I had a damaged mud flap from debris in the roadway on my trip to Miami. I passed by this shop and decided to stop on the chance they could repair and re attach it for me. I was met by the owner who couldnt have been nicer. Within 30 minutes, my mud flap was repaired and reattached. What an amazing experience and such wonderful customer service!

We had an insurance claim open and they sent us to this shop. We had a better experience at this shop than we’ve had at our dealership. The customer service is superb, they are on top of everything and make it a smooth process. Yojan took care of me when I dropped the car off and he was waiting for me and took care of everything. When I picked my car up Darin took care of us, they were still washing our car so Darin and Yojan in button up shirts went to help finish cleaning up the car to get it done quicker. Strongly recommend this shop, I will most definitely be back for any of my car troubles.

Quick and job well done, I wanted the car in 3 days and they delivered, they thought they would be early but didn’t make it, they did a touch up to an unrelated scratch make up for not delivering early! They even fixed a seal on the door with out me requesting. I forgot my license at the shop and they drove it out to me as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience at this place!! I have had many shady and horrible experiences with people operating at a dishonest shady third world level in Miami for 4 years and theis auto shop as the most honest shop Ive encountered in this city!! They were completely honest from the front I took my car to the shop because the first shop I took it to after some damages in an accident assessed over $4000 in so called damages which would have totaled my car with My insurance. I took it to the 2nd place and they saw that the 1st place added all these unnecessary charges and came up with all these charges that didnt make any sense and were untrue. they were completely honest with me and fixed only the things that needed to be fixed in the and my car was saved and I didnt have to salvage it in the junkyard because they were kind and honest with me. Victor is the manager there I believe and he was on top of everything calling me game the updates which is very rare to experience in Miami because theres a lot of shady customer service folks here and people dont seem to understand basic customer service in Miami. he told me that the car would be ready in 2 days and I didnt even need to get a rental car in the meantime while I was waiting for the repairs this place is excellent and I highly recommend anyone experiencing car issues or possibly a total loss of their car to go here and get a second opinion because these guys know what theyre doing and they know how to treat customers!! would go back in a heartbeat!!

Clean and organized, but missed schedule by over a week. Would have been okay if they just communicated the problem instead of telling me what they thought I wanted to hear. Body work looked great, but they didnt align and it needed it. They seem really honest, and def will go again but insist on better communication. Good prices, worked perfectly with my insurance company. Would like to see them get some support for the poor lady up front. She works hard and is really kind.

We had an accident on our vacation to Georgia in December our insurance used a body shop in Georgia. They did all the repairs fine but they missed a couple of details and Collision Center took care of all the fine details with ease. They also took care of my care rental bill. Geico sent my car here after a collision. They did great work and I was satisfied. A few months later an issue came up in the area they worked on. They fixed it same day with no charge. Highly recommend this place and I will be returning with any future car problems.

Had an awesome experience with Collision center... after everything was confirmed with my insurance Victor called me immediately to come in with the car. They literally gave me an option for the type of rental car I wanted and all. The process of dropping my car off (Smokey grey nissan), receiving the rental (which was ready for me) and picking my car up after repairs was all done to my door faster than I expected.In a blink of an eye my car was ready for me to pick up. The body work and paint job was well done ..When I saw my car it looked like a brand new car! The staff was very friendly,professional DARREN and Angel were two of the staff that made my experience not as bad as it seemed to be.

For starters, i would have to procure that Collision Center Of Miami Dade is by far the best shop i have taken my car to when my car is in need of help. Their shops has an array of solutions on fixing up cars. From paint, body work, and much more, these employees know exactly what they are doing and stride to attain the best results possible with the work that is need on each car that come in and soon after, drives off the lot looking new. The shop and its workers are grasped with the atmospheric vibe of trust and hard work. In the past I have had a great amount of good response form the shop and I will be having others come to there shop for it is hard to find a great, sadly not even a decent shop Miami, unless if it is overprice and cant fit most peoples budgets. As i say once more Collision Center of Miami Dade is an absolutely great shop where, I have had other go and leave me a great remark of the shop and it workers. So if you have never heard of them please go and stop by and check them out. For it is totally worth it.
