Horrible experience, poor customer service, nor existing staff at the facility. Office door always locked, no one at the front desk. They terminated my contract, didn’t bother to send an email, text or call. I got a letter at home that could easily be confused for advertising. The contract was terminated because of upcoming renovation work to a storage facility that is brand new!!! Really sketchy and shady the whole thing. They didn’t bother offering a space in another location or a promotion for the inconvenience. We are lucky enough we didn’t get our staff thrown away.

They claim they have an outstanding customer support service which is far from true. By some miracle I stopped by the storage yesterday just before my flight out of the country, to find out that they are terminating all units WITHOUT any NOTIFICATIONS. This is gross and disturbing. I paid until October 24th, and was told to move my stuff out by the 18th. Again, WITHOUT any notice.They said they sent a paper letter to the address on file ( 21st century!!!). I asked my tenants to check - no mail from them. The letter probably got lost, but I was joy able to receive it anyway. Which is why other companies use emails and phone calls! This is an extremely important matter, and I believe it was important to MAKE SURE your clients actually RECEIVED the notification. No email from them, no phone call, no notification in the app (just the ones about them charging me). The manager is just a joke - rude, ignorant and unprofessional. They hang up on me.

I was told i had two weeks to remove items due to the new owner remodeling interior building. i live out of state and have some personal and family belongings. I was also told i should have received a letter but alas, they did not send an email which would have been more efficient. This is bad on all angles and the decision by the owners of the facility make Cubesmart look bad on all fronts. Not sure why the franchise didnt have a better way to notifiy their customers in this day and age with...i dont know, some type of electronic communication that is effective to those that live out of state. i can travel back to Miami due to work but there are others who can not.

I have just discovered that everything has to be out of the storage facility by October 18 and all access terminated . I have yet to receive any letter, e-mail or phone call stating this . I was only fortunate enough to overhear elevator chatter about the news. I have been very suspicious ever since my lock was accidentally cut by management

Was in Miami on vacation had my custom wrangler transported there with me needed a place to store my doors and roof while in the city and cube smart was the place for that same day access and great assistance from the employees, was greeted with a warm welcoming every time I entered the facility made me feel very at home while using the facility! This will definitely be my only storage facility when visiting the Miami area!

CubeSmart Self Storage is one of the cleanest and well maintained places around. The staff is so awesome their Especially KC! He was so helpful when it came time to choose which unit worked best for what I needed. Plus he answered all my questions, (and there were a quite a few of them), with hesitation and was very informative! Not to mention KC has such a great upbeat, positive, friendly attitude! Stay away from this company. I had my storage unit payed until the end of October and by some miracle I found out they were terminating everyone’s lease WITHOUT any notice. Me and 5 of my friends were out of the country, and they didn’t even send an email! The manager in the office the owners DID NOT WANT ANYONE TO KNOW.

This is the cleanest and best storage i found so far. Also the cheapest. The staff is super nice as well, I was dealing with William; he rented my unit foe me and did all the paper work. He is also such a trusted & honest person. What he will say is actually what you will see and pay. No hidden fees or things like that and he helped me to choose the nest unit and best plan than fits my needs perfectly. I cant ask for more! Thank you all & thank you William for your hard work!

KC is the absolute best! I called a few local spots and his service and professionalism far outweighed the competition. Once I relocate in the very near future, this will be my go to storage spot!

I drove 35 minutes through bad Miami traffic, paid to park, arrived 5 minutes before closing, and asked the guy if I could just take a quick look at the spot I’d reserved to make sure it’s big enough. That’s it. He said “No, sorry bro, come back another day. I’ve already set the alarm, and I want to leave.” Seriously?

The facility has become much improved since i joined first in 2019. I wish hours was longer specially earlier but for that more employees would be needed since is more about security for the overall building and two employess are not enoug h for that. Also a power bar for the phones. But is great that you can received your mail . thats a?plus. Overall i like it.

Experience was amazing it was easy to the point I made a reservation and came in I was greeted nice and happy we safe and secure with the mask hand sanitizers Air conditioning nice cold and so clean So I told her I reserved on line I told her I was I. Hurry she understood the time is money and she showed me the two lockers that I was interested in I made a decision and I stick with the original one that I booked. Because it’s so simple and easy she put me on auto pay. I was so happy that I don’t have to worry about it anymore. I have a nice safe secure spot on the first floor. I feel unbelievable now I can have a storage 5 ft by 8 ft first floor . my home is so small no storage . Thank you very much she signed me up on auto pay for a year and now I have my place to store my old clothes are diving equipment or tools this summer he’s not gonna just take them thank you very much I will be a loyal customer and on. I wish there was a soda machine or water machine or snack machine. The associate was so nice I can’t wait to say hi to her next time I see her thank you

A very positive experience. I booked online for a favorable rate, and made two reservations by accident. I cancelled the duplicate, but cancelled the wrong one. The GM took care of me, got it straightened out and honored my cancelled reservation which is the one I really wanted. Nice clean facility, easy in and out. Exactly what I was looking for.
