For the most part this place provides great service. I run into a problem because I dont speak spanish and usually have to wait for a call back from someone that speaks english. So, sometimes it take awhile to complete my transaction.
Ive been with them for over 6 years now and Ive done it all with them, wouldnt change them.
The company has inferior customer services. The account gets restricted continuously, and no one notifies you of whats going on, and if you complain or try to speak to a manager, the manager is never there. This is the only time I have ever written a bad review about any company because we are not perfect and anyone can have a bad day, but THEY ARE CONSTANTLY ON BAD-DAY MODE CHANGING THE RULES AND MAKING MISTAKES.
My experience with this company has been excellent. I do not live in Miami but have dealt with many other telecom and travel companies there and their service and customer service does not compare to this company one bit. Every time I walk into their office I am welcomed and greeted with open arms. Same as when I call in. No matter what time of the day, it seems that they are always in a good mood which is very important when dealing with customers. My opinion is that this is one of the very few companies that really cares about us Cubans and understands how difficult it is for us to communicate and travel there.This is solely my opinion and experience and no remuneration was given for this review.

I’ve been a customer since 2014 and lately on the service it’s been experimenting a lot of issues . Also the agents are rude most of the time. All of them without exception talk to you and provide customer service like if they’re still been living in Cuba with zero courtesy or management support . Very disappointed. Yosvany is the only one who is really helpful and polite. They should provide a better training or found new agents who treat customers with etiquette at least . Remember the cost of Cuban calls are the most expensive probably in all world and we all as Cuban should be support each other’s in same way but evidently that’s not happening. I would love to give you guys all 5 starts but your service it will be better for all .
This company is a joke, please dont waste your time and money. Wait time is at least 50 min and they will not do anything no matter how many comments or emails you send. You better off going to VACUBA and spend 60 dollars more and walkaway with your flight and visa on your hand the same day.

Think about it, they recharge your cell to any operator in the world, to Cubacel they offer the cheapest 11 usd for 250cup, they sell plane tickets, tickets for a cruise, hotel accommodation, they even issue Cuban passports, ha. Too many offers true. Well, they emptied my visa that had 90 USD. I was in a hurry and didnt notice those things

There was an increase in the rate for recharging my local number to Cuba. without having an answer.the fee was $ 20 plus $ 2 for service. is now $ 24?According to a representative for the monetary reform in Cuba, without further explanation a supervisor told me he would call me, but he never did.500 CUP / 24 = $ 20.83 + $ 2 = 22.83 the cost now $ 24, there is a difference of $ 1.17. I am a client of this company when its name was nexogy, and apparently the development of it has gone well but they are leaving small details that gave it its fame and development, CUSTOMER SERVICE, today they do not answer the call, they send you a cold text that they are sorry, you want a service and there is no staff to do it or just TODAY THAT PERSON DOESNT COME, I want to highlight that they were always very efficient, very professional and I never had a problem with refills or sending money.
