Went today for a car wash for the first time and pay for the ultimate wash, what a disappointment .. it stained my car paint, dont know what kind of chemicals they are using and it didnt dry the car either,Be Aware...went inside to ask for my money back so I can take it somewhere else to get it wash by hand, the lady told me they only can offer another wash with a attitude, I told her that the machine was not working properly...she ignored it and kept the car wash running, BE AWARE.... Then i noticed they had a big leak and i took some pictures maybe now they can see the problem from here...( Listen to your Customers so you dont lose them )

There’s a lady with short blonde hair attending in cafeteria with the worse attitude… come on guys, if you’re not happy working with customers, there are plenty jobs out there for these people.

This explains why they have so many customers. Youll find a really convenient gas station a few miles down the road. Customers continue to profit from the low prices at this gas station.

Self service.. best for its 24 hour car wash.. touchless.. and gas for folks who work all day and prefer to gas up and Washing the car later. They have in the store attached.. food.. coffee.. and something for breakfast.. I have never been. They have car necessities:products needed like coolant, oil., an air gauge for tires. They also have Beer and wine bottles.. if you are so inclined late at night.. and live nearby. I am not that near at my office. but the time I leave.. other car washes are not open! One downside why they only got 2 stars from me is how unfriendly and unhelpful one female cashier was to me.. at night.. other times also the evening cashiers seem unintended and unfriendly in your business. Otherwise the place actually offers packaged snacks.. drinks/water to go.. the public bathrooms.. fairly well stocked and we got gas there several times during Hurricane Irma. One night cashier has been helpful in the past. I have not seen him for some time..he was older..maybe later 50 s. If I owned this place. I would fire the current bunch of employees and hire better workers.. also I would be around at night. I do not go here in the daytime. The other plus is there is a 24 hour Walgreens across the street! Please see my photos!

Employees do not wear their masks but will tell you to wear your mask. Very hypocritical of them and they think they’re the only ones who can’t spread COVID-19.

First and last time coming here. Morning Shift attendant (Lady, kinda chunky, white, blonde hair,bad attitude) at the register. Not friendly. Doesnt smile. Overall rude when i was simply trying to be nice.Honestly your working customer service lighten up.

Be careful using this gas station Chevron store number 00202650, 801 SW 42 Ave, Miami Florida.I used my card to purchase gas and after paying for the gas $33.02, I immediately saw a charge for $99.00 which my bank declined. I asked the clerk why my card was later charged $99.00 and he said it’s my bank that tried to put a hold on my card. He stated I should speak with the manager at 6am to get answers. Today’s date October 22, 2019 11:43pmI’ve never used a gas station that attempted to charge my card $99.00 after making a gas purchase of $33.02. Care to explain????

So I went to get coffee at 5 AM..Had to use a rowell to cover my face. My nose and my mouse was fully covered...no more clients in the store. The clerk was not ok. Apparently the virus is so strong that in a matter of a minute it will go thru the rowell the cristal and his mask. Then thing is that my card having 179 dollars suddenly is decline. Thanks.

Today I went into this gas station to get a drink I got my drink I paid for no problem came out to my car opened my drink take a sip of it and it tasted rotten to me so I got my receipt went back inside let the attending know that it tasted rotten if I could get something else and the attendee had the audacity of getting a cup pouring herself some of my drink and telling me that it was my tastebuds that the drink was fine and it wasnt rotten so for that reason she couldnt exchange it for something else the only way she could exchange it was if it was expired really bad customer service and I asked to speak to the manager she said that the manager was not in so I decided to call corporate

My husband and suffered a fraud in this gas station.We put $10,64 gas and we were charged this amount and another one of $99,00!!! We talked to the employee and she told us this was our card problem. We are back in Brazil and they assured us the gas station got our money and approved this transition.Will you give our money back or will we have to sue you?

Warning : look out for Randy he will try to steel from you not giving you the receipt for car wash hopping that you just drive off and he would refund the money for himself remember he has your your receipt!!!! So if this guy is up to that hes most likely also taking money from the gas station bad news Randy you should be let go

They negated for me to go to the bathroom. I was putting gas and intentionally she didnt want me to use the bathroom with the excuse that it was broken. I went inside the bathroom and it was completely fine these people are lazy and very very rude do theyre paying customers.

Sucky gas station with some pretty dum ass people working there. Pay attention to what customers say if you want to keep your $5 an hour job. When customers tell you what pump to activate because not every one is as nice as me . If your staff doesnt speak the language then dont hire her cause she looks pretty.

The absolute worst experience. Waited in the car wash for almost an hour. Right before I went in, the Chevron employee changed a pipe and the car wash didnt work when I pulled in. I walked in asking them to address the problem. They just apologized and returned my money. Wasted an hour of my time and still have a dirty car: horrible customer service

Try to put gas today and they refused to take Credit Cards inside and at the pump the Credit Card transaction did not work, attendant was extremely rude and refused to assist --- extremely poor service, there was another lady complaining about the same issue and the attendant called the police on her could you believe such abusive behavior?

Very rough people, when asked about car wash, say that it is not working when in fact it is. When I insist, they charge me $ 3.00 and they do not give me my receipt.
