The store manager, Mario, was very knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything to me in great detail. He was also very patient and took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to get the best customer service around. :)
Excellent attention from the work team. I visited the store because I needed help with my plan and both the manager and the employee Samuel gave me excellent service, they helped me save money on my account and even I bought them a phone, which was not the intention of my visit. I am very satisfied and happy with the attention they gave me in the store, I will recommend it to everyone I can and of course I will return whenever I need the service.
Did not receive accurate information in the beginning from the associates and the manager. It was critical information I needed to make an informed decision as a customer. The lack of customer service is apparent from management and employees. The only associate that did showed care I believe his name was Sam, but everyone else needs to take care of clients better. I will not visit this store for any of my AT&T needs, I will be taking my business to another store.
My husband and I went into the AT&T store on September 1st and we were taken care of by Mr Steve Rodriguez the store manager and our experience was exceptional . He helped us, answered all our questions and we walked out within an hour with new phones and new service. No complaints at all. We are so happy we changed to AT&T!!😊👍
Friendly staff, small franchise store and they dont have working display phones but for little things its a fairly good place to go to..

Racist manager, horrible service. First time here the manager wouldnt let me talk to the nice employee that usually helps me. He told me that hes the manager and that the other employee would not be helping me out. Now this time I come with my wife and before i could speak he tells me to get 6 feet apart, we did. When I am about to start giving my info to the nice employee the manger yells at me to sit down. I left and was about to purchase a new phone, ive purchased 6 before.
They didnt recover my old number to my new account, it was my main reason to visit the store, never asked me for my PIN preference they added at their will and never provided it so I had to call back to have it and the account number as well, I had to say my social sec number, he didnt allowed me to have the iPad to type it by myself. I never received the discount for autopay requested which is published in at&t website for my plan.
They had the phone that I wanted! All of the employees were very nice including the Manager!

Went to the store because I was interested in buying a new phone the Manager gave me a horrible time couldn’t even work with him it was like he couldn’t attend me Wouldn’t let anyone else attend me didn’t get the phone wasted my time .

No le recomiendo a nadie este sitio. La deshonestidad con que me trataron, provocó que yo estuviera mas de una semana sin linea telefonica, buscando los motivos del fallo donde no estaban.Mi tarjeta SIM se averió.Desde atención al cliente de ATT me asignaron una nueva tarjeta ya pagada que debía recoger en cualquiera de sus tiendas y al asistir a esta unidad, me colocaron una SIM card del año 2012 inservible. Su objetivo al parecer, era dar por roto mi celular para venderme uno nuevo. Luego, en otra tienda de ATT me informaron de ese fraude, cambiaron mi SIM card por una nueva y moderna y todo volvió a la normalidad.
