Ice cream was rich in flavor but expensive. Paid $20 for 2 waffle cones with 1 scoop each. Gave it 2 stars because the service was fast and ladies were helpful.

ONE employee for a big line, really? She is the only one that serves the ice cream and charge for clients, in a busy South Miami Beach! SHAME ON YOU HAAGEN DAZS, very disappointed, this is ridiculous and unacceptable!

This place is disappointing.Its 23:46 Feb 19 and I walk in. 4 ladies being served.the worker tells me rather rudely. We are closed.I literally walked 8 blocks to catch them before they closed at their published closing time.I asked about hours and she gets more aggressive and angry.Totally unprofessional and rude

Hours not updated, we came to the store on Thursday night at 1105pm and the guy working there is chatting away with another guy and he tells us ruddly he is closed already and he cant get us anything.. 10 min later he is still chatting with the guy with doors open.. Online says open until 12am. And there is a sign mask required, and he is not wearing one. Were disappointed for Haggen Dazs company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, we understand it was a busy night and they only had 3 workers but there was no need for us to be treated TERRIBLY! The girl who took my groups order had a terrible attitude! I understand it was alot of us and she was probably new but she had the worst attitude and kept rolling her eyes after we told her what we wanted to order. It made me feel as if she did not want to work, like she didn’t want us there.

We are 2 adults and 2 kids. We got 5 scoops in total between us and paid $32. For ice cream. That’s $32. For very small scoops of ice cream. Did I mention it was $32 for ice cream? Never again.

Most of the ice cream looked melted. $8 for one scoop. Ouch!

Both visits were disappointing. The first time, the woman had her drawer wide open, counting out for over twenty minutes. The line was halfway down the block. Then, the following day, the young man handed me my smoothie absolutely covered with drink on the outside. Not professional on either visit.

So first of all I want to make it clear that the ice cream was amazing! The salted caramel truffle ice cream was delicious. I also got some of the strawberry sorbet which was also really good. This is quality ice cream. Now for the downside, prepare for the sticker shock!! One small scoop in a small cup of each the ice cream and sorbet with a teaspoon of hot fudge in each came to $17.50! I get it’s Miami and it’s pricey here but wow that’s a bit extreme. That’s what a salmon dinner would cost at your average restaurant. I can buy a whole pint of Haagen-Dazs ice cream (any flavor) at my local grocery store for under $5. I love their ice cream and I don’t have anything negative to say about the company but I’m just posting this so others are aware that this store is very pricey

We waited for over 15 minutes to get served - there was only one group of three waiting in front of us. No one seemed to care that we had to wait and definitely didn’t provide any extra customer service. Ice cream is great but expensive and customer service is non-existent.

I was there for a mini cup Belgian chocolate (one spoon on ice cream...instead of 2 for a small cup).I am very glad becaus ethe ice cream was delicious! But the nice woman told me I will give you a small and I thought she did that because of the long time we waited....I was happy. But NO she gave me twice I was asking for and at the end I had to pay more....Please next time do not change at your convenience what customer ask for....becaus it s not fun to wait 15 minutes and to be asked eatibg more and paying more when we are just here to enjoy a mini piece of sugar...by the way thank you for your smile and you efficiency with the polite questions do you want to try? Etc...

First, let me start by saying that this particular location does not deserve a star at all. If I could give no stars thats exactly what it would have been, 0! Visited this location on October 20th and stood in line for approximately 15 minutes only to encounter with one of the most rudest people ever working behind the counter!! I felt that I was cheated on the portion size and when I asked the guy that was waiting on me about it, Yanina interjects from the other side of the counter with alot of smart remarks! First of all, I was not talking to her and second of all, who gets smart with a paying customer in front of a store full of people for no reason at all?!!! She continued to mumble and get smart even after I reminded her that I was a customer patronizing their establishment and did not deserve to be talked to that way for asking a simple question. People PLEASE if you can make it to another Haagen-Dazs, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT! I know the ice cream is good, but go to another one. Good customer service is very important and we dont have to take the rudeness of others and pay them our money too..No, stand for whats right! This is not a joke. If you read the reviews you will see there are lots of complaints about the staff at this location, particular Yanina!

The icecream and service were great, but the restroom being out of order was a huge inconvenience. We had a group of 8 people and paid about $60 but not being able to use your restroom forced us to consume drinks at Sbarros next door in order to us their restroom

The Ice Cream was very good (Rockie Road). The service wasnt that friendly. The staff is unpleasant (specially one girl). Next time, I’m going to the shop in Ocean Drive.

Wish I could rate less than one star. The only problem here is the staff, are they walking dead? There was a line out the door, still one of the three employees decided to do some meaningless sorting of wafflecones. I guess the staff wouldnt smile even if there was world peace. Incredibly poor location. Last time I visited here about a week ago there was napkins on the floor and someone had spilled something on the floor. I told the people working they should clean it up because its a slipping hazard. Then today I go and order a smoothie which was $11. Completely over priced for something you can get across the street at Freshii for $6. Then the person behind the counter asked if I wanted whip cream so I said sure, come to find out its a dollar more for whip cream or any toppings. They do not have signed that day the whipped cream for a smoothie is a dollar more, signage only indicates the toppings are a dollar for shakes.

This icecream is great and we all know it. The staff there do not round up the scoop. They cut corners on serving the icecream

No worries about the quality of the products: HaagenDazs ice creams are simply excellent and obviously everyone knows that since the customers are in a hurry in this cramped place ... So, it is not always easy to be served and we is happy to squeeze if you hesitate to choose from the thirty flavors on offer, toppings, cones ...The prices are high ... but fade in front of a good ice cream.

A Haagen-Dazs. For my liking, they take a long time to serve, they are quite slow and they cause the clientele to accumulate.
