Recently went to pick up a TV with the family. The order was done online, they followed covid safety protocols, brought the TV to the vehicle and helped load it. BestBuy has one of the better warranties on the market and unbeatable prices. Its one of the few places you can have them price match ensuring that you always get the best buy.
They provided exceptional customer service and made me feel comfortable during my visit... thank you staff and hold on to that level of excellence.
I went to Best buy looking for kitchen appliances. I did find several I was interested in but unfortunately there was only one service rep and he was busy with another customer. After waiting for almost 45 minutes I left the store. I went to another store today and purchased the same items for the same price. Selection is limited in many of their kitchen appliances are on backorder.
Had computer service done with Geek Squad. Satisfied with counter service and wait time.
Was just checking out the new toys in the store. Everything is well laid out and clean. Just wish I had a nice bank account to use there. So many toys, so little dough!
I bought a game online to be picked up at the store, so when I got to the store, I went to the pick up online register, I asked the employee if I can pick up my purchased! He told me is not ready after I provided the info! I asked can you find out if it can be processed, he said nope, I have to wait an hour, so I asked can I go get the game and processes the purchase before the hour, he said no, so I asked can anyone do it? He said no, no one can, but I said the store is slow, I dont see any customers in-line to pay, so what is holding you back from helping with my purchase? You have a walkie talkie, can you ask around to speed up the process, he said again NO, so I left pretty upset to the games area, I saw another employee pushing a cart, I asked her by any chance do you have this order in this cart, it turns out my order was in the cart, so I told her can I pick up my order now? She said yes, let me go to the front and process the order, it only took 7 minutes to walk to the front, for her to process on the system and I waited 5 minutes for the order to be able to be picked up by me, so im not sure why the employee on the register was so unhelpful when the other employee helped me get my order as soon I asked but after I saw her pushing a cart full of product that I thought maybe she has my order in that cart, in fact it was, this is why Im giving 1 star, because the initial employee was very unhelpful and no idea what customer service is at all!! Im dont remember names, sorry.
All right, but somewhy they do not sale iPhones neverlock.

Great experience returning a TV. A staff member in the parking lot saw me struggling with the heavy box and rushed over with a cart to help me out. I was very impressed.
Customer service was amazing.I felt it could have gone more smoothly if they had more people helping.I saw management chit chatting and not really attending the store.Even price matching instead of finishing my order. The manager left and continue having a personal conversation.To achieve 3 different things at the store. It took longer than usually.Trade in. Price match. 2 purchases. Where in 3 different locations.

Really terrible service at the Tropicare Best Buy on August 13, 2021, at about 8:30 pm with a manager named Alexis. I requested help in buying a laptop. There was absolutely no available sales associates. I flagged Alexis down two or three times for his assistance. He brushed me off, saying to go stand in line. I did and was still not attended to. I approached Alexis again for his assistance in purchasing a laptop and again he would not assist me. By all appearances he was doing absolutely nothing but walking around aimlessly. He claimed that the store was short of help. If this is the case, then he needs to step up and help customers and fill in when you have a store full of customers and no staff.I will never buy make another purchase at this location (Tropicare) and will be contacting corporate to let them know of the essentially third world attitude by Best Buy employees and manager Alexis at this location.

Went there to get 19 inch flat screen. Looked on Amazon first but everything was a no name brand with mixed reviews. Best Buy had their Insigna brand which is usually good. Reviews were great so I bought it. Price was right. Customer service was great as usual.
Sales team for appliances is trash. Showing eachother picture on the phones to one another when me and my mother where asking questions. Other than that this best buy is decent.

Staff is not well versed on their own information and policies. Best Buy chat on the app claims one thing and the store claims the other.Getting price matched compared to Walmart was a task. No wonder people buy tech online rather than at Best Buy. I would avoid this store and buy electronics online if I were you
Good service. You can always find any electronic that you need, and the best thing is that they will match the price if you find it cheaper somewhere else.
Great customer service period. After a big nightmare on the phone for over 3h and speaking with more than 6 departments I decided to come to the store. First at the door Many then Donovan at the Sony TV area and lastly Kevin Acevedo these guys were great they were able to represent the brand with an excellent customer service makes me want to come back to this store and trust Best Buy again. I appreciated all the help they provided me.
The guy that handles the phone and camera area is great 👍. Knows his stuff and knows who to explain it.

Pack patience, they are doing a great job at staying and keeping us safe. Customer service is centralized. So dont walk around the store looking for someone and rather, go straight to the giant screens in the middle of the store to get help and theyve even made it easy to pay right there. I was helped today by a wonderful gentleman who was extremely helpful and helped me problem solve. Great job to the store and its team members.
Very responsive staff. Do not go there often and needed some help finding what I needed. Got help fast and had a smooth and fast checkout. A little pricey, but got what I needed.

Brought my two Apple Mac Laptops to them for them to transfer the data from one laptop to the new laptop. It was done in a few days. Very organized system. Both the gentleman who checked in the laptop and the gentleman who went over the specifics after the data transfer were very accommodating and professional. It was a $99 service fee. Apple usually does this for free but unfortunately because of Covid they are no longer available to do the service. I recommend BEST BUY.

