Terrible experience with a $43000 kitchen, 90% of cabinets were wrong and did not match the appliances purchased with the same group, no responses to emails and calls to request corrections. No other option but to go to court. Worst company ever after about 20 kitchens built over the past 8 years.

This company is the worst I have ever worked with in all my years working in the design industry. I paid for 3 closets ($25,000 worth) 3 months in advance to be delivered right before Christmas- the company had a 2 month delay for starters. On top of the delivery delay, they shipped the wrong closets with complete different measurements from both my drawings and the final drawings their company had provided- Not one of the closets were sent correctly. I have been waiting for the order to be completed now for exactly 4 months. No one returns my calls, they are unable to give me specific details as to when my order will be delivered? Every time I do get in contact with an agent, they mysteriously quit their jobs during the process. My emails are left unanswered, and the owner refuses to pick up my calls, although he was the person to initiate the order.
