I never knew Miami Springs needed a UPS store until these guys opened shop but I am so glad they did.The staff is very friendly and they do their best to get everyone in and out as quickly as they can.I love coming here for all my amazon returns and shipping needs.

I purchased some oversized aircraft parts (tires, engines, turbos, oil pressure pumps) in an auction in Miami and I needed someone to freight these items to me. I called this store based on their reviews and they did not disappoint....The very same day they they somehow managed to pick up, palletize, pack, & ship all items to Kansas City with their Freight Service. Thanks again for the excellent customer service from start to finish.

This is hands down the best UPS, Staff is great (Very quick). Almost everyday I am there dropping off packages. Never has their been an issue. I refuse to go to any other UPS

I went in for fingerprints. This is not a UPS service, they have have third party equipment in their store. They have no responsibility to assist with the equipment, but they did anyway. They went out of there way to help with the machine that did not want to cooperate. Had it not been for their help, I would have never got my prints done. Thanks again to the staff!!

I had a large family heirloom that I needed to get across the US. I have no idea how to pack anything fragile so I decided to take it to UPS to get end to end service. Couldn’t have been happier Charlie and Jessica were extremely helpful answering my questions and even had it packed and shipped that day. My package arrived unharmed undoubtedly due to the care in handling. Also an easy quick place to do package returns. I wouldn’t go anywhere else at this point.

This is the best UPS store I have been to by far!! Charlie was extremely professional when printing out brochures for my company. I highly recommend going here for any of your printing or shipping needs. They have an amazing staff who are friendly and efficient.

The best UPS Store this side of the Mississippi! I had to make a return and sometimes I have issues with staff. I saw the 5 stars and drove the extra miles. Well worth with, I went it, got out fast and with friendly service. Charles was great and I even bet an internet celebrity.

I came to this location because I needed ID photos taken to renew my passport. I was in and out in matter of minutes. Very fast and efficient service!

I am a general contractor that lives in the neighborhood. Im really happy to have found out that this store prints 24 x 36 inch architectural drawings and blueprints in black & white and color as well. They also have the large format scanner.
