I worked with Francisco on switching out filters. I originally bought them for a house we purchased and then ended up selling within a month. The new house we just purchased has a system using a smaller return air filter. Francisco facilitated a smooth exchange of filters without any additional cost. Sucks to go to a big name store to look for an air filter to find that they dont have what you need. If you do find it they only have two if your lucky. Filter king go to the website look for your size how many you need. In a few days you have filters for the year. Great quality filters shipping box came in one peace filters not bent or broken.

We placed another order for filters for our two air conditioning units with Filter King and received them very promptly. They do custom-made filters (as well as regular sizes). I have a large Geothermal unit that needs large, odd, filters. I have used them for over 4 years. Good quality custom made filters at reasonable prices. Again, not cheap filters but In my opinion reasonable price for custom-made filters.

When FedEx delivered my latest shipment of 20 x 40 x 2 filters, the box was crushed on one side en route and one of the filters was damaged so much it was unusable. I contacted customer service and spoke with Francisco, who asked me to send some photos of the damage so Filter King could file a claim with FedEx. However, they did not make me wait for them to get FedEx to resolve the issue, they went ahead and sent me a replacement right away and even offered me a discount on my next order. Fabulous customer service and I am a very happy Filter King customer!

They did not fit so i emailed Filter King and Fransico Druetta responded and helped me get another set of filters sent to me and only charged me for the correct size filters. I have an ceiling vent where the filters go and it needs 2, 20x20x1’ filters. I’m short and using a step stool. Once I get one filter in, try to put in the 2nd one, the 1st one falls out. Decided to try FilterKing as they had a 40x20x1’. EUREKA!!! So much easier and can replace by myself! Works great! Ty ty ty!!!

Seriously this was one of the best products I purchased. My neighbor told me about them and I kept putting off buying but wish I did sooner. I couldn’t believe how much was being filtered through. These guys have the best price around for the very large size filter required by my geothermal system (and Im talking MERV 13, not some wimpy filter thats not up the the task)! Believe me, I did a very thorough search on pricing like I do every year about this time and nobody else even came close. They shipped the filters and got them to me the same week and I live halfway across the country from them. Also, FEDEX damaged one of the filters and Filter King promptly shipped out replacements (notice that was plural). Anyway, these guys are awesome and though I will research again next year Im certain these guys will retain my business. Highly recommended for a good product!!

I never recieved my package and no one answers the phone. HORRIBLE customer service. Since they did not answer I had dispute the charges on my credit card. Unbelievable that they did not even try to reach out to me. Fed Ex left the package at another address and they are investigating where it went. I am so FURIOUS that they did not even have the decency to call me back! Now I have to go through an irritating process to get my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
