I don’t usually do reviews but felt my experience had to be mentioned. I walked to this location looking for a new battery when my car died about a block away. Anthony helped me push my car down the street and into their parking lot to install the battery and run additional testing. Turns out it wasn’t just the battery but an electrical issue he was able to repair at a reasonable price. The customer service provided by Anthony going above and beyond is the reason I’ll be returning should I have any issues in the future. S/O to Anthony!

I was having issues with my brakes and after visiting 3 shops prior, no one could properly diagnose our issue. After bringing the vehicle to this location, I was blown away by the results . To start, Customer service was amazing. My service advisor Anthony Chinosi was professional and very knowledgeable. If you want to get robbed come to this firestone. This is 1 of 2 privately owned firestones in South Florida. This means that the private owners control their own pricing, control their own profits and are exempt from company policy and promotions. Recently took my Honda Civic to this location to change the oil. The staff member urged me to get a coolant flush, saying that I had missed my window of maintenance. I later realized that I had not yet reached my maintenance mileage after paying for this extra service. At the end of my visit to firestone for an oil change, I was left with a bill of nearly $500. Needless to say I will not be returning to this sketchy establishment.

Love that they built a new car wash is built next store. There is nothing like coming back to your car serviced and washed.Overall, great service & friendly staff ! My daughter,who is 24 years old, put two front tires on her car with this Firestone branch 6 months ago. Today she goes to them again in reference to a tire thinking that it was a matter of placing a patch and she is told she needs to change her two front tires again 6 months later. When she asks how is this possible as she recently purchased two tires from them she is told that the inside of the rim suffered as a result of her not having aligned the car or rotated the tires.I know my daughter well and she takes excellent care of her car and when she goes to any of these places for anything pertaining to her car,she does everything that is recommended for her. How is she supposed to know, that alignment and rotation need to be done when changing a tire unless the “ so called experts” tell her. ?I called the store, totally outraged that she needs to spend a significant amount of money when the company she trusted to do the job was not transparent and professional enough to orient her thoroughly. The person who answered the call acknowledged that alignment was not mentioned at that time adding that he tried to help her out by giving her a $75 discount. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE..Firestone should stand by the supposed commitment they have to provide excellent customer service and have the decency to acknowledge the fact that due to lack of proper orientation, my daughter needs to spend again a significant amount of money . They should assume responsibility and hold themselves accountable for their lack of professionalism which on the long run has an impact of their client’s safety. I am very dissapointed in their approach to this situation and it just seems to me that they take advantage of a woman’s lack of knowledge to make a profit. I will take the time to put out there the fact that Firestone is not a company to be trusted .

Yesterday my husband,, myself and 2 friends traveled 1 1/2 hours to the Miami VA so my husband could get his COVID vaccine. Leaving there and traveling to Costco a belt broke in one of our tires. Fortunately we made it to Firestone where we met Anthony Chinosi. They didn’t have the size tries we needed but were able to find some elsewhere. The tires wouldn’t arrive for a couple of hours so Anthony took our group to Costco in his own car and returned later to pick up my husband. Upon their return Anthony realized the wrong tires were delivered. He jumped into his car and went across town to get the right ones, a 45 minute drive again in his own car. We were on the road shortly after. We can’t thank Anthony enough for going above and beyond for us. Thank you Anthony.

Mechanic damaged my steering wheel, tore the bottom of it getting in/out of the car. I informed the people that helped me, they denied it and said to call back and speak with the manager, Iran. I did that, and he denied it too. I drive the car every day, have 250k+ miles on it, so needless to say I know the car pretty well! Without a doubt, 100%, their mechanic damaged my steering wheel. They refuse to acknowledge that this is even a possibility, let alone compensate me for it. I was a regular customer here, and I will not return now after this disappointment. Beware.

