I have a 2010 Honda Accord that sustained several damages over time from parking lot hit and runs, weed-wackers throwing rocks, door dingers, and finally a small accident from someone who hit me which made me have enough; finally, it landed my vehicle in the shop. After shopping around and visiting six or seven body shops where I received several rough and formal estimates I could not find a shop that would fix the damages for a reasonable price that I could afford. Finally, a friend of mine referred me to KIKO Motors Auto Collision located near Miami International Airport. With the check from a claim I had made through one of the accidents and with some extra money in my pocket I found the best company to do the job, I could have never asked for more. No body shop is going to provide the value of service for the price that KIKO is willing to give for their work! KIKO Motors Auto Collision gave me the best experience I could have ever asked for, they gave me an estimate that was almost 40% less than some of the other shops I had been to, on top of that, they did an excellent job! Kiko’s auto collision is family run-ed and operated. The shop is unlike the other shops I had been to, it really is an independently owned ‘mom and pop’ body repair shop. KIKO is the owner and he was very kind, up-front, honest, and extremely reasonable. I asked for a fair price and that was exactly what I was given. Kiko is very honest, modest, humble, and it was obvious to me that he takes pride in exceeding expectations by doing everything he can to help the customer. After the repairs were completed I was soo happy to see everything he and his company had done to fix up my vehicle. Their company operates with integrity, fairness, loyalty, and they genuinely care about the interests of their customers! They don’t skip out on anything, I really felt like they were treating me like family and I was soo relieved to know I had not given the money to another shop for the repairs. He did an excellent job pulling out the dents, reconditioning and refinishing surfaces, and blending the paint. It made me soo content to see my car looking brand new again. He brushed over surfaces that were not mentioned in the estimate and where there some other minor miscellaneous type damages, he realized I had some swirls and blemishes in my paint and went over those areas as well. Basically, when I went to pick up my car it looked like I had a brand new paint job. I did not expect that he would fix up some of the small things that other shops would have skipped over. I also had some scratches on my rim that I personally tried to bondo and smooth out, a little project I never completed –and he took care of that as well. It truly humbled me to see how far he went to making my car look new again. No short-cuts, no run-arounds, no dodging any spotted problems. I was so impressed I had to comment on the great job they did. When people come online to make remarks about a company it is usually not something good; however, after my experience I wanted to make sure I came on here to write something impressionable and good because when someone does good onto you, you certainly should do the same in return. This is just one the ways I felt I could share such a great experience. I will not go to any other place to have body damages serviced. Most certainly, I will refer anyone to this shop whether they have a luxury vehicle or any regular car, I saw a variety of vehicles being serviced at their shop.
