Great service from the inception!! Professionalism all the way!! I called and was advised I can just walk in, no appointments. I needed an oil change and my brakes fluid flushed. Because I stayed in my car, I was able to watch how focused and professional these guys are and work really well as a team. Nixon explained everything including giving me the price first. I found a place I can trust!

Manny was awesome let me know what I needed to do and even up sold me more service which is okay because its cheaper than the dealer. Ill be back.

Drove right up, no waiting. Weather was cool so I was able to sit inside if the car without the AC. Oil was changed pretty fast but the card reader was not working. Card information had to be called in old school style due to a recent power outtage. Miss the days where you could get a quick interior vacuum with your oil change but covid has ruined it for everyone.

Fast service HOWEVER, they are dishonest about their pricing.They know your car takes more than 5 quarts of oil (you can even look that up on google), but they will only tell you at the end so they can CHARGE YOU MORE. I ended up paying $150 for a synthetic oil change, go figure.This not a good business practice and it was my first and last time coming to this place.Dishonest business do NOT deserve our money. Get it together Jiffy Lube!

Jiffy lube has never given us any problems or bad service until we got to this store and waited in line for 30 minutes but never saw any mechanics working then the guy that gave us our pricing for a brake fix was supposedly the same one working on the car ahead of us. I dont hold it against jiffy lube co. But this shop alone unil I visit at another one.

The man at this Jiffy Lube was so incredibly friendly one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. He even gave me a coupon. I was in a very cranky mood but he was still very nice to me. Highly recommend!

Great service from the manager Fidel M. If pricing too much he will work with you. Just the workers need a lil enthusiasm (show that they want to be there and work). Besides that their work was great. I even got the red carpet treatment 😁👍🏼

Was on a road trip, came in to get my AC charged. Halfway through the process realized I needed an oil change, and Miguel didn’t sweat the last minute change at all. Our Freon was low, but it Turns out my compressor needs to be replaced ($1,100 fix) and my AC won’t work even with the AC charge. Miguel felt bad for us and didn’t charge us the $150 for an AC charge. Then gave a small discount on the oil change. We had to persuade him heavily to accept even a few dollars tip.So all in all Miguel was helpful, generous, and very professional. Thank you sir!

Second time is a charm (as they say!) Usually the second visit to a place is disappointing, but Jiffy Lube is the exception. The same professionalism, courtesy and expertise was there. Would recommend highly.

As a woman I am generally skeptical when entering any auto mechanics shop because I assume that my clear lack of expertise makes me an easy target to be taken advantage of. This, however, was the opposite of how I felt during my last visit to this Jiffy Lube. The staff were refreshingly respectful and I could tell they were absolutely genuine!Carlos, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the problems I had been facing with my vehicle in terms even I could understand. Afterwards, I was assisted by Miguel who was also extremely patient and polite with my mother and I during our visit. Never before have I received such excellent service and assistance from a place such as this.I will, without a doubt, continue to return to and recommend this location of service for all vehicular needs moving forward! 10/10!

Wayyy too expensive for my taste. I came in for an oil change and they initially wanted to charge me over $100 for it! Thank God I had a $20 off coupon and one of the mechanics there helped me out with another coupon they had at the time. The total price of the oil change came out to be $85 with taxes. Before going there, Ive been to places where my oil change came out to be $65, with oil and filter included. Next time I know Im not going there for my oil change.

I have done business with a jiffy lube in broward county as well as this particular location, and I am please to report that the high caliber service I received explains why I keep returning and providing my business. My 2013 Chevy Cruze have had a host of issues, however each time I have brought it in for a varies levels of service, the work is performed and guaranteed to my 100% satisfaction. But the purpose of this letter is to let you know what makes this particular location which Carlos manages so different. Upon arrival he assigned the Master mechanic to my vehicle. He promise to locate whatever the issue was to fix it and stand behind the work. His confidence and performance was second to none. It is because of these two professional gentlemen, that I categorize them as super stars and want to ensure that they receive the credit that they deserve.

Was my second time at this location both times, i was taken within 5 minutes of arriving; they made an assessment, gave me details, including $$. There was adequate staff and all the crew members seemed to know what they were doing. Additionally, everyone was polite and didnt talk down to me. (being a woman, this is important and surprising!) The work took the time they allotted, the price was good. Highly recommended.

