Horrible service, I was told to wait for an estimate that would be from $45 to $65 for electrical. they kept telling me 20 min the car will be checked.I ended up having to leave the car over night since no check up was done.When I went to pay for the job done my car had 2 new issues, The door would not open and the car alarm would not want to stop sounding. They said thats not their problem they did their work and since my car is old and beat up their not responsible. Honda civic 2008, Please Be aware I Dont Recommend this shop to anybody.

These people fixed my car, in less than 2 days the car has the same issue. On top of that they charge me a ridiculous amount.This experience was nothing but stress that cost me so much money.

Had an issue with my cars gas pump, it was newly installed by a mechanic and every time I put gas the gas would spill, in addition the gauge was also broken, couldnt tell if the car was full or empty. I went to the Global repair shop and explained the situation and informed them that I had 3 problems with the car in total, but the I really wanted to fix the gas pump issue because it was spilling gas. Oscar gave me a general quote of how much the job could be, however I asked for a call after confirming the issue before any repairs was done. The next day I received a call from Oscar, he said work was done to come and pick up the car, and from the sound of what he told me, I could sense that the real issue was not resolved. We could not understand each other over the phone, so I went in to the shop, when he told me that the electrical issue with the gas gauge was fixed. I informed him that the gauge was not my priority, the gas spill was my priority. He basically argued with me that I never told him about the gas pump issue...Now I had to come up with some more money for the gas pump/gas spill issue. Again, I asked him to just check the problem and let me know how much that would be before doing anything, he said he would check and call me within 2 hours. 1 day goes by I hear nothing, 2nd day I didnt hear anything in the morning so I went in to the shop around 3pm. at which point he said it was the gas pump sensor Emission and it would cost $330 to fix. He said he hadnt call me because he was waiting to get cost for the part, however he gave me a quote anyways without getting the price of the part? So, I left and told him that I would think about it, nonetheless, that didnt sit well in my spirit so I came back to get my car. I had to pay $220 for the electric gauge, he said some hose were changed he had to buy new parts for this or that, but when he showed me the list of what was done on paper it only states fuel pump system/check-up, clock spring. So I asked for more details...Anyways, I just dont trust that shop. Had I read the reviews before going I wouldnt have gone there. I believe all the 5 stars could be from family members and friends because theres no way...I shouldve known when I noticed their phone number ends with 666, seriously, I dont play with that number. Business owners must understand - when they are honest and fair with their customers in business dealings, their business is bound to be successful, and there will be no need for trickery...

They will rip you off give you a bunch of sideways talk keep your car for too long over charge you and its still not the problem. Took my car to get some freon. To the car was not cooling took it back the next day They had my car for 2 days told me it was the compressor which I had changed a year ago. The ask me to come back with the carto finish the job I never returned took it somewhere else turn out to be the A/C condenser didnt pay their high bill if youre a woman dont go they will rip you off.

This place uses cheap parts and doesn’t fill your oil up in order to save money. The oil change light will always come up 1/2 way through the lifetime whenever I get my oil changed at this place. It’s not like it’s any cheaper either, they charge $70 for a synthetic oil but mix it with blends in order toSave money!! Go to jiffy lube. Same price way better reputation !!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. The owner gives you his undivided attention (very humble guy) provides you with quick answers and efficient service. The prices are the best I’ve seen in the area. I recommend everybody to this shop.

Took my car to have a motor changed. Theywithplaced motor and had to take it back to the point that I just decided to take my losses. Took car somewhere else, so happens they left it so bad, too much to explain. They left hose lose to damage other part and left parts half changed.I cannot believe they would jerry rig my car. So upset. I wonder how they get away wit this.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE save yourself the time and stress. My car been in this shop for a month which I didnt have a problem with BUT during that time the manager got caught driving my car 2 oclock in the morning on Christmas night.. I received 2 red light violation tickets in the mail that been issued during the time I thought my car was still getting fixed(like I said he was driving my car the whole time) and when I picked up my car it was a huge dent in the back and when I asked he said I dont know, I also went to get my car inspected somewhere else to see if he really did the job in the engine and they said he have not did anything.

I should have listen to the reviews and saved my self the troubled before coming here I went in to fix an oil leak only to have my car taken for two weeks not because they were working on it but because they had it towed and couldnt get it out and was afraid to tell me so while Im catching uber spending hundreds of dollars my car is sitting in a yard some where collecting dusk and not only did they get my car towed they didnt fix the issue because its still leaking oil and to make matters worst they charged me for the repairs but didnt fix any thing in fact its actually worst now because its shaking and smoking from all the oil thats leaking I will be getting me a lawyer because this is wrong now I gotta take it to a different mechanic, honestly I believe they intentionally wreck your car and then have the nerve to try and sell you one these foreigners are crooks and need to be sent back to where ever they came from

STAY AWAY!!!!!I took my car for the oil to be changed at this establishment and had just bought the oil from autozone a few streets down they claimed the the brand new oil I just purchased was used so I went back to auto zone and thats when the manager explained to me that the oil was just taken out of the shipping boxes to honor the weeks promotion. He went as far as to show me when that oil brand was last returned just in case someone had recently returned the oil and possibly replaced the new oil with old oil. So I am convinced that OJ TIRE simply kept my new oil and claimed I was sold old oil. I find it extremely petty and unprofessional. I will not be returning here for any of there services! And I wouldnt advise anyone to.

If your a female theyll tell you everything is wrong with car, they turn your warning lights on that have been already serviced. They are not honest.

They charged me $1900 to fix a problem I have in my car. After one day my car give me the same problem again, and come back they charged me another $900, and the car still not fixed until I went to the dealer to fix it. Worst place to go, they dont have computer to put on their car. Dont go there.
