Good work designing and installing, but terrible customer service after work was done. This company failed to pulled a permit even though his business legally requires that a permit is pulled. When we asked for help, no response for weeks! This has been the worst experience we have had with a vendor in south Florida post job completion. This companys last of support may require me to tear down awning for no reason because they will not help gather the required paperwork needed to pull the original permit!

Miami Sunshine Awnings has recently finished a project at my patio and I am very happy with the results and the way then have completed it. From the estimate appointment to the very last detail it has been a good experience working with a group of serious professionals from start to finish. I am glad hired them and I highly recommend them for any awnings job.

SCAMMER! Proceed at your own risk. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Google doesnt allow even 0 STARS. They take your money and NEVER show up. NEVER return phone calls. NEVER do what they say they will. Always one EXCUSE after another. If you do business with them, no other awning company must have answered their phone. PATHETIC business.

Do not recommend this company. Called for a quote and said they will arrive in 10 minutes. An hour later and they never showed up. Extremely rude people when i called back to check up on estimated time of arrival rival.

Not a reputable company. Called for estimate, owner made me and appointment for the next day to take measurements. Never showed up or called to excuse him self for wasting my day. Any company that from the get go is this irresponsible should make every one worry

Very experts on what they do. they care about their customers, they do a top quality job.

The come out do their job and take your money. I have several leaks on the roof that they installed and they refuse to come out and address the issue. I have been calling Andy since before the hurricane and he refuses to answer my calls. The receptionist does not know what to tell me anymore, I call every day and request for someone to please come out and fix the leaks, but all they tell me is we are very busy.