Took my jeep wrangler to several places and everyone kept telling me that I needed to replace my brake rotors and brake pads with a grand total of $700 plus tax, and that was the cheapest quote. I came here the guys took all four tires off showed me that the rotors were in good condition and only my brake pads needed to be replaced it cost 300 bucks and took an hour and 45 minutes. I definitely recommend this place I don’t understand what happened to the clients that are giving this place a bad review but that was not my experience the guys were great the service was fast and they had reasonable prices. If I could give this place a bad review everyday I would. Stay away from this place at all costs. I came here to replace 2 of my tires on my left side cause they had nails punctured. I left with my steering wheel all torn up. On top of that the next day I went to a firestone with a trusted person I knew, & he let me know the tires they had just placed already were very low on air. Im sure that because i’m a woman they thought I wouldnt know but had placed both brand new tires on the left side instead of both new either in the back or the front. I came to them minutes after noticing my steering wheel is torn to let them know of the damage they have done. I have contacted and came into the store in person 3 times already, They pretend to take my information and just hope I forget. They deny and say it is impossible that my steering wheel damage could have been from them. My car is a brand new car with less than 20,000 miles on it with no damages until now. The staff is horribly unprofessional. I advise everyone to not come here due to the fact they are a franchise and not a part of the firestone corporation. So any damages to your car while you get it serviced will go unnoticed and un taken care of. Avoid coming here at all costs.

I went to this Firestone to replace my factory steering stabilizer to my 2017 F250. All it takes is 30mins to remove the old one and install the new one. Just for labor the guy in the front counter wanted to charge me $145.00 to take out the two bolts that hold the factory stabilizer and install a new Steering stabilizer that fixes on the same factory bolts. Talk about robbing you blind. This place is not worth going to the service sucks and the guys there have no idea what they are doing.

If i could put 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience. My dad and I always go here to buy our tires yearly and change our oil. Today my dad left the car at 1pm to change his oil and the guy (Duane) told him it’d be about an hour or two. Turned out to be 4 hours. We got to the place to pick up my dad and he asked why it took longer than expected and the guy answered with a lot of attitude. As loyal customers we were shocked with the attitude he gave, we’ve never seen him before after all these years of coming here but obviously he gave the worst first impression. He kept on giving us attitude and being extremely rude. Super unprofessional. We got the district managers number and spoke to him as well, he was surprised to hear this from one of his employees. We won’t be returning again to this location, we were treated very poorly after all the years we’ve been loyal customers. Try to avoid this place at all costs.

Giving this place ONE star is giving them too much credit. I went in because I had a nail in my tire. As the service writer FINALLY attends me he tells me its going to be $30 to fix BUT theres a GOOD chance, emphasis on the word good, that they might not be able to fix it because of where the puncture could be, and that theres a two-hour wait time. Mind you he hadnt even looked at my car yet. At that point, annoyed at the whole situation and short experience in that place, I walked out and left. I went to Costco down the street and had the tire repaired in 20 minutes for $11.

I had been going to this firestone for about a year and a half.Today was the second time that they call me and tell me I need to change a filter and a tire rotation and they give me the total price over the phone and when it’s time to pick up the car it’s almost 40.00-50.00 over the amount mentioned over the phone. Because I’m a female they try to take advantage of me and it was very unprofessional and then the front desk guy has the audacity to say I must have understood. I don’t recommend it at all. One time I can understand and say it was a misunderstanding but not several times.

I recently went in to fix my tire which clearly had a nail in the side of it that was beyond a patch job. Upon arrival, the person who helped me did not acknowledged my presence, he instead proceeded to answer a personal phone call. Finally, I was able to explain to them what I needed in great detail, then I left my car there to get the tire replaced. When I went back to pick the car up i realized the tire was not replaced and the nail was still in the rear of my tire. I also paid an extra $25 to get my interior and exterior detailed and they gave me the car back looking the same, did not even dust off the dashboard. Overall my experience here was beyond bad and I do not recommend going here. I ended taking my problems elsewhere!

I was getting some lighting work on my car at a nearby shop. We noticed flaking on my battery and I went to look into getting a new one. Since I have a card on their network, I stopped at Firestone and expressed my concern.Jorge suggested checking the electrical system first, and told me that the battery and alternator were in working order and I only needed to clean the battery terminals. The difference between $170 versus under $70 (and honesty) merits a 5 star review.

