WOW what a great company ! had a 96 Escort that was still drivable but required way too much money to fix. Called several junk yards here and the give me a price to pick it up (even if I drove it there it was the same price) so I happened across this site and filled out the quote form, the price came back twice as much as the bone yards were offering. clicked accept 1 hour later the phone rang and the next day the car was gone ! Cant get better than that !

I am not one to write reviews very often, but I felt compelled to do so this time. I was nervous dealing with a company based out of Florida and was leery it may be a scam. I can attest that they are not a scam and they were quick and efficient. They also paid us more than double what the local salvage companies were willing to pay us. We had an Audi Allroad that was going to cost more to repair than it was worth, they offered us a great option to get rid of it and get a little money for it at the same time. I would highly recommend them if you have a car that is not worth fixing!

I was skeptical of Damaged Cars because it was a company I was not familiar with and they pay with a check which I was uncomfortable with in a world where everyone is trying to screw you but after a lot of research and speaking with their kind reps I saw that it was a legit company with phenomenal reviews and A+ BBB rating. Everything worked out exactly as the reps said it would and my check cleared just fine. I was paid significantly more than I was quoted at similar companies which was a nice bonus as well. If youre in need of getting rid of your junker I couldnt recommend another company more. They come to you, pay you, pick it up and you dont have to worry about anything else. Customer support is as friendly as can be and the reps were patient with me as I shot dozens of questions their way. Im sure they thought I was difficult but I was just being cautious. Anyway, great company and they deliver on everything they say they will. Definitely check them out!

I input my car information on the website Saturday, and heard back with a quote first thing Monday morning. I was offered a reasonable amount for the condition of the car. Once I sent over a copy of the signed title I was given the towing companies information within 30 minutes. The car was picked up the same day. I was looking at getting no money back from the insurance since it was my fault the accident happened so DamagedCars helped us get something out of this entire mess. They were even able to take out the tow yard fees from my amount so nothing came out of my pocket. Thanks again DamagedCars for being there when we needed help.

These people seriously offered my mom $68 for her vw jetta no body damage just a dead battery and minor issues like brakes. What a joke lol if i can give 68% of a star i would but i cant

My 2014 nissan altima was on a hit&run on 20th on alton, i didnt have full coverage so you know how it goes.... i had the car for a few days more but unable to drive it anymore it became just a waste of money and space, fixing it was not an option due to the several mechanics high estimate. i filled the application online got the estimate and went to bed, Delilah called me around 10am in the morning, i accepted the offer, she was very helpful and nice, very professional lady i give her alot of credit for making the transaction as smooth as possible by keeping me updated. around 3pm the tow truck driver came to pick up my car. easy smooth transaction. I didnt get alot for the car but i got a fast estimate and a little better than what others offered. I dont like writting reviews much but these people deserved my honest review.

Unfortunately my car broke down on private property and was to expensive to repair. The persons that owned the property were mild acquaintances and allowed us to leave it there for a few days. I immediately called DamagedCars was given an offer accepted it and waited. We received one call from the tow company asking us what time we wanted it picked up I told them I would check with my wife and call them back. Every effort to call them back resulted in a voice mail that they did not respond to or a full mailbox. Called the folks at damaged cars they said that they got the same full mailbox from the tow company and stated they would send them an e-mail. Finally after a week of frustrating dead ends I called and spoke to a manager at DamagedCars. He informed me that he would call the tow company and try to resolve the issue. He called back stated they were still interested in the car somehow they had been informed it had already been sold????? but they still would pick up the car and would call me to arrange a time. Surprisingly two days later and nothing. It may be important to note that in the meanwhile the peoples property that the car was parked on apologetically told me they could not have it set there any longer because I asked for just a few days, so my reputation was brought into question. Yes the people that I spoke with at DamagedCars were polite and attempted to be helpful however their organization is only as good as the people they contract with!. There are a lot of companies that can be found on the internet that will gladly and efficiently buy your salvage vehicle, do yourself a huge favor and use another company unless you have an endless amount of time to waste playing phone tag and listening to empty promises. AGAIN use someone else for your own sanity!!!!!!!!!

This company claims they will give a quote for ANY vehicle, which by the way is misspelled on their ad, yet they could not give me a quote on mine due to the age of my vehicle. It is a 94. False advertisement and ignorance...
