Also when you give them enough notice and depending on availability they can provide you with a loaner car while they work their magic on any repairs needed. I saved $1000 in repairs with their car insurance !!! We just had to pay the deductible of $109. Definitely recommend. Honesty is rare in that business so really appreciate their commitment to delivering excellent service. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ team. METRO FORD is NOT a good place for you to do business. This Ford dealer is NOT a professional place to bring your vehicle. It gets worse and worse every day. It used to be a good service center, but as times go by, more and more people DO NOT bring their car at this dealer. There are less and less customers waiting for their cars to be repaired. They are NOT puntual, unresponsible, tries to overcharged you for unnecessarily repairs NOT quoted on your original agreement in order to clean you our from your money. Furthermore, Metro Ford charge you an additional $100 for giving you a diagnostic check up on your vehicle as part of additional charges. Do you want to bring your vehicle at Metro Ford? Certainly, NOT!

I always have my Transit Van serviced at this dealership, and the work is always high quality, reasonably priced, and on time. The service advisor Karina Gutierrez is very personable and knowledgable, and really seems to care about her customers, which is pretty unusual in Miami. She is a valuable asset to the company, and I will always request her assistance in my future visits.

My wife went to the locations and she said the service department was fantastic. Ms. Lisa was wonderful and also Amanda went out of her way to find her a rental car while her car was being repaired. We live in Miami Lakes but will definitely drive to this location for service or put.

The staff in the service department was very friendly and helpful.They took time to patiently explain my options to me.I was very frustrated with a recall issue I was having with my car, but everyone was so nice it really smoothed out the whole situation for me.
Terrible service. I paid for my pieces like a month ago, and they kept me waiting. They didnt even call me to let me know why this issue has been happening, and when I wanted to talk with the top manager, he excused himself from doing the right thing instead of trying to reach out to my pieces.
Found multiple staff members to be rude. The service department feels very disorganized and not very “service” oriented. The reception areas are cramped and dirty. Plus, they overcharge, though I think that is par for the course when it comes to dealership service. Personally, I’m not used to dealing with dealerships, and I won’t be coming back. My advice—find a trustworthy mechanic at an independent shop who builds a business based on having repeat happy customers, and can’t rely on people who are feel obligated to bring their car to the place they purchased it. Then build a relationship with them so you have someone you can rely on and avoid this service department if you can.

I purchased my Ford Mustang at Metro Ford and decided to take it in for service. I was in a rush to get my car serviced and the manager Roger Galindo made sure that my car was ready when promised. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided. Also, they follow COVID safety which made he feel comfortable about them handling my car.
BEWARE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! Fraudulent, dishonest, insulting and unprofessional. They damaged my car making a routine repair and blamed me but offered to fix it at a discount rate of $3000 when the parts are only $1000. They will take advantage of you.
