I went to deliver a load this is the worst place to that they make wait few hours to deliver receiving Manager has no matter to deal with people never go back to this place.

I ordered part for my Ref., it was not the right one. We returned it back and it was confirmed it was received back and waited 3 weeks for credir and never happened. I contacted the owner or the manager on the phone # that was provided on the invoice and after he confirmed it was received and will get back to me with the details the day after. NEVER did and after 3 texts messages and 3 phone calls with no response, I had to dispute the charges with the back. waste of my time . disgusted service

We placed an order for a $ 2000.00 Smeg fridge in February 2018 through Amazon, my cc was debited and the merchandised never delivered.We have tried to reach out to La Cuisine international without success,we have offered to pick up the merchandise without a response.This is our experience with La cuisine international.
