I took my 2021 Hyundai Tucson there for its first service 7500 miles. I got the free included service with my purchase. They even washed my car, did a recall. All in under 2 hours on a Saturday. The service advisor Gary was very helpful. Big thumbs up for these guys. They got a customer in me for the foreseeable future!
Peter Armstrong was an amazing service advisor. He communicated well and was very professional. Definitely the best encounter i have had at a bmw parts and service. Being from out of town and knowing i had to get on the road, peter made sure to have everything looked at and taken care of in an efficient amount of time. Highly recommend having peter as an advisor. Or someone to train others on how to perform at an above and beyond level.
Horrible, horrible, horrible, will never take mine or any other of my families or friends cars there. Took them almost 3 months to replace my cars engine and even tho I understand a part was on back order, The communication with my service rep karina was extremely horrible. Took forever to return calls or text message. Never could tell me what was the progress on my car. Had to get the service manager Alex involved for him to actually tell me what was going on with my car. Finally after 3 months at the dealer i got my car and it Looks like they put the car through a car wash but the inside was extremely full of dust and smelled like burn engine. A courtesy vacuum would have been nice.
First off they have a feeder system that props up the five star reviews. After you get service the advisors says the survey is linked to their bonus and ratings and it needs to be five stars. Service advisors should give you updates more easier but barely reach out to you and you have to see them physically to get a any questions answered and the wait times they say are never accurate. The advisors dont want to work together and constantly bickering. Had my service advisor ask another service advisor if she could help out with my issue and she just rolled her eyes and said you do it. They regularly claim the system is down when it comes to stuff covered by my warranty. Thus I have to pay for it out of pocket before or wait days until I could get a rental. The cashiers once overcharged me $900 and just giggled about it. Finally parking is extremely limited when you have to drop off your vehicle. And the overall place is dysfunctional from head to toe. They have order parts and told me they ordered the wrong ones on accident. Update it took me 30 minutes to get my car back after I paid for it, meanwhile the valets are standing there not in uniform and just buying slushees. Finally get my car back and I have a old car battery in the trunk. Never coming back here, taking my business to another Hyundai dealership.
INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS COMPANY. I went there to change my light bulbs, they told me it was going to take a day to get it repaired, it took two days. Being already upset at having to pay ubers for another day, they call me to tell me they found 1,000 problems with my car and that instead of paying $240 it was going to cost me $1,800 for everything, giving them the benefit of the doubt I decided not to fix anything else other than the light bulbs and get a second opinion as I have heard this place tends to overcharge for everything. When I went to get my car on the second day, I paid for the replacements of the lightbulbs and then they had me waiting for another hour and a half for my car. Once it finally arrived, it had no gas and had not been vacuumed or washed as promised. I dont recommend this place, it is mostly managed by white men which shows there is very little diversity in the company and that they try to scam you by finding multiple issues on cars.I hope they learn from this.

They took four days to do a simple oil change, a door seal warranty repair, and a factory recall. In total, it was about 6 hours hours of work, and they have my car four full business days. AVOID
It could have been worse. I scheduled a synthetic oil change for $60 online. I chose the earliest time so there was no line or crowd. It started off smoothly. In the appointment scheduler I also choose to wait for my vehicle (i.e. no drop off).Though I had pre-selected the service that I wanted at a specific price, the service technician had me look up the services that I should need in a brochure that was very slick looking. The prices were much higher than what Id signed up for. In fact, the flyer indicated that I should have my car inspected and get the tires rotated during my oil change for a total of well over $100. As I had recently purchased the car from another Hyundai dealership I refused the recommended air filter service because the other dealership had told me that they had just replaced all of those and I would not need a new one for at least a year unless I was driving in dusty conditions.Though I had pre-scheduled my appointment and had clearly stated that I would wait for the vehicle, I was told that the oil change would take 2 hours. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting in a room with people that were not all wearing their masks properly, I got a call that my vehicle was ready and that I should pay.After paying I was told to go outside and wait for the vehicle. It took 34 minutes for them to pull the car around to the front for me to retrieve it. During that time I had to have a conversation with the service tech because I had scheduled and paid for a synthetic blend oil change. As you can see from the picture they only added 10W30 Quaker State oil. The service technician told me that they only list the nonsynthetic oil, but that they always blend it with Mobil 1 before they put it in the car. I pointed out that if they had put something in my vehicle that needed to be listed on the receipt.I think its much safer for me to drive outside of Miami to get my vehicle oil change the next time. Its probably worth it to drive all the way to Orlando with how these folks are running their shenanigans.
Dropped my car off and was getting a loaner. Registered at 7:39 with the car place. Watched everyone else get s vehicle - even people that came after me. Now 9:06, late for work and still waiting

