Amazing Gelato with great variety.Unfortunately they dont have Nutella flavor but great selection neither way.The worst part is that prices are tru the roof 😂 but worth it.$9 for two scoops on a chocolate cone.Would definitely go again.In picture is a Strawberry scoop and a Mammamia Scoop on a chocolate pistachio dipped cone costs a bit over $9, Enjoy!

This place some yummy flavours . Kinder bueno, Nutella etc for all the chocolate lowers . And its actually pretty good ice cream. Ive definitely had better, however I give 5 ⭐️ for the unique flavours and the girls that work there were really nice ! Need to step up the game on the ingredients in the ice cream. Or at least try to look up answers . However overall it was well deserve 5 stars for the flavours and the people who work there

My daughter found this place on Yelp and wanted to try their waffles so we set out on foot from 23rd & Collins (Friday night in Miami - I was expecting vehicle traffic to be heavy, foot traffic was equally heavy). Got there and tasted a few before I settled for the mango gelato which was delicious. My daughter got her waffle & ice cream as she so badly wanted but here’s the thing - there are only about 3 sidewalk tables & chairs and customers were using them (although they were done eating). After talking about our foot adventure with one of the ladies behind the counter, we were offered a discount card for our next visit. I believe she knew the waffle was not going to be as expected after walking a mile. While we walked back to our location I relished on my mango gelato and my daughter’s waffles got saturated with the ice cream. Back at our place, she enjoyed it but thought it would have been better if eaten at the location/fresh.About the business:- it’s about 3 doors south before Española Way (google map mapped to a different location)-the ladies behind the counter were super friendly-there were about 5 dairy free options-small but cleanIf you’re management and ready this, please limit your table time for customers.

It was 4 of us. We went in to get some gelato. The waitress was very rude. We asked about a sample, and very condescendingly she said “when you go to a restaurant, do you ask to taste the pasta?” Like really? Please get some better customer service. We immediately left. No money from us today. Thumbs down.

The Gelato store is located close to Ocean Drive and offers a great selection of gelato ice creams. The prices are very reasonable considering the location and each time I went the service was great. I intended to only go once as a cheat meal desert but the gelato was so good that one trip turned into 3. Highly recommended.

There is ice cream and there is gelato. The two are not the same and they arent interchangeable. Gelato has a lower fat content and made with less ingredients than ice cream. Mammamia is the latter: real Italian gelato. I always pass this kiosk in front of Voodoo Lounge on Ocean Drive and always assumed it was made for tourists. But this is the real deal. Its lighter in texture than ice cream but packs a punch in flavor. I prefer my gelato in cups but they have cones too. Understand that gelato isnt hard frozen like ice cream so it melts quicker and can be a bit messy. I had the Cioccolata and by the end it was all over me but it was worth it. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was fine and they had no problem giving me extra branded napkins when I had to return for more because I was making a mess. Go. Eat. Enjoy.

My husband and I came to Miami for vacation. We spent a few hours in South Beach and explored. I saw this gelato store and I couldnt resist. This is probably the BEST gelato store I have ever been to. They have more than 20 flavors and the gelato was AMAZING! We tried flavors like fererro rocher, mango, melon, tiramisu, and cookies and cream. SO GOOD! We went to another gelato store in Miami and they was good, but their prices were pretty steep and they only offered 10 flavors. If you come to South Beach you must come check out this gelato store!

They added their own gratuity to the bill- even though i tipped in cash.

Took the kids there for ice cream, after a day at the beach. The melon flavor was absolutely delicious! The lady working there was very nice and patient with the kids.

Bayside location won’t let you sample. Location is outdoors. So easy to have disposable spoons. Haagen Daz a few feet away will let you sample.

Their gelato flavors are phony! Theyre all pretty much different colors of vanilla! Except the chocolate which basically tastes and looked like frozen cheap fudge! Bleh. Very cheap quality gelato. Flavorless sweet cold cream basically. Also tiny scoops and some are partial scoops. Ordered via seamless. Total disappointment

I got several samples before making my decision, and all flavors were yummy! The Cinnamon Toast Crunch is delicious! Not 5 stars because the price is outrageous! $9 for a small size, barely two scoops. Tasty but not worth the price. 🙂

I had a bad experience at one of the stands in Bayside, first of all you don’t tell the customer you can only have 2 samples of the ice cream, before you give it to them and with the worst attitude, we’ll the chocolate “ gelato “ taste so bad that I didn’t even finish the sample and in front of her I trow it away, so she would know I wasn’t there just to have free samples

Cold creamy delicious gelato.

Gelato was good but on the expensive side. We were 7 people so we ended up getting a pint with multiple flavors and it was cheaper then getting individuals. The service was great.

I’ve had gelato in Italy (lots of it) and this place is legit delicious. We actually went to the one in Bayside Marketplace but I couldn’t find it on Google maps! Sooooooo seriously good. Loved their flavors.

