You would think that during this period of a pandemic going on, you would be able to reach someone in the Service Department to simply request a quote to install a Toyota Remote Starter (PT398-07130). Try again. Two days of making several phone call attempts and multiple call transfers from other departments. The line either continuously rings and/or the line goes dead.

The experience while waiting on service is okay - there are various areas to wait (main waiting area, business center, outdoors) and things to do while waiting, like browsing the showroom on that side, checking out some car accessories or grabbing a bite from the cafe or even watching some TV. Prices are actually pretty ok as well and they send coupons sometimes if youre a customer. The main issue is the drop off and valeting of vehicles. It just doesnt seem efficient as youll sometimes be waiting for a long time for a service advisor or waiting for someone to grab your car when service is done. Otherwise the staff is pretty nice and knowledge.
Ill start off by saying Im not a certified mechanic. But, I have been working on cars for over a decade now and can certainly pinpoint major issues with vehicles. My Tacoma had a bad rear wheel bearing(clicking when rotating) and suspected front bearing going bad(grinding from front when turning). The technician diagnosed the same, 1 rear bad and 1 front bad. The warranty covered the cost of replacing the rear but not the front... I had them do the rear, I pick it up, and what do ya know?!?! No grinding or clicking from anywhere now! They wanted to charge me to replace the front because that is what I suspected the grinding to be! What a shady bunch of crooks!!! Lastly, I go to get my ticket at the clerks counter and she wanted to charge me for labor! Why should have to question and haggle for something thats covered under warranty in the first place!?!?! I HATE STEALERSHIPS
Unfortunately this service facility is not longer doing happy customers for Toyota anymore. They will not give you any written estimate. They will just write down on a white piece of paper by hand. If you say yes then expect to see done less than half of all the things you requested to your car because they dont have the parts and even after confirming to you they had them. Also the supervisor said I cant have a formal proposal of the services requested because it is too much work. They take your car and your service request explanation right away in less than 15 minutes. But when you are requesting explanation for the things that were not done they will make you wait for 2 hours. Also sales department is kind of separate from mechanical department and from part inventory department and from cashier department or from supervisor department and when I said separate I mean like for competitor companies and not the same big company. Very disappointed from this place. Next time I will prefer to travel 45 more minutes and spend like $30 in gas just to receive a better treatment.