Just don’t bring your car here. I brought my BMW in for new tires and the car was returned to me with a new problem - a blown out subwoofer. They automatically blamed it on me (they told me I must have spilled something in the car) even though when I dropped off the car, the subwoofer was working just fine. How is it possible that i spilled something in the car when the car was in their possession the entire time? Anyway; I took the car to someone else for a second opinion and was told the issue was that someone was listening to music too loud and blew out the speaker - that there wasn’t any water damage. Sounds like someone turned on the radio too high while fixing my carS anyways I’m done with this place and recommend you take your car elsewhere.
So far so good. Dropped it off for repairs, they were getting ready to move into the newly remodeled service center. I hope to have it back soon.

I called to have maintenance done on my 2017 Elantra and the woman who answered the phone seemed annoyed with answering my question about whether or not the Hyundai dealer did maintenance on hyundais and she very rudely said no and then hung up. Go to napleton hyundai if you want good service and great employee interactions.
Sebastian at the front of parts and service is very rude and nonchalant. We were waiting for our car for over 30 mins. He ignored us several times. If people are spending their money then there’s no reason we should be treated in such a manner.
We took our XT6 Cadillac for an oil change and a issue with a backup camera (goes completely black when you put the car in reverse).They took a WHOLE WEEK to do an OIL CHANGE and not fix the backup camera issue. Also, they gave us a Kona for a rental and tried to charge us 500 dollars to our insurance to fix a chip on the passenger rearview mirror. Remember to never take a rental car from them while your more luxurious car is being serviced. I am very dissatisfied with their services and I plan to never go back there.
WOULD NEVER Ever Come again! I’ve been waiting THREE Hours for nail removal of the tire.(had an appointment ) And they charged me 50$. I’d rather go to another Hyundai dealership next time!!! Braman Miami don’t care about their customers. All they care about is MONEY

Ridiculously long waits to drop off and pick up your car. The workers are always on their phone taking personal calls and texts. Making an appointment is for fun because they don’t matter and lol at “it’ll be finished by x”.If I hadn’t paid for the service contract when buying the car I would never come here.

