My daughter in college had a problem with her account due to Covid and the company was very understanding. They helped us resolve the problem and get delivery resumed. Thank you DS Services.
The service I received was an excellent example of why you cant have minimum wage workers answering phones. I was lied to and cheated out of money. I blame Costco for exposing me to this sham of a company!
I am completely disappointed and unsatisfied with this company. They missed my scheduled delivery last week (Thursday August 22, 2019). When I called on Monday August 26, I informed them that I had not received water for more than two weeks (because the delivery was missed) and that I have a 2 yr. old and a 3 and a month old newborn infant. Also, I advised them that Hurricane Dorian was going to hit us on Labor Day weekend. They said that I was scheduled for Friday August 30, 2019. I kept calling and they told me that they were going to text the driver in order to see what his E.T.A. was going to be. Guess what? He did not show up. When I called D.S. Services, they read to me a script that said something along the lines of due to the Hurricane, no deliveries will be made to your area. Your next scheduled delivery will be Tuesday September 3rd... Thats when the HURRICANE WILL TOUCH SOUTH FLORDIA!!!!Now, due to the fact that they missed my delivery on Thursday August 22nd, and failed to deliver on Friday 30th (when they supposedly scheduled because of the failed delivery), I am left with no water to keep my family safe during the Hurricane....Thank you Crystal Springs and D.S. Services....
Delivery in April missed. Then, 3 consecutive days of rescheduling delivery in May. Ive called EVERY SINGLE DAY, have spoken to a manager each time who guarantees delivery for next day, and it doesnt happen. Today, still waiting for water and all of a sudden the route person is injured. THE WORST SERVICE. I recorded all of todays call so if tomorrow I do not have my water as promised by Jonathan Broderick, I will be taking MAJOR action against this fraudulent company.
Absolutely the worst company to buy, water. Delivery was never made, charge me credit card. Try to call customer service was on the line for 1hr. Still no one answered. Had to call my credit card to dispute. Unbelievably the must horrible customer service everepresentatives experience if you can get them on the line.
This is by far one of the most loosely run companies I have ever encountered. They started off charging me one price for the five gallon bottle and it escalated by $2.00 a bottle in a matter of months. I always check my bills for irregularities and they were full of them. I actually stopped having them bring me water because the bills became ridiculously high over time. Finally I did stop ordering from them and went to Publix and bought cases of steam distilled water and filled the cooler for myself, only to find that they sent my account to collections (without so much as an email or phone call in explanation). I am now facing negative credit reporting after working so hard to build my credit standing...... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DONT CARE ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!!!!!!!
Bad service, bad costumer service ! Dont even start to order from this company.
