Upon arriving the first thing i noticed was the smile on every person in the room it was a very welcoming environment & my unit was in stock so i was able to purchase right away. I requested installation for the next day and they arrived on time & did a very good job. My unit was registered by them right after installation and now i have 10 years of warranty. i am very happy with my purchase and the nice people over at cooling depot i would definitely reccomend them

10/13/2017 DBPR is getting involved and getting results. ALMOST THERE!******************************Multiple issues with install on 12/2016. City inspector has visited three times. Cooling depot abandoned the job and I paid in full. They have ignored my request to resolve. 09/2017, I filed FL DBPR complaint. I hope cooling depot will decide to fix issue.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSI found them online and decided to go with cooling depot because it was the lowest price I could find and had to put it on my credit card. I got what i paid for and will suffer for it for many years to come.I needed to get a new central AC and was happy with everything I read about the model I was going to purchase (Goodman 3 ton). The tech failed to show up when he was supposed to but I spoke with Abner and he said it was a misunderstanding and would have someone out in a couple days. The guy showed up late and started putting in the unit. I left for work (since i originally took of the day they were supposed to come) and he assured me everything would be working when I got home. Well it wasnt, even though I called the office line and they assured me everything was good. The machine didnt work. The fan blew but no cold air came out.The tech failed to put the necessary refrigerant in to the machine and I didnt realize. I had to fight to get someone to come out. He kept saying one hour, one hour, one hour all day. 6 hours later he showed up reluctantly with an attitude. He noticed there was no refrigerant. He filled it up and no it kind of works. It can make the house bearable but not cold. Not even at night. i assume its damaged as according to another HVAC tech i consulted thats what happens when you let it run for two days without refrigerant. Now I have to go through goodman and hopefully have it replaced by another dealer.

I came in to find a solution to a problem as a customer we should be treated with respect instead pointing fingers and blaming before the problem. customer service is horrible!! Customer service should be #1 for any client!

They have a show room with units up and running to show customers before hand. I walked in and all the staff was very helpful and attentive we were able to purchase the unit and have it installed the same dayI am glad that great service still exist in Hvac field and prices were better than anyone elseI will be letting all my friends and family know about cooling depot !

Unhelpful, poorly stocked, and just rude to myself and other customers. Frankly unacceptable.

I purchased a unit from this company in late August of 2015. Now, the unit is not working properly and they are giving the run around about fixing it! I paid over $3k for this unit and now - I live to far for them to service the damn unit!

They are not responsible, they installed a unit for me that when the compressor turns off it makes a mechanical noise out of the ordinary and they say normal, if someone wants to see their work they can contact me.Dont believe what Adner Dantin tells you.
