They have no customer service..I was supposed to get delivery yesterday,which didnt come.After 36 min wait.I was told something happened to put the driver behind and so no water yesterday..It is now almost noon today and still no water.I tried to call, but the phone lines are dead. I am disgusted after 39 yrs a customer..
I have been a customer for 17 years and the service recently has been absolutely horrible.They never show up for scheduled deliveries and constantly cancel and reschedule. I have literally been rescheduled over 10 times in the past 2 weeks. They keep saying they are having issues and will come the next day over and over again and customer service is terrible .I’m currently looking for another water delivery company to order from. This company has gone completely downhill.
The worst company to do business ever! even the public hospitals in south America provide better service than Ready and refresh.at least 40 minutes to speak with someone over the phone.delivery is trash! they always leave my bottles on the sidewalk.unbelievable this company still doing business...
ReadyRefresh is not only the worst water delivery in Miami, but the worst company I have ever done business with. They promise water delivery, then don’t show up. The worst occurrence was before Hurricane Irma- they hung up on me twice, after I waited 20 minutes on hold. Then a “supervisor “ told me to get my water from the Red Cross. Lovely. Because THEY can’t keep promises, I’m expected to stand hours and hours in the Florida sun and heat for water for my family- after we suffered damage to our home?!? Amazing. Then, they wouldn’t cancel my service for months. I called, and they closed 4 hours earlier than their stated time. I emailed, and they said I needed to call. I’m beginning to think this company is run by chimps and my reactions are being filmed for a sociology class.....
Horrible company to work with. They changed management or something a couple years ago and went downhill fast from that point forward. They are not reliable with delivery dates, they have a horrible phone system that makes you wait 15 minutes on average before connecting to a person, even if you call as soon as they open. They charge you for deliveries that were not made, when I asked when my delivery would be rescheduled they told me is was already delivered, the people in customer service must have no communication with the delivery people or offices. I cancelled service and was asked how many bottles I had so they can charge me a deposit fee for them, deposits are paid when you sign up for service and supposed to be refunded when service is cancelled, they had no idea how many bottle I had because they have no record keeping at all. Just stay away from this company, they do not care about their own customers and are dumb enough to believe they don’t customers to keep the business afloat.STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY
It has been 3 weeks and all they can say is sorry. They keep setting up new deliveries and they never show up! if you can find another place that delivers water go for it this places is unreliable!
The worst customer service. They charged my account three times the price I was quoted. Absolutely a nightmare to deal with. Have no idea how this company stays in business.
Zephyrhills was bought by another company, now called Ready Refresh by Nestle. TERRIBLE service. Too often you call for a delivery and they dont show up. You call again, they apologize, give you new date and AGAIN THEY DONT SHOW UP. Completely unacceptable. Mind you, this is not FREE - you pay for the service but the aggravation and hassle is one not worth it.
They never deliver on time . Promise the world and always ssy they will deliver tomorrow until eventually 3 weeks later tomorrow comes. Terrible company bad delivery good water but the delivery sucks
Impossible to contact--website problems. They say they deliver once a month, but they dont count weekends, so they deliver every 3 weeks and the bottles pile up and billing is sometimes twice in one month. I am switching. Bad, bad bad service.
You need water timely? A service you can trust? Choose another one. Ready n Refresh in Miami is a terrible joke. You will get your water when they want you to have it.
Worst company ever. Scheduled for delivery 5 times and no one showed up. 4 times have received a robot call announcing new delivery date that comes and goes without delivery/pickup. Customer service only states they are having delivery issues in Miami when I call. They should not be in business. Cancelling my account today and switching to Mountain Valley Water. I have been two weeks now awaiting delivery without receiving water. When I called, a customer service supervisor actually said youve only been waiting a week. This after 4 rescheduled dates during that week that came and went without delivery. Seriously. Horrible company. The absolute worst service I have ever seen. I had to rate 1 star in order to post. Should be no stars.