This is a global chain that is franchised out from Italy. As for the locations in the U.S. this is the only one. The gelato is good, but I would agree that it is a little bit pricy. However, it is in a good location if you are in central SoBe and want something cold, creamy, and sweet after hitting the beach.They do have plenty of flavors available so they will be something that will satisfy the most picky of sweetoothers. I ended up getting their black cherry and cappuccino and enjoyed the distinct and clean flavor that both flavors had.

Have never had Gelato before this place. All I can say was the Hazelnut, Cheesecake & Kitkat flavors did not disappoint. Definitely left a great first impression for my first time trying Gelato. Nice little shop and very accommodating with seating inside and outside to catch some sun. Great music playing as well. Definitely recommending to my friends coming out in May!

Gelato was pretty good, I got Ferrero Rochier and sneackers haha. Yes that is how it was spelled. The Gelato was already somewhat melted but that might have to do with it being 80 to 90 degrees all day in South Florida.

Only the black cherry gelato tasted good. The rest was not so good, like the suggested red velvet.

After coming out of the beach swimming 80mph, I was a bit thirty and wanted something cold. I came here and got a delicious mix of black cherry and mojito gelato. It was a decent price and the presentation was exellent. Definitely give this place a try!

Extremely overpriced! We wanted to tried a few flavors to pick the best one to buy and they only allow 2 per person. Even thought I didnt like one of the ones I tried I couldnt tried more which meant I had to pick blind and end up with an awful ice cream flavor. I would not go back to this place. Staff is also rude. Find another place to go and avoid a bad experience.

Way overpriced and the staff was extremely rude. We literally stood there for 10 min and they all saw us and no one came over or even said hi until I said “Hello? Do you see us standing here??” The gelato tasted very artificial. Won’t be back. Go with Miami Ice around the corner. Way better, they make the ice cream in front of you, and you get double for the price.

This place is really good. Yeah, prices are little over the top, but its heart of Miami Beach. We tasted coffee flavor, mango ( wont suggrdt).

The gelato was delicious. But the 7 dollar cup should be 2 proper scoops. Not one scoop and a smudging of gelato. Like everything else in South Beach-it’s overpriced. Also, I realized after the fact, that I was supposed to receive 20% off being a patron of the Hotel. But never received this discount even though they saw me get off the elevator that leads to the rooms.

The service and gelato was good per se and it was reasonably priced but shortly afterward I realized that null island doesnt exist and I was in the middle of the atlantic ocean and drowned

Showed up at the counter and asked the server for samples of two different flavors, she gave them to me, one flavor was fine the other one I didnt like. I asked to try out another flavor, the server then tells me that I can only try two of them! I told her that unfortunately I didnt like one of them so I wanted to please try another one, I assured her I was actually going to buy the ice cream. She says no, thats the rule I dont make the rules etc, etc. I had the bad idea to still go ahead and buy the flavor I wanted and another one that didnt get to try. As Im paying the lady still insists that is just only two flavors, at this point I was not really even saying anything, she keeps going about how outrageous it was of me to ask for another sample.Then I sat down at the place with my daughter and had half OK ice cream, because the one I didnt get to sample was actually pretty awful overly sweet and acid.So, I had half good ice cream, got reprimanded by a rude cashier a couple of times because I ask for something custom at any other Gelateria, and I easily had the most expensive bad gelato ever.In summary, Avoid! Haagen Dasz is just a couple blocks up and it is way better and way nicer staff.

Location 928 we have been purchasing everyday from this location and we received the worse service today 4:25 pm by the African American girl with braids that has purple color in them . She prejudged us assuming we were not going to buy. She had a bad attitude and it should be adressed or she should be release from this position dealing with the public. We purchased from location 920 from Johnathan who has a great attitude and wonderful for your business.

My brother loved the gelato so much that he went back for seconds the man working the counter messed up his order and put it in a cup instead of a cone. When we asked that he put it in a cone he refused and gave him the cone and told him to transfer the gelato himself which was not good customer service. Then I noticed the women continued to look at us with discussed because while transferring the gelato it got on the counter. I asked her if something was wrong and the man said not the woman proceeded to move my brother’s gelato and clean while he was eating I told her if she could do it for him we wouldn’t make a mess after all he had only the sampling spoons while they have scoops. She refused saying he paid for a cup I told her he didn’t he paid for a cone. She then refused to transfer the gelato again and had a very poor attitude. This was our second time there the first time we got a cone the second time we requested a cone and got a cup and all we wanted was them to use the scoop to transfer seeing that you’re on the strip and have nothing much to scoop with! One star because although the gelato was good the customer service sucked and I’ll never spend my money there again!

Gelato had a good flavor but it was half melted. The service was rude. Could be due to a language barrier. My friend ordered crepes and it tasted like they made them awhile ago and not fresh. Before she was done with her plate, her gelato was soup. Not much effort into the presentation of her food either. You also can only try two flavors
