Enrique and his team at Moby are outstanding. Managed to fix and blend three panels on a Mazda Polymetal Gray paint PERFECTLY. Exceeded my expectations the first time I tried them.

Had an appointment to drop off my car that was made through Progressive insurances. I showed up as planned. The receptionist said I was not in the system and they do not accept cars on fridays. No attempt was made to reach to the insurance company. When I spoke to the insurance company they said they definitely had the appointment. They do not have their act together. Look elsewhere.

My car was taken into Mobys by my auto insurance, although my car was declared a total loss the people at Mobys did an amazing job handling my claim. They were very attentive, friendly as can be and extremely helpful. I will admit I dont know much about cars but they helped me understand what the problems were with my car and assured me everything was going to be alright. I would 100% recommend this repair shop to anyone, Im extremely pleased with their service, its been a while since I received the great customer care as I did at Mobys.

I went for a Geico inspection and the manager (sorry dont remember his name) took really good care of me, was professional and very attentive and knowledgeable. Im waiting to here back from them so I can take my car in for the repair. I was going to use another body shop but was so pleased with my first experience with them, that I decided to just go ahead and use them. Ill update my review when I get my car in and get it back.

Great and fast service. I went in to repair some rear bumper damage caused by a collision. My insurance company (Progressive) set up a drop off date and time with them quickly. When I arrived to the shop, they quickly called the car rental company to let them know I needed to be picked up to go get my rental. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday afternoon and by Friday of the same week I had my car back. The bumper looks great so I am very satisfied with their service.

Took an SUV to Moby in for repair and painting of bumper; SUV was not ready in time. I should have not gone back. I then took in a car for repair. It was supposed to take 3 days. It took them 10 days. I looked at the car and they did not repair the front bumper; only the side of the car. The estimator was in a rush when he gave the estimate and was confrontational from the beginning. The same guy was there when I came back for the car. He denied remembering me and said it was my fault that I did not read his incorrect estimate that excluded the bumper. He had no explanation for the delay or his mistake on the estimate. They do not do what they promise to do, and then they deny responsibility for their mistakes. Lousy service for sure.

These guys are rock stars. They have top notch customer service and perform beautiful work.

This place is awesome. It was recommended by a friend so I took my car to them with significant damage they explained me everything in detail. As most guys I’m very picky about my car but after they finished with it I couldnt recognize it even though I knew all the details of the accident it was impressive.To top it off the customer service is amazing they take care of all the details the give you no run around I have sent several friends and so far not one came back disappointed. I have recommended people there because of how amazing my experience was there. They provide warranty on their work, that is unless you try to use that. Then, they blame you for the defective work and refused to honor the warranty.

Used them twice — great work both times. In a sea of sharks they are a safe haven!

Good Body Shop Nice Lobby ans Friendly Staff

Took my car in June of 2015 to get repaired and have never been so happy with a car repair. They did a great job and fast. Also at no point did I feel like I was being ripped off like I have at other body shops and mechanics in the past. I would definitely recommend them :)

I had an accident a month ago and in the middle of a crash a very nice boy appeared who offered to help me with the towing of my car, in my nerves and sadness he agreed to take it to his workshop since the first time something happened to me So and did not know what else to do. They told me not to worry about anything that they were in charge of making all the arrangements with the insurance, a month later a bill of my insurance arrives saying that I owe 2800.00 for this company I charge that of storage and of course the insurance He wants to charge me, from the 1st day they assured me that none of this was going to happen and now when I call, they just tell me that this is the 1st time this happens to them. I am very disappointed because I always asked them to be honest with me.