I was there this weekend for the first time for an oil change, and will definitely go back. While there, I dealt with 3, 4 people and they were all very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names but one was the only woman there I think. Someone else checked and took care of the engine light on my dashboard at no charge. All n all, great experience at this shop

Some of these people at jiffy lube are embarrassing. I went to jiffy lube to fix a tire issue. When I got there one of the guys inform me that their tire technician was not there so they would not be able to help me and that I could come back the next day even though there would be a very high chance that my car wouldn’t be drivable. My question to jiffy lube is why would you guys hire people that can’t even do a simple tire change, I feel like that is embarrassing. I had to go back and forth from auto advance to buy the tools needed to fix the issue. But I believe if I talked to the right person I could’ve gotten the help needed.

Ive been going there for years, & was always pleased with their services, but lately, I feel the need to double check their work for mistakes that were ultimately corrected.

The place was clean and neat and the guys knew what they were doing to my F-150 Ford pickup truck

Technicians were friendly and courteous. But, they need to go back to pre-virus service of presenting customers with the estimate of costs prior to doing the work. Surprising customers with the cost after the service is completed is not good customer service practice.

I took my car in for an oil change on a Sunday and truly had a wonderful experience. Everyone was warm, receptive and very professional from the very beginning to the end. I love that they inspected the car and gave professional recommendations without a hard sale. I felt safe, confident and well informed. The care taken to service my car was exceptional and I felt like my time was valued. They took the time explain what was going to be done and got me out quickly. My car was sing after I left I could definitely feel my transmission shift smoother after having fluids changed. Thanks for the care and for doing a truly exceptional job.

I had bought a $67. Oil change in Groupon For Jiffy Lube and their computer wasnt taking it 🙄 I called other Jiffy Lubes they werent taking it either. 🥺

I visited the Jiffy Lube at 8787 Biscayne Blvd on 1-02-20 and received excellent service. They even recommended a finance company that I could apply for a loan. The repairs were unexpected and the finance info. was timely.

So after going to the Jiffy Lube thats about a mile away I was told to come the next day so I came to this Jiffy Lube and the service was immediate very professional and genuine I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for any of your car services

Staff was friendly and service was fast however incomplete! They are supposed to “top off” brake fluids and power steering along with other fluids but didn’t. This is not the “full service “ I’ve been accustomed to with Jiify Lube in the past as this has happened more than once. If I were you, pick another Jiffy with more pride in their customer service.

Last time I went to Jiffy Lube, they asked to do some Services recommended by manufacturer. I didn’t do it then but was going to do it today. It took a long time for them to tell me what it would cost. I had to wait till the cars in front of me were serviced just for a price quote on an oil change. Anyway, They told me this time they recommended I do manufacturer service at the manufacturer that they couldn’t do it there because they didn’t have equipment to change transmission fluid and didn’t see the need to change brake fluid if break pads were OK. I said OK. I asked for Lube, oil, filter, rotation - oil change was $110.00, rotation $25. I decided I didn’t need rotation but asked that all fluids they could top off were topped off- coolant, water for wipers...I never even saw them open the hood and they said my car was ready. On the receipt it said they had vacuumed, washed windows, ...they had done everything underneath- I didn’t even see them open the hood and the car floor was not vacuumed and windows not done. When I pointed that out the moved it back, vacuumed, did windows, opened hood, but more windshield wiper water in... and let me go. I was skeptical they replaced the filter, but that’s something I wouldn’t see. This was not great service.

This Jiffy Lube does not answer the phone. I went there on a Sunday to get a nail removed from my tire and patched. After waiting over an hour to finally speak to someone I find out they don’t have a mechanic who can patch a tire on Sunday. I don’t really see much value in going to this Jiffy Lube and would highly recommend going anywhere else unless you have a lot of time to kill and don’t care about your day

Came in a bit busy, but they were moving quick to get cars on the way. Had a coffee and raul was very friendly and welcoming with everyone waiting. I got in and out in 35min despite the bit of traffic in the shop. Will come back

They charge my gas in my car, and when i return with goranty one of the guys start shouting on me that my compresor going bad. And that is not true. I think . Thay need to train their stuff. First how to behave.

They were friendly and fast! Everyone was smiling and was helpful. I got my ac fixed and they alerted me that my tires were dry rotted. They are a special size. They were ordered on the spot, and delivered the next day.Very happy to have found them.

Not longer a great deal like the old days. If you have a newer car, you are better off taking it to the dealer for regular oil changes and small services. Nothing jiffy about it any longer either. And too expansive for my taste.Word of advise: Shop around!!1
