Went today at 8 am. I stayed there to know the diagnostic. Finally after eleven they checked the car. Estimate was $2368.08 . My car is a Patriot 2017 and a/c stop working. I decided to take the car to another workshop. In the other workshop a mechanic did a deep diagnostic and found the clutch of the compressor destroyed, so they installed a new compressor, flushing, new filter and three hours later my A/C start working as a brand new car. Price $750.00 . Never be back there again and my suggestion never, never, never go there. One more thing. Something similar happens to me in this place 4 years ago.

I barely ever go out of my way to write a review but in this occasion I believe its the right thing to do, Ive been a customer for years and have brought several of my vehicles here, The staff is courteous and attentive. They are well equipped, organized, knowledgeable and with certified mechanics. They have earn my trust. They are straight forward with their pricing and service. Just today, I took in my 2005 Ford Escape for an estimate due to a leak. They spent over and hour to come up with the diagnostics and my estimate. I told them that I will have to come back during my vacation in about two weeks. They waived the cost of the estimate. Now, who else does that? Thank you OA Auto, Keep up the great service.

My air conditioner on my Volvo was blowing hot on a Saturday morning . Was sent to OA by Advanced Auto . The compressor had to be replaced. I’m very satisfied with the repair.the cost and the personnel I met . Will definitely return and refer others.

I took my vehicle to get it inspected because my cooling air system hasn’t been working properly and paid $35 for the diagnostic check. They told me it will take some time to have it inspected I left and when I came back to check the status of my vehicle I asked the front lady in the cashier area that I wanted to know the status of my vehicle she seemed kind of lost and called someone by the speaker. A young man came in to the lobby handed me the repair cost and didn’t even bother explaining to me what was the issue with my vehicle which was really unprofessional when I look at the the repair cost they were charging me a total of $869 because according to the diagnostic check they conducted I had several leaks in my vehicle air conditioning system. I ended up looking for a second opinion and paid $200 for someone to fix all these “leaks”. This place is a total RIPOFF now I know why the lobby area was empty and there was no clientele.

Waited 2 years to write this review. Came in, and service was 5/10 to start with. Gentlemen told me the car I brought in had a compressor that was shot, and that the A/C would be toast in a matter of no time. He quoted me $1100. I went to eagle or something along those lines in Hialeah, they hit me with some freon and my a/c has been golden ever since, they told me I was lied to and that my a/c was in fine condition. 2 years later its still running strong. I think theres only 2 options here, I was either almost the victim of a scam, or OA auto techs dont know enough about cars to work on them, Either way, I would never bring my car here or recommend them.

I dropped of my car on monday 20 at 8am I tried making a appointment and they said they don’t do that I told them Saturday and then again Monday that I need my car too be done by Wednesday afternoon let me mind you the job there doing is a 8 hour job Maybe 2 days max but here I am still waiting for my car mad and frustrated cuz I’m losing money and on top of that the supervisor or owner don’t answer emails so...... I’m here leaving a review because there is Apparently no Way to get in contact with the supervisor so since they don’t wanna answer Here you go.

I just had my Infiniti Serviced and once again I have to come back for something. They told me i needed a new, NEW compressor only lasted 2 years? They used to be great but I cant sacrifice dealer quality anymore for convenience if they dont make this right. Wasting my time and money trying to be loyal. I hate writing bad reviews..

Something is definitely NOT RIGHT in this place. Everyone seems normal and nice. If they tell you about a problem with your car get a second opinion! Not sure who is to blame but good luck with these people! No integrity! Not professionalism! They will squeeze every dollar out of you as much as they can and won’t hear you out when you try to tel them about your car! Crooked as it gets!

Been a loyal local customer of OA for years. They dont do me any favors and I realized you have to do whats best for yourself when thats the case. Every time I service my Infiniti, and pay out the big bux. Their handy work always only lasting a few days. This time a whopping 2 days. Last time a leak they missed and a new compressor and condenser only 2 years? This time another compressor and what a new mystery leak? They used to be the AC kings but their warranty should have covered this but only give you three months... Think again people before coming here before a dealership with real warranties and quality. If they dont make this right. This review stays and Im spreading the word be weary and im going to the dealer.

I recently brought my vehicle for a transmission oil change and tire rotation within minutes the service was done. Everyone was very helpful and provided me with details of the service being done to my vehicle. O and A has exceeded my expectation. I will definitely visit them again!

Let me start by saying the service is horrible. I went that I needed my a/c fixed he told me buy this piece and that will remediate the problem. Once done I drive back home and air still not functioning. Conclusion I went they said they cant do nothing about it because it was another piece than why did you tell me to purchase the other piece no work ethic and dont warrant their job. I had to put one star because couldnt do no less. If the owner wants to call and discuss you are welcome too.

Took my car in because my throttle body was making my car turn off, they gave me a 1900$ estimate. Good thing I took it somewhere else. Do not go there. Theyre not fair or honest at all. All they had to do was reset my computer and that was it. They still charged me 304.00 dollars for the diagnostic and they said they reset the computer. Something that they never did. If they do this to all their costumers theyll go out of business soon.

I had gotten a $1700 quote somewhere else for the evaporator on my 2002 BMW 318Ic. They did it for $1100. No complaints. Do yourself a favor and check with them first before doing the work at another shop.

Ive been here since 9 this morning to check out my fuel tank. At 1 oclock the mechanic tells me that hes checked the hoses and they seem to be working. I also need a fuel sensor replaced. 2 oclock he was going to take lunch. He comes back at 3 to say hes just now going to take lunch and will check on my tank when he gets back....their prices are not reasonable and the time spent isnt worth it...

In June had another car checked out recently and was told it was the AC compressor. $700 to replace, so I did the work with them. 2 months later they are saying the evap core needs to be replaced for another $725.Back in 2013 I had an AC compressor replaced. The moment I drove my car off the alternator starting acting up. Hmmmm suspect... I wouldnt have any work done at this shop.Once is a blip twice is a trend however
