Meet the manager name Corey and other female associate, explained my issue of coming from 2 different auto zones in broward needing just one headlight fixed with associates there telling me that they cant help me at all. All they kept telling me was no and was very rude. Eventually I decided to come down to Miami gardens and entered auto zone there and was politely greeted by the female associate and Corey. They both went and assisted me with fixing my headlight and showed me how bad the old one was. I highly recommend this store to anyone, GREAT customer service...thanks again guys

I never really write reviews but this one I felt compelled to do. I came to the store the other day to purchase some wiper blades and i was greeted by Rosie she quickly found the blades I was looking for and helped me in a timely manner. The reason this review gets 5 stars is that Rosie was very helpful and explained to me the different brands and the different prices and helped me make an educated guess instead of just forcing an expensive product on me.So yeah, will definitely return when I need to and hopefully this amazing employee will be there.Thank you Rosie.

Just visited this location for new windshield wipers and products for an oil change. Corey the store manager was very helpful with helping get the best products for my car that was cost efficient. He even offered to put in the windshield wipers for me. Best service I have received in a while. We need more people like Corey.

I went in to purchase a windshield wiper for the drivers side of my vehicle and they were very helpful in finding me a product that was not only compatible to my car but inexpensive as well. They were also nice enough to help install the windshield wiper on my car. Not only did they service me efficiently but they were very kind while doing so. Definitely going back there for anything I may need for my car!

Great customer service. I came into the store and they had all the parts I needed. I was attended to kindly and quickly. I was particularly impressed by Hylton Dennis, he was attentive and very nice.

To start off, I don’t know anything about cars. So you can already imagine how I feel when I need to go look for and buy a part. However, Autozone makes it 10x easier when I need something. Especially Rosie. I went in the other day to pick up about 5 different parts and she was the best representative I’ve encountered in a while. She didn’t let me stress or worry about anything, she found all of the parts for me and even went to grab them off the floor. I stood at the cash register the entire time while she took care of me. Thanks to the staff at this store I was able to find the oil my husband sent me to buy. Running errands during COVID isn’t fun but I was able to explain what I needed and thankfully they understood and got me out I’m no time. These guys are awesome! Went there feeling nervous and upset because I had to get a jump to start my car. Mr Hylton really took care of me. Y’all! This is the best AutoZone in the area. I was having some check engine light issues a few months ago and the guys who would run the diagnostics were always so helpful. But yesterday, one of my headlight bulbs burned out. Googled it and looked easy enough to fix on my own, so I drove over to this AutoZone this morning planning on changing it out myself in the parking lot. Corey saw my struggling a little (read: lotta) bit and came to my rescue. He even had some issues getting it swapped out but never complained and was so nice. It was in a really tight spot. I would’ve never gotten it on my own. His service was A+++ on one of the hottest days of the dang year. Thanks so much, Corey. You’re the best. Much love!

On a stormy day, I stop to get my wiper blades, the manger his name was Corey went above and beyond his call of duty he offered to change them for me also recommended other necessary stuff for my truck, he wasn’t pushy he explained why I need it for my car felt comfortable with the managers suggestions. This location is quite comedic and not very inviting when you walk in the store. I’ve never seen a place of business where the supervisor getting into with a co-worker in front of customers without a care at least take it to the back and resolve it. My next concern is how some of the workers have no idea of some of the basic stuff about cars not expecting a genius but some knowledge at least to speed up the process. The last concern about this location is there’s a Jamaican man out there in this location who wears a black durag named tony who drives a faded green Acura playing mechanic outside this place of business. The reason I bring this up seen multiple times this man come in contact with people and no mask on that’s alarming I wonder if the building manager knows of this. I will definitely not be surprised if people start getting sick from this location won’t be coming here again.

This is the 2nd time I went to the store (1st time to get a new battery) and the manager assisted me when associates were not able to. He got on the floor to see whats wrong (which most people wont do) and helped me find a solution to my issue that had me without a car for 4 days. I was happy because a previous store I went to acted as if they didnt know what I was talking about and would not check. Then I thought to give this store another chance forgetting that it was near my home.However, the manager here gave me hope after my countless Google searches he told me the same thing Google did lol so I knew he knew what he was talking about. I thank God. I thought I had a bigger issue. With this pandemic and stuff going on to see that people are still helpful meant alot especially because I was at my frustration point.

Be careful of this AutoZone.The employees do not know how to use the system.A manager had to come assist an employee multiple times during my transaction.The manager expressed her frustration because it was a very simple thing that needed to get done.The employee was familiar with other customers that walked in, meaning this was not a new hire.After all was all said and done, I installed the part I purchased, only to have my car not start.I ended up having to get it towed to my mechanic only for him to tell me that I was sold a bad starter.I exchanged the bad starter at a different AutoZone location and my car started right up after installing the new (reman) one.Now Im out $140 because I had to get the car towed and pay the mechanic to inspect it. A simple 1 hour job turned into an entire Saturday.If you can help it, be sure to go to a DIFFERENT AutoZone.Clearly the employees dont care enough to learn how to do their jobs properly, management doesnt care enough to hire worthwhile employees, and poor inventory management causes customer complaints and the sale of defective parts.Ive had great experiences with other locations, but this one was absolute trash. Id give it 0 stars if Google Reviews allowed me to.

Prices are cheaper here than the smaller auto supply chains. As a female the staff always comes to assist me, there are local freelance mechanics in parking lot always, like Fred and others. I love autozone...I feel respected and educated about my vehicle, not like they will take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. ( Although I m not a typical female, I actually know quite a bit about cars, old & new)

I love coming here for my car parts and other things as well. They have the best prices and the people who work there are very helpful when you need their assistance. I like how they have everything you need for your car and you dont have to go all the way to the dealership to get parts. Auto zone is the best I will shop here until I cant shop no more

Great help and service from service manager when I had a check engine light come on. Since I was familiar and they were a bit busy, they lended the reader to check the car, but they were willing to help anyone who came in if they needed a closer look. Free check without paying for the full diagnostics at some places.
