available werent able to access Google drive, despite doing the authentication on my phone.
I just got off the store. I got a printer and some other things. Meanwhile waiting for some prints. I waited over an hour. Terrible staff. Printer isn’t working and They make me wait over an hour to just said the printer isn’t working. Garet the cashier was really not nice.
Lets say 5 stars for location, while service is on minimum level of 2 stars. The employees make eye contact just to ignore U, no smile, no offer for help, I was served by Keith, Keith was tired, I asked him if I had points/$ from last quarter, I always bring used printer cartridges to recycle, he says there is none, when I got home, I checked that I had 5$ in my app of quarterly rewards plus $7 from today. Worn out service, no motivation. Even the manager passed by me with absent look carrying 3 cash register drawers to the elevator. Well thanx for being here for us, Miamians of South Beach.
This Office Depot has terrible service. The manager Rick is unprofessional and doesn’t care about the customer. My order was sent by the regional office to be printed yesterday. When I call the “local office for a time, she told me it won’t be ready until 9pm yesterday. Since I was unable to pick up at that time the agent confirmed that I can pick up at 8am this morning. I arrived at exactly 9 and they were still working on my job since they decided to stop printing last night. When I spoke to the “manager” she showed no concerned, didn’t even attempt to apologize. When I asked how will he compensate for my time he said “I’ll give you the 1800 number to corporate so you can work it out with them. This is how a local store treats a preferred world why company account. I will not recommend this store services.
I have no choice but to frequent this location. On an average 2-3 times a month. The staff here move as slow as molasses. Its really, really, really frustrating. Ive placed my order on line for in store pickup to avoid this sort of experience (several times) yet still its a ridiculous slow process. Orders not fulfilled, staff sluggish and blah. Terrible! Store is pretty organized.

If I could leave less that one star, I would. Every time I have been in here, the people have been slow, rude, and the help has been non-existent. Need to pick something up quick? Too bad. Need help finding something? Too bad. Need to print something? Look forward to spending an hour while some idiot tries to figure out how to click print on a pdf file. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else.

I live down the street from here and I have been at the store many times. Lately the new people that work at this place are incompetent. They dont know how to be cordial nor how to be sales people. Something that should have taken 5 minutes took 20 minutes.I will take the business some place else.
Unbelievable bad service Iam a loyal Office Depot Customer bought a Scanner with warranty for 414 dollars it stop functioning went to this store showed them photo of my receipt and American Express bill .. the Manager Jesus will not acknowledge the Casher Kerline was slow and just unfriendly,,,usually I don’t review this is not acceptable especially with warranty..
PLEASE TEACH your employees HOW TO DO FEDEX OVERNIGHT!!!!!!1. I wanted to send OVERNIGHT FEDEX of a document to Tampa on a Friday morning from this store location. Your employees (3 of them) ALL told me that OVERNIGHT FEDEX would not be delivered until that following Wednesday.. delivered 5 days later for OVERNIGHT FEDEX !!!Empmoyees iinstead suggested I use U.S. Post Office express mail.. which I refused.Employees then had me use FEDEX GROUND because it would get picked up that same Friday with promised delivery on Saturday. But my package didnt even get picked up until that Monday afternoon to go out!! What a disaster.2. This past Friday morning I was back at your store... behind an older lady wanting to do a FedEx overnight envelope. I waited exactly 23 minutes as the person next in line while your employees AGAIN struggled with the concept of FEDEX OVERNIGHT....Still waiting, I then left your store and drove to Lowes Hotel on Collins Ave. and used their FedEx office to send papers.MANAGER.. YOU REALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS...!!.

This Office Depot is HORRIBLE. The employees are incompetent and slow. Do not send anything to be printed there. You will wait 45 minutes to speak to someone, only to find out that your order isnt even completed. I do not recommend coming here. Make the drive somewhere else.