Customer service is not a lost concept with this business. Its refreshing it see people care about your needs and make sure you leave with what you want/need. Im not docking any stars because my issue is with Samsung. Stay away from them and their piss poor customer service.
Love bestbuy stores and online shopping both great. Always buy the insurance for my electronics and never had a problem returning it or updating it.
Terrible Service. People are walking in with the means to buy their electrodomestics not knowing neither where to look nor start yet the staff there are completely useless just standing in corners gossiping or on their phone while clients walk around them completely lost. Very disappointing that Best Buy pays their employees to just stand there and take care of a store instead of helping out their costumers. Definitely not coming back.
You would think having customers in your store and not buying from your competitors online, the staff would actually engage & help the shoppers. But that would be a big NO. Get 2 stars only because I was able to get my quick fix tech in an hour.

What is up with Best Buy? The store looks empty and as if it was going out of business. Best Buy use to be such a great store to visit and there was a bit of everything. Lately it just seems sad and empty. Please bring Best Buy back to how it use to be or are you guys trying to give the customers a hint that the store is closing down possibly soon.
Terrible experience. Don’t fall for the free auto radio installation. They will give you an appointment and send a text a day before extending the time out weeks in the future. Carlos and Melanie managers of the service department are very untruthful and are full of empty promises. Amazon, will sell you audio much cheaper and will get you a professional installer without the hassle of the box box stores that you cannot reach anyone. What a shame, but Amazon will put them out of business.

I asked a worker who was loading some shelves for assistance to look for a movie. She advised she didnt work that area. And that no one worked it. Either way my nephew found it. Poor customer service no wonder they are closing.

They are never able to price match anything even though they say it and they always have a reason to justify the inconvenience of coming in because of some petty reason. Speaking of inconveniences, I spent $500 on a camera here yesterday, then the salesman tricks me into applying for a credit card because I will probably get approved and will get 10% store credit back on my purchase. Except I get denied (even with excellent credit). And then after that of course I qualify for the option to pay $60 for one with no cash back, of course. Then my credit score drops 10 points even though he told me it wont unless I get approved. So basically I am a little behind in life because the greedy salesman tried to sell me a credit card despite expression concern about my credit and not really wanting the card anyway (but figured I could benefit from the store credit). That was as much as a lie as their price match claims. Coming here was a terrible financial mistake for me. So shadey. Kind of like craigslist, when they decide they want more when you arrive, except using craigslist doesnt hurt my ability to get loans or get approved for an apartment.
Sorry but this have been the worst customer experience that I have had. I went to this Best Buy to check a washer and dryer. The store was almost empty. There were 6 people at the door just talking. One of them greet me and ask me what I was looking for. I said that I was interested on buying a washer and dryer and them he just point me where all the washers and dryers where and toll me if you have any question just come and ask any of us. I stay over there for 10 minutes looking all the specifications. Nobody shows to see if I was needing any help. When I decide which one a want, I came back to the front of the store looking for some help in order to finalized my purchase even though there was 4 people doing nothing one of them just ask to another rep who was walking if she was available to help me. She respond that once she came back because she was doing something.At that point I decide to just go, there was definitely not sign that any of them wanted my business. Big difference between Best Buy and Brandsmartusa.

Curbside was decent not too slow but not fast. They did well for the amount of customers they had. Inside was clean but not fully stocked. This is understandable given that it is December. They are friendly.

Plenty of parking. I asked for help from an store associate that works here. I asked for a specific item I was trying to look for. After fiving a detail as to what I was looking for and trying to do, the store associate asked me to stay in the area while he confirmed if they sell the item. He came back and verified it was a KVM and they no longer sell the product. I went ahead and proceeded to get another item from my list wifi extender which they do have.Eventhough they did not have the other item I needed, the store associate was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to verified the item I was looking for. Therefore this reason why I gave 5 star.

I had such a horrible experience at this Best Buy. Im a new customer to ordering online and picking up in the store. So I assumed that if the day the item was released on my receipt that was the day Im supposed to pick it up. I asked the lady for my pick up and with the nastiest attitude she said if I didnt receive an email saying the order was ready for pick up then its not ready and next time wait for the email.Im sorry but they can tell me in a nicer way my order isnt ready

Michel gave us excellent service in the cell phone dept he went above and beyond, very knowledgeable and helpful! Im afraid that today is another completely different story upon calling Michel Cabrera, I was NOT able to speak with him, and was rerouted to a calling center! I cannot get my emergency/temporary track phone to work inspite of following the directions several times, NO real person to talk to, as usual its great for sales people to sell us things, but when they DONT work, NO one can help, I bought this phone for my parents whom are 88, & 92 yrs old to use, while their cellphones arrive mid week from Amazon, but now I have to stop what Im doing at home to be INconvenienced and return to the store, Im VERY frustrated and NOT a happy camper to say the very least!😰😠😡While its NOT entirely Michels fault I feel that track phone is as much to blame, since they are the ones that have NO people to talk to, but I shouldve been offered to leave the store with the phone already working in its entirety, rather than have to go thru all of this to get it working as well as credited for the $20.00 calling card, instead of being tried to sell another one thru track phone,...!Hence my changing my 5 star review to a three, and thats being kind, in all fairness it probably should be less! I DONT recall having sooo many problems with track phone NOR Best Buy in the past!To make a long story short, I came back to the store and Michel got the yrac fine working finally, so Im changing my review stars alloted again to four instead of three! The ones that deserve a one star are TracFone(terrible customer service)!!!
