I will be using Scooters 2 U again when I return to Miami Beach and I will be recommending them to all my friends. They have it all: great prices, amazing customer service, new scooters, AND they drop off and pick up the scooter from your front door!You can travel to any location in Miami Beach and find parking with ease on these scooters. The hotel I stayed at normally charges $40 per night for valet parking; however, because the scooter was so small they allowed me to park it for free during the two nights I had it!Julio was the name of the gentlemen that dropped off and picked up the scooter that I rented. He was extremely professional and polite. He showed me everything I needed to know about their scooter and provided me with information about where to find parking.My wife and I loved the experience and will be doing it again. During the last two hours of our rental we decided to go for a short drive to north beach and back to return the scooter. The belt on the scooter broke and we had pulled to the side of the road. I called Julio and explained what happened. He arrived quickly and traded my scooter with an even newer one. He said that due to the inconvenience, I could have another night with the scooter! I thought I was inconveniencing him, but he made our day. We continued with our trip and enjoying our vacation. Thanks Julio!

Super convenient scooter rental. They deliver, they pick up. I paid some $20 more that I could but I saved lots of time and hassle. The scooter was brand new.

First off, what an excellent person the owner of Scooter 2 U is. Very respectful and professional and chill. Literally the best deal/price around and was a very uplifting experience to ride around with my girlfriend on two very maintained (and fast) scooters around south beach! They were both topped off and lasted the whole time we used them, also when we inquired about a possible discount for ordering 2 scooters, he only charged one single deposit of 200 for both scooters instead of charging us a deposit for each one. Very excellent communication when we needed to reach him on the phone, he is very very busy but always picked up the phone and made time for us of we had any questions. Eric was extremely accommodating! Î booked online the night before arriving. He dropped off my scooter first thing in the morning, with an extra helmet as requested. I had never driven a scooter before, Eric was very helpful and gave me a tutorial on riding and being safe. He made sure i was comfortable before leaving. Drop off was very easy, i left the keys and helmets at my hotel front desk and he came and picked it up. Overall, amazing value and customer service. It’s also the best way to get around! Renting a scooter was a last minute decision to get around art basel. I called to ask a few questions and they were very quick to respond. Was told to fill out the order form online. The scooter arrived at the restaurant I was having lunch at in 15minutes! I had it for three days. It was a very convenient way to get around. I will definitely rent again from here next time I come to Miami and will recommend to my friends.

Rented scooters. Had a blast. Easy and quick. Guys are friendly. They are not located on Main St as Google maps suggests. They are physically located further south on Bay Rd near Dade Blvd. Scooters operated fine with no issues. We got the smaller cheaper ones.

I chose Scooters 2 you because they drop off as well as pick up your scooter. Friendly guy that dropped them off and picked them up & displayed how to start, stop & put them on the kickstand. He also informed us where and where not to park them on the street. I asked to keep the scooter for an additional 2 hrs and to my delight he said yes and at no extra charge so I had to tip him of course. (Which I always do to anyone that provides good service) Next time I visit Miami I will definitely call them again.

The guy who dropped off the scooters was very chill. We got ours from 9-5 but since he came around 10 he let us have them all day, we just had to return them but he said we can do that whenever he wanted. The scooters themselves were in pretty good conditions ran very well, gas gauge never read under F at all so it was pretty much always full. We stayed in Sunny Isles and they still delivered the scooters to us which was a plus. Me and my friends took a series of drives to south beach and we really got our use out of them. I would definitely recommend renting their scooters.

Met the owner, extremely nice and friendly guy. Scooter rental was extremely easy n stress free. Had a small complication with the scooter lock and the wrong key given. Within 30 minutes an employee arrived at our destination with the right key. We also had a 1st time rider with us that is barely over 5 ft tall. Her scooter was exchanged in minutes with an appropriate size scooter and she learned to ride easily after about 15 minutes.

I have been coming to Miami for nearly ten years, and renting a scooter is a great method for getting around experiencing the city. Either the pricing was not transparent, I had to wait around forever to get the scooter, and/or upon return the company tried to charge me for damages that clearly existed prior to the rental.Scooters 2 U is a concierge service. The gentleman I dealt with texted me numerous times to ensure that he got the scooter to me as soon as possible, even after hours. When he showed up, he was friendly and warm.The scooter worked well, and at the end of my trip, I called and they picked it up.This was an easy and enjoyable transaction.I will make bit a point to work with them again, whenever I visit Miami and need a scooter.

We originally booked for a one day scooter rental from 9-5pm but our flight landed late around 11am, they told me since my flight was delayed I will be able to keep the scooter all night. Great customer service! They bring the bikes to you within the 15 minutes they say and pick up from same spot as well. As long as you dont break anything, scratches are ok. Had a great experience. Gili provided excellent service. They weren’t able to deliver the scooter but after a $5 Uber ride to their Bay Rd. location, we were all set. They even gave us a FAT discount for the inconvenience. Had trouble with the lock and Gili swapped it out for a brand new one. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants the best in value and overall rental experience.

The service was great when we rented the scooters. Unfortunately, I fell off of the scooter and broke my leg. The cop who responded cited me for failure to provide registration/insurance (the tickets will cost me $300), even though he never asked me for it. I have been trying to reach Scooters 2 U for months to get a copy of these and nobody will return my calls. Will gladly take down this review if someone responds to me :(
