My first experience at renting a storage unit. Amazing from the get go. I met Rob and then Mike, and cant decide which one I like more! Professional, efficient and truly nice, nice people. Public Storage is great. I think theyre the only ones who have been in business since the 70s. Thats older than me! Anyways, the one here on Miami Beach is really fantastic. I like that with all the rain weve been getting, this place doesnt flood. The girl who assisted me, I think her name is Angie, was really nice and friendly. She gave me great service and helped me save some money by doing an online mobile rental. The other person was a big guy with glasses and he was really knowledgeable and answered all my storage questions. This place gets a 5-star review from me!

Hi, Im so excited i had to tell everyone about this location of Public Storage, first of all everyone is so friendly and helpful, i went there for some packing supplies and was given just what i needed with some helpful advice, it seems like the cute guy Michael, and the handsome funny manager Tony used to be the same guys that used to work for FedEx on ALTON RD. they are so knowledgeable and helped me save money. i laughed so hard it did not seem like a purchase at all. the quiet guy Jeff, hes cute too, helped me put it in my car . I will always go back to this location and recommend them to everyone!!!!!

Hola, I have never rented from a Storage Location before, but i tried Cube Smart and i felt so uncomfortable there,and they were 2 expensive. I came across Public Storage and from the minute I walked in I felt a friendly atmosphere and Tony was so kind and humorous. I felt that price did not matter anymore, i was at ease. the Price of the unit was very fair and the location is clean and secure. i would recommend this place to anyone needing Storage or supplies.

Ive never rented from a storage place before, and was really nervous about how the insurance works at these kinds of businesses. I always thought they were trying to get one over on people like me, but the guy who helped me (Tony) was so sweet and funny! He assured me that the insurace is a requirement, but that its for my own protection against theft, natural disaster, etc. I thought it would be so much more pricey, but it was only $15!! Wow! I feel so much safer now, thanks TONY!!!

This location is absolutely great, i needed moving supplies quickly because my moving company failed me, This place had everything i needed, Tony (aka Y-not )helped me economize my supplies and actually saved me Money . when all was said and done Mike and Tony helped me put it in my vehicle. Public Storage has prices and service fit for a King! Especially this one, on South Beach. I really like the funny man called Y-Not and his sidekick, Mike! They are 2 really cool guys who work there. Their jokes are so funny that they steamed my glasses! Anyways, the point is that you should store your stuff here because its a great area and the prices are incredible!

This place is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, Michael was the person that gave me what i needed, made sure i understood everything before i rented. Tony is a riot, but very knowledgeable. i recommend this location of Public Storage .

I rented a room at the Palomar Hotel, I was needing extra space in the room because im using it as a conference room . i had seen there was this Public Storage on the corner . i went to inquire about a space where i can keep my luggage and smaller items, Mike was so helpful and explained everything in detail about the contract and what was needed to rent. the location is clean and well lit, extremely happy with the rental.

This is THE place to visit is you need moving supplies, I thought they only had boxes and tape, the management team there Tony aka Ynot, & Mike used to work for FedEx Office, I remember Tony from way back when he used to be their shipping specialist, and Mike who was a project manager, I dont know how Public Storage acquired them, but what an asset to Public Storage. This place has everything needed for shipping and storage and decent prices.

You dont have to take your Covid mask off to have a good time at Public Storage! I really appreciate the safety measures they are taking to make me feel safe, when I access my belongings. I recently got a new space at the South Beach location after having moved out for a few years. This is a good Public Storage location! The employees are so cool and personable, and I really enjoyed talking to them, while they were helping me rent a unit and buy some merchandise. I especially like Tony, the head guy there. What a character!! Angie and Mike are fine people, too! Mike was very nice talking to me on the phone and in person about a storage unit that want to rent in 1 to 2 weeks. he suggested that i do this google review to help them out because he is helping me out so much with my storage. he gave a great price and had so many helpful suggestions. he told me that his boss, tony is also a nice helpful manager.

My goodness, I cant believe the savings I got from renting a storage at this property! As Jimmy Carter used to say, Its bigger than a peanut! Tony, Mike, and Angela were fantastic to me. They told me how to do an ECI Check-In, which saved us a bunch of time when I moved it! I love this damn place!

I dont remember their names but it was an older man, a younger man, and a young girl who helped me at this storage facility. they were able to transfer me from a 5x5 locker to a 5x10 walk in style unit after waiting about 2 weeks for one to open up. i am glad i could move into this space because i like the location on the beach. i will recommend this to all my friends and family who need storage.

I am from France and I needed a place for my luggage. I found this location on South Beach. I was greeted by Tony he noticed my French accent and said he was from New Orleans. I felt so comfortable speaking with him. He showed me the the location and rented me a lower locker at a great price. His assistant Mike was so nice too.they both were so helpful and since I am traveling back to Europe soon I will be able to tell my friends about this location of Public Storage.

Angie & Tony are SO great! I came this past Tuesday and they were amazingly helpful and kind, assisting me in making an online reservation so that I would save even more, when I come in later this month to rent the space! I did not have the chance to meet him, but there is another team member named Mike who works here and Im told he is phenomenal, as well! Mike and Angie were very personable besides the fact that two customers before me in line were being rude and not cordial. The space itself is not the cleanest and also the codes to get into the building sometimes arent used to get into the main gate at the parking lot and the main door. This makes me believe the security system isnt as safe as I thought it was.
