I came in needing a rearview mirror replaced which I had tried replacing myself without success. The staff helped me on the spot at no charge! This never happens anymore, and makes me realize of the honest, caring, efficient, and qualified nature of the pros at this shop. I don’t leave reviews like this often, but I’d like to say Primary Auto Parts has some of the most honest, straightforward mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.I arrived at their facility this morning with a door jammed shut, a widow jammed open and a lock that failed to unlatch. Within an hour my door was repaired, the window rolled easily, and the lock functioned without a hitch. The staff was helpful, diligent, and most of all excited to fix the issue.It’s obvious they care about what they do and the people they help. Don’t let other car repair operations fool you with “diagnostic fees” for non-engine issues. When it come to windows, locks, and/or door repair, Primary Auto Parts has you covered. Period.

Great service! Went for my Chrysler 200 windshield replacement they quote me over the phone, got the glass same day and replaced it in 35 min. I could not ask for more. If you are looking for no headaches, go there for great service.

The owner was friendly, the price was right and they went the extra mile vacuuming the broken glass. Also drop in service was only a couple hours. Excellent all the way around.
