Best Laptop repair in Miami Beach!! Any issue I had in using their computer, hed rush right over show me where to go and finished one task after another!! I was in a rush and got everything accomplished and was quickly on my way!! The funniest part is that im posting it from the cafe, as i passed by to print something from my email, and they made me pay for 30 minutes, (so not to waste money and time i decided to type it here)even though i told them that i only need 2 minutes to get into my account Instead of saying hi at the door for the very few customers that they have the gentleman said right the way that i should pay up front for 30 min and he offered me a solution- to go to some other place.Me as i have printed from this place for very many times got really disappointed, and as i have a lot of experience in the customer industry will say that its not just inappropriate but also very unprofessional

I came here at 1030 and doors were locked. The man inside mocked me while I was trying to tell him its not 11pm. Todays date 8.22.2018 he also seemed not to care that the door was locked. Poor customer service not to mention lazy. What ibwantes done would have taken me 5 mins online.

Too much money for wasting your time waiting for computers with (only!) 2G memory to respond... The guy there tells me the computer is slow because of the rain (???) - well since Im not using the network heavily it cant really be, can it...? And well its not the network that is slow its the computer. What can be is that when you open the task manager you clearly see that 2g memory is consumed pretty much instantly with a normal use of few browsers tabs. IMHO, In US you should get good service for your money - in Miami South Beach I got the feeling that almost everybody is making up new creative ways to take more of your money. Installing very little memory on computers for which you pay by the hour seems to be one of them. Please improve your service and dont say stupid things to customers.

Great spot. Has everything, fantastic coffee, free fast wifi with any purchase, tourist info, and a vape shop. Always buzzing and pleasant when Im in there.

WHEN YOU LEFT CRYING AT KLUTCH, RON WAS HOLDING HANDS AND DANCING WITH A FEMALE AND TOOK DOWN HER NUMBER. MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE KNOW, THEREFORE YOU SHOULD KNOW THE TRUTH.

Bad cashier, he wants to steel my money. When I came today to use one of the stores computer, he said that I came earlier today and used the computer and did not pay!!! I came from Tampa and arrived at 8 pm, how this is even possible. The worst person I have ever met. He is a Latino guy work as a cashier. This guy is the worst person ever.

Poor customer service, poor print quality, overpriced.I was charged 4.50$ per 4 B/W letter sizes that came out white and gray.Also no receipt, unless u ask for it.

They have these mid range computers, and you have to pay browsing time to print anything.
