It has almost everything to maintain and remodel your home. For more decorative items you need to go elsewhere. They had it in past years.The best advice I can give is, you have to know very well what you want, do your research before buying, because the employees in general have no knowledge or doesnt want to give you answers nor are they willing to move a finger to give you information. Some do, a few really do the best they can, but lack of basic technical knowledge.

I was pleasantly surprised today. I found all my items in a timely fashion with excellent assistance from an employee of home Depot. This in itself was an unusual occurs. It isnt easy finding a staff person to assist you at these large box stores but this staff person was very helpful.

Home Depot, one of the largest national chains of hardware stores and plant nurseries. They often have a huge selection but its hard to find things when you cant find someone in your department.They hire nice people and often are very busy. Ask someone to page the right person in your department to get the best answer.The home Depot in Coconut Grove is a compact store and does not have the wide selection found at the 8th Street or Flagler home Depot locations but its convenient and has a majority of what most people need and is well worth a stop.

Came to buy some lock sets and ended up taking some pictures of the gardening area. Staff was very friendly, they helped me find what I needed. There was a lot of people though, one customer wasnt wearing a mask and that scared me for a second. Anyways, would come back

This is my regular Home Depot store I come here or in our weekly basis and never had a chance to put on your review thought it’s always packed but clean coma parking lot can be a nightmare especially if you come very early in the morning but there’s a lot of parking space. Today I was in the need of the cutting center at Lumber, And no one was there to help, manager Carlos was looking for someone to help, later another employee came very concerned that now one showed up after 45 minutes wait. Carlos try and try to reach the associate army lumber. At the end the men of the hour show up, Fabian ! He was very nice! Carlos was amazing, he turn a barely bad experience in something great!

Forced to swap Defective machine and was not honored the waisted time...Arnold the manager from the tool rental, didn’t get the memo on customer service. I rented a defective tool, Having to drive back to change it, making it pass the 24 hour window. He did not believe i traded machines, until he saw it in the system, he did not believe the machine did not work, until his coworker showed him the defective machine still in the back, he did not know how to explain the details of the invoice. He said I came at different times from when I actually did even tough i had the paper receipts with time stamps.Arnold, don’t be defensive all the time and attack the customer with passive aggressiveness. Work can be stressful, don’t let it get to you.Plus the parking needs works, on rainy days there is a swamp in the middle parking due to uneven floors.

Home depot has increíble lumber service. The team assisting is very well trained organized and ready to help.

A large size Home Depot close to my house. A lot of variety. Return policy is great, even for live plants. The only thing is their prices went up at least 30% during and after Covid19.

Never again will i order any major appliance from Home Depot. Hands down they have the worst customer service. I ordered a washer and dryer that was supposed to be installed upon deliver. The delivery guy shows up wearing flip flops so clearly this wasnt off to a good start. Guy then brings in the washer and dryer to then say that he couldnt install them and provides no reason why. Says plumber will call me to do the work. Two weeks later I do not hear back from them and ended up paying out of pocket to have the installation done because the company home depot uses is inept and not capable of doing what they are paid for.Buyer beware. You are better off buying your appliances from somewhere else

Do not go to this place.We bought over $1100 stove, even with extended warranty. and broke within 3 months. The stove turned it on by itself in the middle of the night, stove went up to over 500 degree and they came out and tried to fix it and didnt work. still have same problem.They keep saying we cant return it or get a refund!!!!!!!What kind of business are they doing here?!!!!want us keep using (even cant turn it on) fire hazard stove????There should be some kind of organization to help us.Be aware and do not go to this branch.

The worst Home Depot I’ve been to. The people who work here are careless. We waited 45 minutes before someone ACTUALLY tried to help us out after asking about 8-10 different employees. Most of them looked like they didn’t care to actually work or be there and seemed disgruntled when asked to help us - what is that?! Why do y’all hire people like this? Also on multiple occasions when asked about a product, they would say, “we don’t have that” and then we would continue to hopefully search for it and it would be there… just pure laziness. This location is paying their employees to do NOTHING. Take some notes from the Home Depot in Doral - now that’s a legit establishment.

I never had help despite asking for it, the employees talking to each others making stories. I could see many customers in the same situation, I had a bathroom session today in the morning . A Disaster the Service.

Over all its an ok shopping experience. The return on this store is smooth, never get an issue for returning anything. Reason Im giving it 2 stars is due to an employee (Michael)who works in electrical. This guy took one hour (not exaggerating) to come assist us. It wasnt until multiple calls and talking to the ASM that this guy finally shows up, strolling with a face of I dont want to work here comes along to assist us.

I was no happy with the stock. Online they showed a table lamp in stock and they did not have it.

Workers werent helpful at all and kind of rude, needed help to cut some planks of wood and noone was around. I asked for help and they just brushed me off and told me rudely to wait.

Sales associates at this particular store suck. They are hard to find. When you finally do they are like in a hurry and barely answer questions. Terrible!!! I visited the appliances department on July 2nd, 2021 by 1pm.

The best home depot service for far

Awful customer service. Asked for help with 7ft trim moldings. Both Moe and David watched me take down about 30 or so by myself (sprawled on the floor). I had to ask another person to help me as I could no longer reach the item I needed. She then told Moe and David to help me. They had the audacity to ask me to put back everything. I examined to them none of the items would be on th floor had someone helped me. There are so many people who would love to have a job these days....hire better pls!

Each individual store have or dont have inventory based upon what one is looking for.!

They didnt carry the kitchen drawer that I needed unless I bought the whole kitchen ensemble...that is terrible. The workers were friendly enough ..they were helpful...the company itself wasnt. What a mess.

I had never had a bad experience in this store but I have to share this one. I stop by this past Saturday Sep 26 searching for a vacuum. The one I choose was already open and it happen to be the only one. I approach Martha a cashier and she was SO pushy about saving $25 dollars by opening a credit card that she ignore my question of the open box, I pull my Home Depot credit card and ask her again about the open box. And she told me, YOU CAN STILL open another card application and still save $25. Why would I need a second card? She ask me 4 time about opening ANOTHER card and completely ignore my concern. She make me feel uncomfortable. She need to be retrain about credit card offering.

The restaurant is good, but they are very harsh with the employees. Especially now during this pandemic. Harsh

Wild and crazy place full of thieves inside the store and hanging out in the parking lot and in small groups. Parking is terrible, the place is so bad that even police cant do what they should do, might as well keep emulating by keeping the blue disco lights on on those crazy parking lot days.

Easy enough to get in and get out, and I found what I needed.
