WARNING DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE! Tthey are horrible. Took my wifes car for an oil change and the incompetent mechanic stripped the oil plug head WITH AN AIR GUN!! They cant even get a oil change right, imagime another job that requires a more intemse use of the brain.

Terrible service! Not a good value for the price. Place looks run down like it’s going out of business. Ended up not getting any service done because of how rude the manager was. También, esto no es un baño público.

Went there for the first time to do alignment. I thoutght it was a simple thing and not be a problem! Well even after I tipped him he still didnt do the job right, and I had togo there again to hear from the owner that they were so busy and I would have to come back at 12 pm the next day. He sounded like I worked for him and did not need to be anywhere else. And so I understood why I saw another angry couple that had been there 4 hours with the same problem which had to be redone!!! I cant stand stupid people that pretend they know stuff! Then when I brought the car back, they actually said they could not perform the right alignment because of my car bushings which would cost another $500+. They also lied to me about a huge oil leak that I dont have at all per my usual Certified Mechanic who I trust. The oil from a previous leak had been fix already and the truth is my car is leaking oil from a small leak in a different place from where Royal Brake told me. The have unskilled people acting like a monkey with glasses.....So Im really dissapointed in this place and DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE!!! WASTE TIME, MONEY AND HEALTH!!!! Dont go there and save it All!

When I arrived to do the car service, a man told me that he was, rather, he seemed to be the owner, that he had a car and was going to delay, it was still 2:30 pm and they closed at 4:00 pm 😡😡😡😡

I do not mean bad, I recommend that you do not even think about going through that workshop. You can not imagine how bad mechanics are.
