Beautiful work which adds new uses to outdoor space!

This job was to replace the awning cover on my pool gazebo and, as always, the Atlantic Awning team did an amazing job. I am very pleased!!

Atlantic awnings installed a carport canopy at our house recently. We were pleased that the installation was on time and looks great. We have had many compliments since the canopy was installed. The company took care of all of the necessary paperwork and permits and delivered the final product on time. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in having this type of work done.

Not happy with the level of service provided, or lack thereof. Called for a quote and they said they dont take on any jobs less than $2500. I told them I needed an entrance awning for a business and possibly another awning for back area, but wasnt sure. They proeeded to call me back 10 minutes later and tell me my job wont meet the minimum, without even bothering to give a price, or even attempt a visit for an estimate. As a business owner, this policy is ridiculous, especially considering all the referrals you just lost from lack of even trying. No bueno!

They gave me a 5-year guarantee on some awnings, they broke in two and when we called them to tell them about the problem they wanted to charge me $ 85 to come see them. also in very bad shape. Now they say that the guarantee is with the fabric company, not with them.
