When I say I visit this location multiple times a week… I don’t think it helps that I work less than a block away. Lol The employees are exceptional especially Valeria and Alejandra. They are alway recommending new flavor combinations. The paletas are soooo good and the customer service even better. Thank you guys for your continuous hospitality. I recommend the passion fruit with condensed milk and spicy sugar for the topping. Great combination of sweet and salty. My co worker loves Belgian chocolate with the Ferrero topping. We are working on trying EVERYTHING 😋

Best paletas Ive ever had. The place is amazing and the paletas are out of this world.

Upon coming in, it was extremely unwelcoming. It was myself and 3 other friends. We got no hi or welcome or an explanation of anything. My 3 friends ordered and I was still looking. I was debating between mango and strawberry and the woman was rushing me. We moved to the dip and topping station and she sort of nudged us to add stuff. There are no price tags anywhere! No one tells you how much the popsicles or toppings or dips are. Overall unfriendly service and lack of communication was a turn off. Groups of people coming in behind us all got hellos and welcomes and were treated with great service. Anyways, the popsicles itself were great! The glass was super foggy though and made it difficult to read the flavors.

My mom is very picky and so am i and we loved this place!! super clean, didnt take an hour and its located in such a good spot! A MUST If visiting lincoln road

Was looking for ice cream but wanted something that felt new and similar at once. Got Morelia’s and loved it. Had the Dulce de Leche (filled with Dulce de Leche) and dipped in chocolate. Delicious and will be coming back!

Alexandra = RudeWell unfortunately I had the worst customer experience ever.Morelia is located near a parking garage which makes it so easy to get to. There is outside seating to enjoy your paleta. Of course if weather permits it lol.We got there and there was a couple before us. But we didnt need to wait for long as they were paying.Alexandra I believe was her name was not friendly or welcoming at all, my youngest daughter touched one of the spoons from the topping section and Alexandra with the biggest attitude told her not to touch it,I totally understand that she needed to tell my daughter not to touch, but the tone she used was so rude, but it didnt stop there, I apologized and told her that my daughter didnt mean to do it. She didnt say a word to me and to make matters worse she kept staring at my daughter in a really bad way.Im pretty sure my daughter is not the first child to have done that and wont be the last, even if she was the first child to have done so Alexandra needs to learn how to speak to kids.I will NEVER be coming back to this location. Customer service is number 1 in my book, specially if my kids are involved.

I have tried paletas in other places and they were just ok, I wasnt a fan of them. But I wanted to give them a last chance since these looked sooo appealing. I tried Morelia and honestly loved them! The flavor was super rich and creamy, and they had so many options to choose from. Id definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lincoln road or nearby areas.

They did not want to attend to me when I arrive at 9:40 and the webside says that they close at 10:30. I love their ice creams, I am a client of that place. I buy a lot there but the tension I received was not adequate. They had everything clean at 9:40 pm and they told me that they could not attend me.

The ice cream is delicious BUT, it’s expensive for the size. $8 for a popsickle that should cost $5 or $6. Furthermore, the cashiers lack knowledge. How do you sell kosher stuff but when asked what kosher means, all you can say is “it’s Jewish people, a religious thing”... A customer in line had to tell me that Kosher means no animal products. Maybe those cashiers are not paid enough to learn as much as they should know, so I don’t necessarily blame them. Delicious ice cream though.

Very cute location close in Lincoln road mall and so many good options it’s hard to choose which paleta you’d like to devour! It is usually just 1 person working and several options for toppings and drippings. Prices are around $5+ so a little steep but download their app and I believe you get a free paleta on your birthday and free toppings/dips every so often. Highly recommend to park in the 17th street garage that is only a short 10 min walk and parking there is only $2 an hour instead of a steep $10-20 flat rate most places charge.

Never had I tasted paletas that ste true to the flavor they have. I had the Belgian Chocolate Paleta with Smores topping and it was magical

This spot never disappoints .ordered the banana filled with Nutella Paleta, added whipped cream, dark chocolate drizzle, sprinkles and a waffle bowl . This combination was perfection

Amazing experience at Morelia. I love eating ‘paletas’ and have never seen a store with so many flavors and varieties of toppings. It was so hard to choose one because they all looked amazing.The staff was friendly and very helpful explaining the different options. I had the dulce de leche paleta, dipped in white chocolate with oreo topping. I recommend it if you visit!! Looking forward to coming back.

One of the 2 girls working today at 5/19 was kinda rude. We walked in at 9:50pm and were told they were closed even though on Google it says it’s closed at 11:30pm (which should be updated btw! 2 groups of people came after we did). If they were really closed at 9:50 I’d understand, as I used to work at an icecream shop too. However the tone of one of girl’s voice was so rude and sarcastic when she told us to leave and go to cvs. She also said there’s nothing she could do about it because the computers were closed but the other girl was helping another customer and about to check him out on the computers so we didn’t take her word for that :/

Love this place! They have vegan paletas available and the pineapple mint doesnt have any added sugar. I get it dipped in dark chocolate with pistachios, its so good :)

Our favorite ice pops. Lot of interesting flavors and of course it tastes great. We miss it dearly after leaving south Florida. We tired several other paleta places but nothing comes close.

RUDE. I came from Houston to visit and I walked in to ask if they were open because it said they closed at 11 (it was 10 pm) and I misheard the girl and I told my boyfriend to come in. She said in a very rude and nasty attitude that they were closed. Never going back & neither should you.
