DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Paid $1250. They came and cut my awning frame. Thats it, never returned. Promised to return many times. Lies. They are really screwed up. Do not trust this company. The most recent reviews are horrible. Do not be fooled by this man. Find ANYONE else. They cut up my perfectly good awning and left it as the picture shows for two months. Hired another company to clean up this mess.

I am happy to advise that my experience with National Awning was terrific. The job was done timely and for a reasonable price. Leonard was friendly and easy to deal with. He was always on time and promptly responded to any communications. Most importantly the product is great and looks perfect. I highly recommend this company.

THIEF!!! THIEF!!! THIEF!!! Came to our house, took measurements, and said he could fit us in next week... as soon as we paid the deposit, he disappears into thin air. Weve been calling and texting him for over 2 months – he never answers. The ONLY time weve gotten through was when calling from another number he couldnt screen.

These guys really helped me out and did it professionally. A bad storm rolled through and I had zero time to roll in my awning before the winds ripped it off my house. Luckily the awning wasnt damaged but it was hanging off the frame work off my storm shutters and the other end was on my patio table. They came out quickly and removed the awning to make my yard safe again for my kids. After getting the stucco repaired they came back out and expertly reinstalled and fine tuned it so its as good as new. Guillermo, Javier and George did a fantastic job and Lenny was very accommodating. I highly recommend this company. They were on time, called prior to arrival, were professional on the job, worked hard and the price was fair. Thanks National Awning!

Minus 10 stars. Stay away from this company if you appreciate your money. Placed order 4 months ago and no product and no refund despite weeks of empty promises. Have retained an attorney.

I Signed a Contract with Leonard, and was informed that the awning would be installed in 30 days. It has been 90 days and the job is still not done. Every time that I called, I was given an excuse and a different installation date. A request for a refund of the deposit has not been fulfilled either.

Leonard and his team did a great job! Installation was quick and the awning looks perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Its been 10 weeks since I put down my deposit was told firmly it would be four weeks. It is NOW 10 weeks and still no awning. Would not recommend this company. Poor service.

Just want to say - if you are looking for the awning, this is the way to go!!!This guys a little bit more $ them the rest. But its acceptable! They did the job great! On time, quality installation!!! The main installer( dont remember his name) - he is on point! He stayed late with me, to make sure everything was done right! 5 STARS GUYS!!!

National Awnings did everything they promised and in less time than other companies took just to give me an estimate! I am really impressed with their pricing, service, quality and speed.I called several other companies to get quotes for a large dome awning and a rectangular awning. In each case, the process of getting a quote (waiting for returned calls. scheduling visits and waiting for estimates) took a week to 10 days. They also wanted up to 5 weeks to complete the job.My customer service experience with National Awning was completely different. My initial call was answered by Leonard, the owner. He came to my home the very next morning, and right on the spot, he gave me a very reasonable quote and committed to finishing the job in two weeks or less. To ensure that the awning for the large dome frame was as custom fit as possible, he had the dome frame taken to his factory. No other company did anything but take quick measurements.I was pleasantly surprised when, only four days later, he called to tell me the awnings were ready and would be installed the next morning! His crew did a great job with the installation. They were professional and attended to every detail with care. As to the awnings, well, they are perfect and they look spectacular!

He took a deposit to do the job months ago, never did the job, never refunded my money and now he is nowhere to be found. This company is a fraud! Save your money and don’t ever hire him.

As I look at all the reviews I can definitely say they deserve 10 stars! They promised and they delivered, it took 2 weeks for my awnings to be ready, but it has been raining a lot however they always answered all my calls in a professional manner. Found this company through a google search--and couldnt be happier. They were reasonable in their estimate and excellent in their execution. They replaced an awning cover in the back of the house and installed a new awning (framing and cover) on the side. Both are done well and look amazing. Thank you National Awnings!

We live in the Grove and have always had a car port on our property, the company that originally installed it sold and the new entity did not respond to our request when we called for a new proposal. After hurricane Irma last year, I called several awning companies both in Miami and Broward counties and the only one that followed up as promised was National Awnings. Lenny Goldberg told me hed stop by on Saturday at 11:00am and he did (rare in this city). We got a good price and a time frame so we hired him, I was hesitant as we didnt know much about the company but the fact that he kept his word, made us take a chance. We are glad we did, he delivered as promised and made sure we were 100% satisfied after it was installed, we would hire them again in the future.

The worst experience Ive had so far. They took the wrong measurements for my awning canvas which came out too small. Had a long discussion until they agreed to fix it, not replace it. The subsequent installation was so poor that the canvas was caving forming large water puddles. Again a long discussion for them to fix the problem. They then refused to do anything unless they would get more money. I proceed to a stop payment so they would finally repair and install properly : a week later someone trespassed entering my property and slashed the entire canvas!! LENNY YOU ARE JUST A DESPICABLE THIEF
