It’s a very bad service, I picked up my trailer after replacing the axel, they did not connect the brake wires correctly and refused to change it, they told me that everything was fine, but my brakes did not work !!!

WOW. When I say great, awesome and quick service. I was traveling and ran into a problem with my running lights. I call this place up and they took care of me very quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable!I went to visit Miami Trailer not too long ago looking for parts for my boat trailer. I happen to have bought some replacement running lights online via amazon. Though, I was not sure if they would work. I went to Miami Trailer in hopes to find lights to replace my replacements. When I showed Jamie what I had and was looking for she introduced me to her father, the owner. He and Jaime took the time to examine the lights I had purchased online. He told me the lights would work fine. In addition, he also helped educate me on how I can properly wire them. I was truly impressed by their level of service and HONESTY. Buying the trailer was quick and easy. It took them 33 days to get me my license plate. I was promised that it would be expedited because I was moving to another country. They insisted on processing the registration so they can profit from it. I could have done it myself in 24 hours. I was lied to from the beginning of the process.The end result is that I had to stay in Florida for 14 extra days at my own expense. When I bought the Trailer on 8/3, they asked me to give them a good review 🤔

Friendly and fast response to customers entering to shop. We were just beginning to look and price cargo trailers. Susan and team made it happen. Not only did they facilitate my crazy ideas-they helped me make them better, down to the smallest details.I went to someone else first. Months later I had a truck that flat out wouldnt cook my food. These guys fixed it. They helped me source the proper equipment, gutted the other guys work, and built it right. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We purchased a new trailer brake controller and the owner gave us individual instruction on how it works and helped tune it up. The owner did not try to sell us anything extra - only what we needed. I can recommend using these folks.

Trailers are what they specialize in, but if you are looking for a food truck stay away from these folks. They gave my a dad ridiculous quote, charging almost $60-93 thousand. Try Heat custom and wraps in West park(Hollywood) if your in the market for food truck, I promise you wont be disappointed.

You can get anything you need for any kind of trailer you have fast friendly service. If they dont have it in stock.they can get it for you pretty quick. We have done business with them for 6 years.

I call them on a friday afternoon after I had been looking for a place to change my springs on my double jet ski trailer and they say come on in we do it today. So I came by not only did I replace my springs I also change my jack, and hubs in 2hours . great price and service 5 star all the way. Very friendly not like other places (Torino trailer) they dont even acknowledge your standing there like your a piece of furniture.

If you are looking to buy a trailer, make upgrades to your trailer or have maintanace completed on your trailer, do yourself a favor and check these folks out. I promise this is your one stop shop for all your needs. They go above and beyond everytime. Visit the office staff, Michelle & Jaime, the lead tech, Karl and his support group, or the owners Susan and Alan, and they will take care of whatever you need. When ever I come around, usually every couple of months, they know I am bringing a project and they are never phased. They do quality work at reasonable prices, with awesome turnaround. This is a very professional and experienced group that will continue to recieve our business.

Really bad service Jamie Lee is a snake in the grass and after we sent her the money for our trailer she changed the terms and conditions and extorted us for another 200.00 USD. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone; no ethics just snakes.