Dont go here if you dont enjoy rude service!Came here for a car wash that they have available. They said they were backed up for the day so I asked for suggestions on what times and days are better, and they said to just try another day. Couldnt manage to answer any specific questions I had to help me figure out when I could come back and be able to get a car wash. I have mixed feelings about this auto care store. They are an independent store under the Firestone name. I had taken my cars there for years (close to 30 years) for minor repairs and tires. The employees always were friendly and the work was done quickly but done correctly.Recently, I had picked up a machine screw in a rear tire. AAA came out and plugged it, but I know that in order for a hole in a steel belted radial, it is best and safest to have the tire taken off of the rim and patched from the inside. This assures the driver that the tire is in like-factory condition and wont have a problem when driving at high speeds on freeways.I have no complaints about the work that they did. The tire was repaired properly and the oil change was done in a timely manner. However, I was less than impressed with the staff manning the counter.When I walked into the store, I had to take the initiative to greet the man at the counter. I explained what I needed and that I would wait for the repairs as I was the first customer of the day. He wrote up the estimate and I signed the authorization to perform the work.When I sat down, the television was blasting Channel 7 news and the two men at the counter started conversing VERY loudly in Spanish. They were extremely loud to the point that I got up and told him that I would walk over to Dunkin Donuts and get a cup of coffee.I dropped the rating to a 3 because of the staff inside the store and how unprofessional they were around customers. I dont mind employees conversing when there isnt much work to be done and the phones are quiet, but when you are nearly yelling (they werent arguing as I understand Spanish) with customers sitting nearby, it doesnt speak well for the business.Again, the repair and the oil change were done in a timely manner and the technician took every precaution to not get grease or dirt on the leather interior or the carpets (used paper protectors on the seats and floors). I just caution anyone who goes there to be prepared for less than stellar service from the people at the counter.My guess is that the business was taken over by a different owner or manager because it is far removed from what it used to be for the past three decades.

After taking all of my cars to this business for over 4 years for all oil changes, tires, brakes, and repairs, they attempted to charge me for over $1700 worth of repairs( the intake manifold, and 2 ignition coils)Being that I had an extended warranty on my vehicle I was going to be liable for about $380 for diagnostics, taxes, and non covered parts (4 spark plugs and 2 ignition coils). After contacting the dealer I was informed I still had 5 months left on the manufacturers warranty. I informed my service rep at Firestone that I was going to end up taking the car to the dealer for the repairs and he was noticeably upset. The next day my wife picked up my car from them( because they were going to put it back together once they had the time) she was charged the $89 diagnostic fee and taxes totaling a little over $100. The car was taken to the dealer where I was informed the wrong oil filter was installed, causing oil to to enter the intake manifold damaging it after 5.5 months. They also informed me that the oil drain plug had been stripped and multiple washers were installed to slow the leak. I received the car back from the dealer after 5 days. The oil filter was replaced, the Intake manifold was replaced and the drain plug was replaced(and given to me so I could see the damage). After a week I started noticing oil on my drive way and took the car back to the dealer. They informed me that the drain pan would need to end up being replaced due to the damage on the threads from the original plug. After taking the car back to Firestone I was informed that everything I was told at the dealer was a lie and they should have paid for a tow truck to take the car back to Firestone for them to fix the damage and now it is in the dealers hands. At the end of it all, 1 out of 5 repairs quoted by Firestone were needed, the drain pan now needs to be replaced and my warranty is voided. Thanks for your service guys!

Went in to get a valve stem replaced. My rims wrap tight around the lugs. They did NOT have the right socket. And tried to beat it off with something close. Stripped my lugs n said it was my fault. But I got a new set of tires last week. And there wasnt an issue with my regular tire guys. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO TAKE YOUR TIRES OFF

Never again. I used to just get tires changed here but I had an dead battery one morning and took it to Firestone to have the battery changed.Firestone insisted the alternator and battery needed changing; the car is a few years old anyway so I paid $500 to get them replaced. Three days later I have the same problem, I take the car back again and Firestone says a cable was loose.... two days later the car dies on the highway... I get the car towed to Firestone and they say the computer needs replacing (a $1000 repair).At that point I paid another towing fee to get the car removed from Firestone and moved to another shop. After some testing it turns out Firestone botched the alternator repair and damaged some cables... a simple fix for a good mechanic and a lot cheaper.Save yourself $$$ and time... go somewhere else.

Do no this go to this location. They screwed up my car during an oil change. They stripped the bolt to release the oil causing me to replace it for $10 then when going to get an oil change I found that they never replaced my oil filter and still charged me for it. I drive 5,000 miles a month so its important for me to maintain my car properly. Ill never return and recommend you dont either.

