Disappointed. Your order is on its way! No, it wasnt, and then an email saying it would take 6 to 8 weeks.This was after I specifically asked if they actually had the item that was listed as being in stock and to let me know if there was going to be a delay (no reply).I ended up cancelling the order because of the excessive time then I had to send further emails asking for confirmation the order had been cancelled so I didnt get billed.Three stars because they did finally reply confirming cancellation.I really wanted to deal with this company because their website is easy to navigate and the prices are good but guys you really do need to work on your customer service.Is it really THAT hard to answer an email?