ZERO STAR! Thats what they deserve. My experience there was a nightmare. BRAMAN HYUNDAI IS TRASH!!!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this place and I dont recommend anyone going there for service or to buy a car with them. I dont wish to anyone what happened to me with this dealership: THEY CRASHED MY CAR TWICE and the last time, they didnt admit it and I couldnt fix it! If you want more info, read the timeline of my events:May, 7: Took my car to the Hyundai Dealership of Braman. Apparently, my car had an engine recall which I was never contacted about neither the car showed any engine check signs.Braman took over a week to get a repair approval for the recall leaving me without a loaner car.May, 9: My Service Advisor GARY DESROSIERS (I dont recommend him, at all, the worse person to follow up and give a great customer service) gave me Hyundai -CA (Corporate) phone number to follow up by myself about the status of my approval. So, he cant do his job...May, 14: Finally I was told my car needed a new engine and it would take up to 8 weeks. I got a loaner car.May, 15: I receive a call from Hyunday in CA (Corporate) letting me know that my process could take from 1 month to 3 months.May, 16: My car was ready to pick up. THEY CHANGED THE ENGINE IN 2 DAYS! At this time it was suspicious for me. I asked GARY DESROSIERS at what time could I go to pick up the car, he said 8PM. Coincidentally, they close at 8PM. Anyways, it wasnt a big deal for me, I showed up before but this guy wasnt there.While the cashier was looking at my case, my car wasnt ready to release on the system! She had to go and look for my advisor (as I mentioned, he wasnt there) or Service Manager of Hyundai (he wasnt there either). Ryan Mullings, Service Manager from Mini was the most helpful person in this dealer, helping me out thru the process to get my car back.When I finally got it... MY CAR WAS CRASHED (Rear Bumper) AND MISSING GPS ANTENA! Ryan was ashamed, took a picture of the damage and let me get the loaner car again.May, 17: I got a call from GARY to let me know they reviewed the pictures and will do the repairs. Waiting time: Until the end of the monthMay, 28: My car is ready for pick up. It took them an hour to find where my car was... Really? After all, I wanted a breakdown of what they did to my car: I didnt trust this dealership anymore. So I went with the Service Manager of Hyundai ALEX HEREDIA. He didnt even know about warranties on cars when you do a recall and replace the engine. After a couple of calls, they finally got an answer for me. NOTE THEIR IGNORANCE!Finally, I went to my car and the first things I see:- NO GAS, 0 miles range and I didnt leave it like that.- Over extra 100 miles.- The advisor, Gary, left at 5PM (before my car showed up). My car was delivered by the Service Manager. He lets see his unprofessional manner once again!- Again, Ryan from Mini helped me to refuel my car.May, 29: I receive a call from Gary telling me to go anytime this week for complementary services that they were trying to sell at the first time: A/C filter, Engine filter, Brake flush, Wipers, Transmission flush. I accepted it!Jun, 1: I was at the dealer by 9:15AM. I left my car with the promise of only 3 hours waiting time. At 2:30PM no contact from agent or dealer. I decided to call and my car was ready.They were trying to make up what happened for the first time but suddenly... MY CAR WAS CRASHED AGAIN! (Front Bumper) I made the claim and it looks like my car had some white lines, but these ones were terracotta color and it was fresh. They refused to repair and I walk off letting him I hope dont have to come back anymoreAfter all, 5min later my boyfriend called Gary to try to get a polish on my bumper because I WAS RIGHT! He said he didnt feel safe with me... REALLY? Im the one who doesnt feel safe with Braman Hyundai. I called the police and report the damage and situation. They refuse me by FL law as a customer of Braman Hyundai.
They lost my car; and argued they never received it. It wasnt until I showed them in person on the BMW connected app that the car was at their shop that they finally admitted they had it. Once they located the car they misrepresented the service cost.Very disappointing level of service.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE unprofessional, bad service, unethical, Hypocrisy. I went 6 times to get fixed my hyundais AC and they never fixed. I was assisted by Diana Jimenez and the last two times by Luis Matos, Service Manager. They are just waiting for your cars warranty get expired or they want you to get frustrated and buy a new car. They make you feel like crap while they lough on your face. F... them. Also, they always wanted to change other parts of your car which are not related to the actual issue.

This place has terrible service. It takes longer than an hour to drop off and pick up. Meanwhile they have time to text on their phones, and not all the services are complete. Will have to go through this AGAIN! Wish I never leased from Braman.

Today 11/02/2021 9.00 am I arrived at the service of my car and I realize that there are no longer waiting seats outside in the open air for us vehicle owners, that sometimes the service takes almost two hours, having a global pandemic they are withdrawn in this way we have to wait inside the room where several people are together this gives a negative opinion for the place because they do not take care of peoples health and I think they are violating the provisions or recommendations of the health authorities Also previously they protected the vehicles from the inside with paper on the floor of the car and a nylon on the back of the car. They did it in the presence of the clients. They no longer do it! I asked agustin falcon manager and the answer was that the owners are the ones who removed the seats! And about caring for the interior of the car, he told me that the workshop covers them! That is not known to me as a customer because I do not see it! And the disinfection of the cars when they finish the service I asked Falcon about this, the manager told me that they do it when they finish the service. This disinfection should be done in the presence of the clients because it is not known if they actually do it! And it is very important with the pandemic that the customer see if their vehicle is disinfected! Waiting for these issues to be resolved as soon as possible!