I have been going to this location for about 2 years and they always find something wrong and expensive when I have my oil changed. They try to rip me off all the time. The last time they gave me a defective battery that failed after only 5 months, since I had their best and most expensive battery I was given a second battery and again, that one lasted about 4 months. I took the car to Sears, they check EVERYTHING and confirmed the problem was the battery. Ive been trying to get a prorated refund for over 2 weeks and no results yet. Needless to say they have lost a customer.

This place is the most disorganized not service oriented. I came in with a flat tire, besides having to register my self as if a major operation they said 1 1/2 hours.. Two and one half hours later car still parked outside, they even had a hard time locating the paperwork for my car. finaly I guess they realized it had been misplaced because two minutes after the paperwork my car was picked up for service.

I arrive, I announce I have a discount and all of a sudden the manager changes his facial expression and tries to sell me special oil (synthetic blend), he refused to do the oil change unless I paid an additional $30 ($80) for an oil change and tire rotation on a low end Chevy? Ladies dont come here alone unless you want to get taken advantage of. 1st just to rotate 4 tires they wanted to charge a total of $78.00. When I stated that was expensive, he said oh let me see what I can do on this computer to then ad an oil change which he originally said would be a $24.95 extra, somehow then included the oil change in that price. Later he calls to tell me I have bad news, you need need brakes. I decline the new brakes to later get another phone call telling me that one of the tires I brought him, had a nail in it. Horrible, untrustworthy, dishonest. I bought 4 tires from them over $800.00 the tire a few months later got a bubble in it. They refused to replace it and said that it happened because I hit something and tried to say that there were marks on my rim which was bold face lie. 1st of all my car has parking assist, 2nd 100% I never hit anything. Likely happen from something that never actually happened and they dont have any proof of! Never go there they are willing to sacrifice a good customer over $225. I am tired of people who want to blame their defective products on the one who they sold it to!

Ripoff, Dishonest, Expensive, No Oversight. I should have read the reviews.Went in for 4 new tires and they only had one option that was $20 bucks more than what I saw on the website. When I first tried to pick up the car, they said the printer for the alignment report is broken.Really, I insist on something that tells me the work was performed and he continues with the broken story. He goes and gets the manager and he tells me they dont have one and its not something people ask for.After a long back and forth, I decided to call corporate only to find out they are resellers and the Firestone name means nothing. A least I have a case number and will what happens. BTW, my car is still pulling to the right.

Just came from a Firestone in Sarasota thanks to the incompetence of the Service Technician at this 129/120 location. I stopped by yesterday before my drive up and had an oil change on the SUV only to find a large pool of oil this morning under my vehicle. Apparently, the idiot forgot to install the gasket on the oil filter and I slowly began losing oil without a proper seal. To the credit of the guys up at Firestone in Sarasota, they took care of everything, replaced filter and oil; cleaned up the mess at no charge. Unfortunately, they couldnt give me back the hours I wasted of my vacation. :-(

The worst experience! Went to get new tires. Now the car is so loud. They are telling me there is this wrong and that wrong that is causing the noise. Took the car back to the dealership because most of it is still under warranty. They can find nothing. Have taken it back to this location and they refuse to say it is the tires. Worst Mechanic shop in Miami, scammer, cheaters, no clue what theyre doing if you want your car screwed and in worse condition STAY AWAY. We had taken our cars to this Firestone for a number of years, although I started to distrust their service (something always seemed to go wrong with my RAV 4 a short time after taking it in for service). I started taking my car to the local Toyota dealer, which I like much more. Anyhow, my wife still took her car and my daughters car there. We got four new tires for my daughters Hyundai Elantra before she drove back up to Gainesville. On the drive she said the ride was very rough and noisy compared to the old tires. We took her car to a Firestone in Gainesville, and they said the tires were not right for her car. They said they couldnt switch them out because the Firestone on 120th street is not a real one - they just license the name. They suggested that we call the Firestone where we bought them and ask if we could exchange. No dice - they refused to exchange or even discount new tires, and didnt admit any fault over the wrong tires they had recommended. We wound up having to purchase four new tires in Gainesville, and the car rides perfectly now. The Firestone on 120th has lost our business forever.

In this place I went to give keeping an oil change, it takes two hours and what is my surprise that when I leave there I noticed that the front lights do not work when I check they stole the bulbs and the relays when I claim they tell me that they have no system surveillance and they cant see what happened in the end I got the stolen lights
